The room was complicated to have as clean as needed, you need to ask for it, and if you didn't ask, the clean level was not good, I needed to clean by myself a couple of times, not sure the reason, but it was disappointing.

Horrible and small rooms, loud in the middle of the morning because of the music blasting at the pool. For a $400+ a night room, the accommodation is a huge let down.

Excellent infrastructure Web checking does not work. Has a bug on the profession tab Food - I had only breakfast and it was excellent Web site does not provide clear and enough information to guests. I did not know the meals were included until I got there Pillows could be better The worse is the taa we have to wear in the hotel. Why not a card as well everywhere. I cut myself with that. Very unconfortable.

Food: The food quality was disappointing. The meals were below average and did not meet our expectations. Pools: The pools were advertised as heated, but they were freezing cold. Despite reporting this issue at the reception and being promised a follow-up, no action was taken. Room cleanliness: The room was not clean. The bathroom had mold, leaks, and the area under the bed was dusty, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Kids club: recreation team is excellent, and the hotel offers a wide range of activities for children
