I was disappointed by the room. It is very old, even if maybe clean it gives you the feeling of a motel and not a 4* hotel.

The front desk man wasn’t very helpful. He is like 35 year old and tall white man. We were two men and he gave us a room with one big bed in 1st floor. And said he doesn’t have a 2nd or 3rd floor room as i requested before i come. I came back to reception saying the room has one big bed and we’re not in couple. He said ah sorry I’m giving you another one and it was a 2nd floor two separated bed. I mean you’re not a cool person man. You lied to a Accor Memeber Guest. My stay was December 15th 2019 at like 8 pm.

They gave me a room (my wife and 2 children were with me) next to a group event, which had young partying all night. What idiots would book my room next to this event! They should have put me on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Unacceptable! The people were screaming starting at 2:00am until 4:30am. I called the front desk but there was no answer. The next morning at checkout, the hotel hostess apologized of what happened.

Io le assicuro che abbiamo fatto tutto il possibile per cercare di risolvere il problema, parlando con l'organizzatore dell'evento e far ridurre il volume e purtroppo non c'è stato neanche possibile farle cambiare camera in una zona più distante dall'area interessata alla festa perchè l'hotel era tutto al completo. Per venirle incontro su quanto accaduto, ed essendo Membro Accor mi farebbe piacere omaggiarla di 2000 punti sulla sua tessera fedeltà, sperando di avere il piacere di accoglierla prossimamente e farle apprezzare al meglio la nostra struttura ed il nostro spirito di accoglienza, porgiamo i nostri più cordiali saluti. Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is nice. There is a really helpfull English-speaking staff. But location is bad - very far from Rome center and no public transport. Despite of the fact that it is not so far from the airport, it took us about 1 hour to arrive. The traffic was so busy! The hotel declares it has a free airpory shuttle bus. That was a main reason we chosed this hotel for 1 night. But the shuttle bus is actually a minibus and we could not use it on our way from airport to the hotel since it should be booked in advance. And we could not use it next morning on the way back to airport since it was "too early" (7.00 AM). So we payed for a taxi twice that was expencive and disappointing

Many thanks to very helpful and professional team of the hotel. everything was on highest level. Also a breakfast was very good. Really exceed my expectations and it would be major factor for me too book this hotel again if I will visit Rome in the future. My suggestions are only about executive suite room, which I stayed in. 1) the window in the bathroom should have jalousie/curtains and door should have working locks to provide proper privacy when people visit restroom and shower. We are two children, father and grandma. Just imagine the situation. 2) More electrical plugs is needed. At least couple of ones by the bed. We are in 21th century. People have many devices and gadgets. 3) Despite to our trying, climate control didn't provide needed temperature. It was always cold. Even colder than in the corridor.

Had a good one night stay in this Mercure hotel. It was easy to find and the reception staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable but was quite a long walk along one of the wings.

The hotel is approximately eight miles outside Rome, which was good for us as we were hiring a car and did not want to drive to close to the centre. There is a very secure underground car park with plenty of room. There is a free shuttle to Euroma 2, a local shopping mal, EUR Frerme, where you can pick up the Metro and also to the airport, we used this facility a lot. The hotel is bright and clean with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Our bedroom was on the first floor at the front of the building which did mean there was some road noise but not excesive, the room itself was large and well equipped with a fridge, room safe and air conditioning, my only grumble is that the windows were screwed shut as it would have nice to get some fresh air. Most staff speak good English and are very attentive and proffesional. The restaurant offers a good selection and the breakfast buffet has a large continental range plus some hot options. On the first morning we were a little late down but the restaurant manager happily held back on clearing up so that we could have breakfast, excellent customer service, The area around the hotel is a bit run down, there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance and there is always the shuttle. In general the hotel fitted our requirements perfectly with secure parking, free shuttle and the right side of the city to access the airport and the coast and local attractions.

Stay was very nice but we upgraded the room and it felt like a normal room and did not feel like we had upgraded so won’t be spending the extra money on the upgrade again.

Overall the hotel comes across a bit old. The furniture and interior (especially that of the room) come across as dated and not of this time anymore.

A great hotel in terms of great value and services. While the location is not good- far away from the center, it's free shuttle services from and to airport and metro station are big makeup. The hotel lobby is nice but the room is small.

Lovely, spacious and welcoming hotel. Our Superior Double Room was large, light and most importantly had a very clean bathroom, as well as clean towels and bed linens. We enjoyed the bar for our welcome drink as well as dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with great staff in both places. Parking was great and being located just outside the city's ring road, the hotel was easy to access for those who normally drive on the other side of the road. We felt safe walking around the area during the afternoon we arrived and found many services we wanted close by. The souvenir shop within the hotel was reasonably priced and opened during the day and again during the evening. We would confidently recommend this 4 star hotel to any travellers wishing to stay closer to Rome the airport. Thank you.

A nice room, booked on my Accor loyalty points. Spacious. The bathroom unfortunately was having multiple spots of mold and a defect air-system. A very nice and tasteful breakfast with plenty of choice. For tourists the hotel is a bit off centre, but with our rental car and underground parking garage it was perfect for us.
