Overall great experience. Check in both this visit and the last seems to take a bit longer than needed. However, staff was very helpful. I only speak English and the staff was able to easily communicate in English, I am grateful for that.

It was fine stay. The breakfast was good first two days, after we fed up since it was literally the same and no much options. The location is good, opposite the mall, next to it 2 supermarkets as well. Cleaning was ok, if you mention what you need, otherwise when we arrive the room was quite dusty. We waited more than 30 min for check in, what actually was extremely hard after more than 20 h of travel. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!! I think this is the most precious thing from this hotel.

Its poor and average. hefty cost as compared to facilitation. Simple things you don't have English script of each accessory in your hotel room . Everywhere description on items, accessories , TV , Tea/Coffee section (Including bath area) in Portuguese instead of English not suits to International brand Cost claimed at the time of booking vs charged is having huge difference.

I had perfect stay in Novotel and enjoyed all without exception. Breakfast was great and staff were so friendly and offered special Brazilian cuisine. Also had great experience in bar with Pablo (or Paulo) as star in the bar. Very friendly and positive guy and easy to talk to in English!

Check in takes too long. Hotel charge me 3 times, each day plus an extra charge, instead of 1 charge for the whole stay. Never see this before in any hotel.

Overall, my stay was good, but it could have been improved with more comfortable pillows. I had a very bad night because they were too low. I believe a hotel of this standard could provide better pillow options for its guests. The shower water pressure could also be stronger. These were my only concerns.
