I have been staying at the same hotel for many years now. It is time for a little "make-up": the toilet is noisy and it takes a while to stop once you flush it, there was no hand towel but 2 bath towels, one of those was ripped... I could not find the TV channels that I used to watch... just little things but it adds up. Breakfast was much better than before! Variety of breads, fruits, cheeses... That was very good! Hotel was super clean and the decoration (festa Junina) really charming!

The attitude of the receptionist - Lu made a big difference compared to previous ones. Positive, smiling, great service, attention to detail, and personality. Also Anniê in the bar-restaurant provided excellent service.
