Due to an error by my agent, I stayed in a four-accessible room. It was not a good experience. I suggest that the reception confirm if the accommodation is indeed accessible and change it if necessary. Because it might be that someone who really needs it could be waiting. Another point, the air conditioning seemed to need cleaning maintenance. I felt a lot of dust in the air.
