Check-in was smooth and checkout was also smooth. However, we faced some disappointing issues during our stay. We were not provided with the welcome drink. We were informed that the welcome drink counter operates from 6 am to 5 pm. Based on this information, we went the next day in the morning, but even then the counter was closed. Another major issue was with breakfast. Despite breakfast being clearly included in our booking, the restaurant staff informed us that breakfast was not added. When we approached the receptionist, we were told the same thing initially. After repeated explanations, checking papers, and showing our booking details multiple times, breakfast was finally allowed. As guests in a foreign country, we did not expect to be made to feel like beggars for facilities that were already paid for. Other than these issues, the rest of the hotel experience was fine.

The hotel is located far from the city centre, however the room was big enough for 4 of us. We had bunk bed for kids which worked out perfectly. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The breakfast was good as well. Would love to come back and stay again.

Quiet area, clean room but the windows did not open at all, not even in the bathroom. The breakfast was very basic and had a “cold” atmosphere. The massage place on the top floor was labelled as open at 11AM. Reception said 10AM. We went around 11:10AM. Closed. Went back to ask again at reception, they tried to call, no answer. They said they are going to try again and give us a call in the room. No one ever called.
