Ficamos felizes ler em seu comentário que a localização, o quarto, as refeições, as piscinas e o playground atenderam às suas expectativas. Por outro lado, lamentamos sinceramente que informações importantes não tenham sido repassadas no momento do check-in, repassamos para equipe de recepção e reforçamos a importância de uma comunicação completa no momento da chegada. Também agradecemos sua observação sobre a necessidade de mais áreas cobertas para crianças em dias frios ou com muito vento. De fato, em dias mais frios, a experiência pode ser afetada, e estamos sempre avaliando formas de melhorar esse aspecto, gostaríamos de destacar que estamos desenvolvendo um novo projeto de espaço de lazer indoor, voltado tanto para crianças quanto para adultos que será inaugurado em breve.
