We booked two rooms and stayed for five nights as Diamond Accor members who travel around the world, and we discovered that the Novotel Eur offers a lovely and cosy accommodation. Additionally, the front desk staff especially Emanuele, Andrea, Pascale, and Giselle is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet menu appears limited in comparison to other Novotel brand hotels, which is the only item that needs to be improved. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
