The first impression when we got our room was not good , they said they cannot put the aircon on till 15th April which was not informed so i could have just booked an apartment . Aircon was my major reason for 4star Hotel . The hotel staff was not aware of bus diversions or change in bus stop right in front of hotel . All hotel visitors were confused and kept asking at the orignal bus stop , the bus drivers were helpful and stopped and guided us . The rooms had no carpet no tiles , just some weird plastic stuck to floor which is usually during construction floor is covered with . 2 light switches were broken and some plug sockets did not work they did not take any size adapters and toilet door was stuck and difficult to move, it had not rail at the bottom so difficult with a special needs child . They changed our room on 1st night when requested. Toilet door had same issue after. . But the good thing is they gave us water bottles everyday in room .

The staff are really nice and helpful. The neighbourhood is nice and calm. Very close to bus stop, but it is tricky to know which line to be taken from the hotel side and which to be taken from across the street to reach the metro. The furniture is a little bit old but generally the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean.
