In general, was good, but the hotel must improve the conditions of the Gym, i was there and it was not enough clean and didn't have towels.

I found myself in Sorocaba for Tomorrowland which in itself was an awful experience, but this hotel was the best part of Tomorrowland weekend. The location was AMAZING (the ability to walk to the massive, new, super nice mall was a HUGE bonus). The staff was also incredibly warm and welcoming. I had booked my 6 night stay over 3 different reservations (plans kept changing), but they were able to keep me in the same room for my entire stay which was so nice to not have to continuously be moving rooms. Let's go to the check-in process. The lovely man checking me in was SO WILDLY EFFICIENT, despite it being his first week on the job. I wish I had gotten his name but it was so impressive, so hats off to him and then whoever trained him. The staff overall just went above and beyond. For their exceptional breakfast, I wanted a double espresso, but the coffee machine didn't have that as an option. So the staff said they would make me a fresh double espresso everyday. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorocaba.
