It is located far from the main tourist area and the breakfast served was not indian food and was all cold and tasted horrible

The room is clean and the staff are nice. However, the WiFi network in the room is super slow, you cannot even watch an YouTube video. Overall speaking it is still a nice experience.

Location is little far from the city but good for having some peaceful and quite enviroment from hustle bustle of the city noise. Rooms clean, tidy and equipped with basic amenities. Just 2 marks less, 1 for low lightening in room and 1 for no variation in breakfast. Almost same everyday.

I have always been a loyal fan of ibis hotels, especially the Sathorn branch; despite the compact rooms, the quality has always been reliable. However, my recent stay at ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 50 was an absolute disaster and a deeply embarrassing experience for me. I booked two rooms for my parents and myself, trusting the brand's standards. Upon arrival, I was shocked by how dated and dilapidated the property appeared. To make matters worse, despite requesting connecting rooms, the staff seemed unaware that the rooms provided didn't even have connecting doors. The room itself was unacceptable: Hygiene & Cleanliness: The atmosphere was gloomy and felt unhygienic. The sofa was covered in visible stains, and the bedding (pillows/blankets) was dirty with hair and debris. Facilities: The water heater was broken, leaving us with freezing cold water. The refrigerator was also non-functional and provided no cooling at all. The lighting was uncomfortably dim. I felt extremely ashamed to have brought my elderly parents here. They were so uncomfortable that they couldn't sleep and were simply counting down the hours until check-out. For the price paid, the quality felt no better than a 500-baht budget hostel. This stay was far below the Accor standard. I am beyond disappointed and expect a serious explanation and rectification regarding these substandard conditions.

Stay is comfortable but Breakfast buffet is with limited items and I found none Halal food in the items mean while other hotels have halal food. Also there is no swimming pool in the hotel.
