The hotel was a little far out from the center but we knew this already. Everything was as you’d expect it to be but the stay was transformed after we met Emmanuel who took care of the bar. He was an incredible host who was super attentive and went considerably over and above to ensure we had a great time. I would go as far as saying he made our stay in Rome from being a good time to a great time.

Great customer service: I could not sleep at all the first night because of my neoghbor being very sick and coughing loudly all night. I was able to change room for the second night and sleep a minimum then,

The hotel description says "Shuttle," which is a lie. I emailed for pickup after booking - and was told there was no shuttle. The hotel description says "close to Metro," which is a lie. It is a 30 minute walk or 1-2 bus changes to get there.
