We ran into multiple issues during our stay. The first room assigned to us (963) had stains on the sheets and the TV (net) wasn't working for more than 5s at a time. We called maintenance and asked for a different room. We eventually got a new room (961) where the sheets were not stained and the TV worked, however the AC unit was very loud. I have a video of it basically screaming/sounding like an alarm. We were too tired to ask for another room, but it was very disappointing. Also, this was the only hotel that didn't have complimentary outlet adapters we could borrow during our entire time in Brazil. We stayed at more expensive locations (Hotel Arpoador in Rio) and cheaper (Hotel KK in Itu), which had complimentary options for us. It felt cheap to have to pay for it when you guys are advertised as 4 stars and we chose you over Transamerica thinking it would be nicer. Just charge more for the room if you can't afford to have free adapters. And finally, house keeping came into the room to replace the water/mini bar items but never made the bed, took out the trash, or rearranged the towels. Zero service when it comes to guest comfort but effort when it comes to getting an extra dollar out of us.

I left a couple of items in the room but they "were not found" by reception when I called them a few hours later. I don't believe this for a second. The person that I talked to was very unhelpful and stopped replying after the initial response
