Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfy. Tv had a lot of channels that worked. Good water pressure, fast lifts. Hotel walkable to bts, restaurants and shops. No shower door so water gets everywhere. Cannot use vpn with wifi, so no banking or work possible. Breakfast buffet food not kept hot. Requires a cash deposit, for this level hotel, that was not expected.

It is located far from the main tourist area and the breakfast served was not indian food and was all cold and tasted horrible

The room is clean and the staff are nice. However, the WiFi network in the room is super slow, you cannot even watch an YouTube video. Overall speaking it is still a nice experience.

Location is little far from the city but good for having some peaceful and quite enviroment from hustle bustle of the city noise. Rooms clean, tidy and equipped with basic amenities. Just 2 marks less, 1 for low lightening in room and 1 for no variation in breakfast. Almost same everyday.
