I went to work at Ibis and had the happy surprise of being served by João as a guest. An extremely helpful operation. He helped me with the internet signal and explained the breakfast buffet clearly. Thank you João, see you and thanks Ibis Hotel

Arrogant manager with piercing

Manager rude with a piercing on the nose, no smile no eye contact no thanks for staying in the hotel, charged us for a two tooth paste that all hotels should provide for free, charged us for the car park too, absolutely RIP off, made us feel not welcome to the place,, we will never go back .

I had a good stay there . The bed was comfortable and the street noice was not heard in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good. The choice of meals in the evening is a bit limited though.
