The hotel was booked as part of global journey tour of Tomorrowland Brazil. The stay at the hotel was wonderful and the hotel schedule was tailored to the event. Dinners after each day of the festival, breakfasts until midday, housekeeping and all other activities were combined into one, which is especially important during event like this. At the same time, the hotel's territory allowed people to be distributed in such a way as not to create unnecessary noise and so that everyone could enjoy peace and quiet if they wanted to. The hotel was located 10 minutes drive from the city center and close to shops, which always gave the opportunity to get out if necessary.

At arrival the mirrors and floor were dirty. No sheet on the bed (only a bed cover) or tissue in the box...Room n.368 had electrical problems (short circuit sockets between bathroom and closet). During week days the hotel prioritizes corporate events instead of provides guests comfort and experience. Food served during week days has lower quality and variety compared to the weekend days. There were some spider web on the restaurant ceiling...Some of the tennis table rackets available on site were broken. No control over children noise in the relaxation pool area for adults. The leisure infrastructure is undersized in relation to the number of guests.
