AMEX didn’t work on your card’s reader , internet wasn’t working for around 3days, front desk lacks of professionalism, room’s fridge doing weird sounds all night long , shower’s soap and shampoo lacks of a fair decent quality , breakfast options and its quality are low key too.

The air conditioning is not working, and the unit emits a very harsh and unpleasant light. The room is extremely expensive, and breakfast is not included. In addition, the check‑in process was extremely slow.

Me hospedei por um dia para realizar uma prova de triathlon. Consegui fazer o late checkout sem problema. O quarto é confortável e bem limpo. Chuveiro muito bom! Atendentes atenciosos e educados. O único inconveniente é que a piscina não estava funcionando. Fomos avisados com 1 dia de antecedência, mas entendo que deveriam dar um desconto, ou pelo menos liberar o late checkout sem custo por esse imprevisto.
