I had a very short stay, but everything was well arranged. Check in and check out were quick. The bar and restaurant were also okay. For me the breakfast was okay, but eg the scrambled egg was lacking some flavor. I also did not see an option for non-dairy milk for the coffee.

Air conditioning is very bad. The room was like an hot chamber and I was told it is maintained a certain temp since it is winter. But we could not sleep in the night comfortably. Second thing the shower area is not covered and water is coming out of the bathroom everytime we take bath.

Hello, I am writing to share my feedback once again, as I have not yet received any response. Although I reported these issues directly to the receptionist during my stay—and she confirmed that a written complaint had been sent to the property manager—I did not receive any reply or acknowledgment. This is the first time I have experienced such issues, despite being a very frequent traveler and a loyal ALL Accor member. I usually prefer staying at Novotel, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. On the first night, the room provided to me was not in good condition. Some of the lights were already broken and not working. Additionally, there was a serious issue with the drinking water. Although I asked multiple times whether the water was safe to drink and was assured by the receptionist that it was, the water had a very unpleasant smell. I even gave a sample to the receptionist, who mentioned that she has been working there for two years and had never encountered water with such a smell before. Unfortunately, after using this water, my younger son (2 years old) developed diarrhea, and we had to seek medication. This situation is concerning from a health and safety perspective and should not happen at a hotel of this standard. The following day, I was moved to a much better room, which was well serviced. However, the water issue still existed throughout the property. Due to this, we had to purchase drinking water from outside, as the hotel provided only two bottles of water for four people, which was insufficient. Additionally, I would like to provide feedback on the breakfast service. I have stayed at Novotel properties in Paris and Amsterdam, where the breakfast options were excellent. Unfortunately, at your property, the breakfast selection was very basic and did not meet the usual Novotel standards. I kindly request that you consider improving the breakfast offerings. These concerns were reported on the spot during my stay, yet I have not received any feedback so far. I hope this message will be reviewed seriously and addressed accordingly.
