I enjoyed the hotel, the room, the quality of the room and bed. I also enjoyed the food, several good options to choose from. The options for kids are excellent too, my child loved the pools and giant toys. The problem is that it was my birthday, we booked 6 rooms to celebrate it and the hotel staff refused to provide even a small cake to us to celebrate it (and I had request it before arrival).

Staff couldn’t understand my requests. Instead of saying they didn’t, I was finding out after the at they didn’t even know what I meant. Quite a poor experience through the hotel itself was nice
