This is my second visit to the Novotel Euro Roma and unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. While the hotel offers a comfortable stay with good amenities, I had concerns about security. During my stay, I encountered issues with room service that left me feeling uneasy about the safety of my belongings. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns, as it would improve the experience for future guests. I would recommend guests to exercise caution with valuables until these issues are resolved. First time daughter shoes and last week my watch. . .

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Good location for travelling in to and out off Rome - we used Metro which was a 20 minute walk.

AC was not working correctly. Could not sleep well. Either off or full cold. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a little lacking but doable.
