Utilizei o serviço do IBIS em parceria com o NOVOTEL ( SOTOCABA/SP). ACesso horrível ( via estacionamento/subsolo), quarto sujo ( sobretudo banheiro, sanitário /banho), roupa de cama com ódor de suja, não deu pra utilizar, toalhas sem condições de uso pois também estavam com mal cheiro. De todas as experiências que já tive com o IBIS essa parceria com o NOVOTEL SOROCABA foi a pior, lamentável a EMBRATUR autorizar esse tipo de serviço, um completo desrespeito com o turista/usuário. The receptionist Gabriel was extremely nice. The bedroom was good, shower was good. The only downside is that in the morning the cleaners were playing music and talking out loud, they woke me up. A part from that, I have no complaints.
