Clean and spacious

The towels were very old and appeared dirty from their age (though I'm sure they were clean). The mattress is very hard too. There also seemed to be a broken window on our room as you could hear the wind whistling very loud at night. The room is clean and spacious, bathrooms also, and the hotel very nice. Breakfast super good. Fix the couple issues I mentioned above and would have given a 10.

Well located, but lacking benefits for the price

The best part about the hotel was the staff, always helpful and sympathetic. The rooms were also very clean and organized, but to me it seems the hotel lacked some details that would’ve made the stay better and more comfortable for the price such as more options of pillows with different heights and sizes, included breakfast and parking, and better maintenance on the hotel gym.
