Everything worked just fine. We did not face any issues and it was a pleasant stay
A good hotel when it is full. And only when it is full.

The hotel is very comfortable, the bedrooms were clean and spacious, as well as the bathrooms, with excellent showers. However, the hotel seemed to be functional only when it were completely full. Despite being a pet friendly environment, I believe dogs shouldn't be allowed to sit on the baby dining chairs, because babies usually eat the food that fall on the tray. Moreover, the presence of animals inside the swimming pool area is forbidden by the heath authority but it was not enforced by the hotel. I would also suggest that you assemble a special kitchen for pets, so that the pet carers wouldn't need to use the baby's kitchen to prepare or heat their pet's food and to clean the utensils, as well as laying their pets on the kitchen counter where you lay the baby clean bottles to dry out. I believe there is a limit for everything. I have arrived one day before Christmas eve and the hotel was full. All swimming pools were warmed up to perfection, some more than necessary I should say, the restaurant was all open, there was an extra room with a buffet for kids, entertainment for kids and adults, everything running smoothly. After Christmas, unfortunately, the quality of service started to decay. The swimming pools were not being heated and not filled up to the top. It seems unbelievable, but, yeah, there is an infinity pool where you could see the "infinity edge/border" after Christmas day. The food at the restaurant was the same from Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant insisted on repeating the same food served on the Christmas Eve dinner for the three consecutive meals I had at the hotel after that dinner. Some of the dishes were converted to others and some were exactly the same. The tomatoes and the cabbage even looked "sad", without their actual freshness. The deserts, as well, were almost the same thou the four days. The chocolate verrine was offered four consecutive meals. The panna cotta as well, but they have changed the topping (which was excessive, by the way). Food waste was also a serious issue. Twenty minutes before the Christmas dinner ends, and also before every meal ends, they were refilling the buffet to the top, even with almost nobody in the room. According to sanitary regulations, all food that is displayed in the buffed must be disposed (due to risk of contact with guests hands, saliva and whatever else), so I want to believe this is being followed. That is why I believe you should plan the buffet better. By planning better the amount of food you cook and display, you could prevent food waste in a country of a great number of famine people, avoid serving old food to your guests that paid a very good amount for fresh food and didn't get it, and would also save money, which could be good in a country deepened in a crisis. Another issue about the restaurant is that the meal plan included non-alcoholic beverages during meals and there was a "could it be Pepsi" machine available. Coca-cola products were available FOR SALE ONLY inside the restaurant. That looked very treachery. If you don't have Coca-cola products in your place, that would be OK, a reason I would not return, but I would not have felt deceived. If you have the Coca-cola products, you say the non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price and then you SELL the Coca-cola products, you deliberately deceived your guests, so shame on you. The green bracelet offered by the hotel was supposed to open the room doors and to work as an ID to book the bills (bar and swimming pool food and beverages) to the room. It happened that most of the waiters (excellent waiter staff, by the way) didn't have a device that could read the bracelets and the ones that had showed me that there was no information recorded in the bracelet. It was been used only to open the room doors, and it failed in this task sometimes, which made us go to the front desk and wait on line more than once just to have the bracelet rebooted. We had another issue with a table booking at the Christmas Eve dinner. We were a party of 21 and some of us arrived on Dec 19th. On this day, they booked the table with the maître providing a list of names of all the guests that would sit. For our surprise, we received a note at our room door advising us to book our table for Christmas Eve dinner. After insisting a lot (because unfortunately they didn't made the reservation and didn't stood up for it), Fernanda from the restaurant managed to seat us inside the salon (our party babies and young kids who couldn't seat outside if it were windy and also due to the music band). I have told my complaints to the reception and to the lodging/hosting coordinator (coordenadora de hospedagem) Samira, but she just gave excuses and apologised and didn't seem to care much. Return to the hotel? Only in very busy days. Coming for a weekend to relax is no longer a consideration, unfortunately. Hiring the hotel for business purposes? Only if we could fill up the hotel, because we know that our business guests would not be well treated and welcomed in a small or medium event. I must compliment the waiters service and attention. All of them were very kind, polite and provided and excellent service. Thank you very much for you attention. I hope to receive a reply from you soon.

The hotel sits on a beautiful lot with privileged views. Both the hotel and the room are wonderfully decorated with a modern, yet funcional look. It all looks very nice! The room is great! Apart from the weird bathroom that has one to many doors (the toilet is closed off on a separate door, that is a mirror, it is not very well designed. You end up having to dance around the doors) the room is perfect! The food was ok. Dinner was perfect, breakfast was my biggest disappointment with the hotel (too simple, very little option and a chef that doesn’t know how to make tapioca. Plus, that pão de queijo was a disgrace and it has never seen cheese in its life) and lunch was ok (simple too, could have a lot more options). Apart from the bathroom door and the bad breakfast the hotel is made for people with kids. If you don’t have kids, you will not find a quiet place anywhere in the hotel. The entertainers even play with the kids making REALLY loud noises at the lunch table. There is no quiet swimming pool where ball and games are not allowed. They are even allowed to play games INSIDE the bar! It’s a great hotel, if you manage your expactections correctly.
