Pasqua made a good job by the upgrade and giving us the room as early as possible. But the hotel location was not good n takes a lot of time to reach the center. Partly is my mistake to book it. Rooms are not isolated from noise well and we could hear the next door room people talking. Also I couldn't enjoy the welcome drink when I was checking out even when I asked for a can or coke I didn't get that as I didn't have the time to enjoy it during my stay!!

Comfortable room and usual features for this chain of hotels but accor membership profile somehow not transfered to the hotel even when the booking was made through the Accor app. So no welcome amenities were available for platinum accor member.
