The hotel has great location, food, bedrooms and overall structure. But the communication was pretty poor, i’ll give a few examples: . Sport activities were scheduled then changed with no warning . We were informed one of the activities was supposed to start at 11am then it changed to 2pm. . As activities were always changing they also weren’t properly communicated so the amount of people taking part in them was very low and that was used as a reason to cancel an activity. The kids team was amazing and my daughter loved them, but the sports for adults was very limited even though there were courts for all sorts of activities. There should be at least one class per sport a day (beach tennis, tennis, soccer, etc), that way people will feel encouraged to go. One highlight was the spinning class, that was really great and in a great ambiance so congrats on that.

Espetacular place, very good food, very good staff. The staff on the restaurants are outstanding!!! Very impressed with the way they work. Seems like an artist playing a master peace, Improvement points: Reception needs to be more friendly. They are almost rude when asked for anything. Even on checkin on checkout. The room that stayed had a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. It must to be checked. The couple that were with us in another room made the same complaint. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We just lived and don’t se the time to be back. Best and happy new year!

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at the Novotel. The hotel is pet-friendly, and so they allowed access to all areas of the hotel except for the inside of the restaurant. I enjoyed the activities that they offered such as spinning and yoga classes. The instructors were fantastic. The meals were delicious. They served different dishes each day and on Sunday they served barbecue.
