I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Novotel Sorocaba, and I want to make a special point of recognizing Yasmin at reception and Pedro at the restaurant. These days, truly outstanding customer service is rare, and when you experience it, I believe it is equally important to recognize the people who make it happen. Yasmin and Pedro were extraordinary. Their service went far beyond simply being polite or efficient. They addressed us by name, paid attention to every detail, anticipated our needs, and surprised us with thoughtful touches we weren’t expecting. That is what genuine hospitality is all about. It was fine stay. The breakfast was good first two days, after we fed up since it was literally the same and no much options. The location is good, opposite the mall, next to it 2 supermarkets as well. Cleaning was ok, if you mention what you need, otherwise when we arrive the room was quite dusty. We waited more than 30 min for check in, what actually was extremely hard after more than 20 h of travel. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!! I think this is the most precious thing from this hotel.
