Front desk has very well service minded, I’m super impressed, however, the room is not completely clean and the trash was not totally empty. The pillow cover have wrinkles, this combining with the not emptied trash bin makes me wonder if the cover has been changed. Good air conditioning system, and water heating.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfy. Tv had a lot of channels that worked. Good water pressure, fast lifts. Hotel walkable to bts, restaurants and shops. No shower door so water gets everywhere. Cannot use vpn with wifi, so no banking or work possible. Breakfast buffet food not kept hot. Requires a cash deposit, for this level hotel, that was not expected.
