The receptionist Gabriel was extremely nice. The bedroom was good, shower was good. The only downside is that in the morning the cleaners were playing music and talking out loud, they woke me up. A part from that, I have no complaints.

Nice to have also the possibility of using the Novotel facilities, such as GYM, restaurant and breakfast.

Hotel padronizado Ibis Budget, mesma configuração, mesma decoração. Pequeno, chuveiro e vaso sanitário separados (pouca privacidade), ar condicionado, TV, toalha apenas de banho, roupa de cama ok, limpeza ok. Isolamento acústico janela é bom, mas entre os quartos e o corredor o som passa demais. Pode ser solicitado travesseiro extra. Para frigobar contratar quarto específico. Como check-in no Novotel, tem de andar pela garagem (subsolo 1) ou rampa lateral para chegar ao Ibis, pessoal do estacionamento (30 reais) não tem a boa vontade de te levar até lá mesmo tendo acesso por veículo, isso é uma grande falha. Tem agua disponível gratuita em dispositivo no térreo e algumas possibilidades de compras autoatendimento com cafeteira três e microondas. Pode ser contratado o café da manhã no novotel (por volta de 50 a 65 por pessoa) ou a menos de uma quadra tem Santa Janela Padaria drive Thru com mesinhas ao ar livre ou café Betina mais fofo ou até mesmo o Café Donuts no supermercado Tauste.
