Please do not stay here at all costs. I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t end up in the same situation. We were traveling with our small dog and had wet food that had to be kept cold. This hotel does not have a refrigerator in the room, which might have been manageable if they were willing to store the food in their main fridge. They refused and told us they could not keep our dog’s food refrigerated. Their only suggestion was to use bags of ice. The ice melted within a few hours, soaking the bags and causing water to leak all over the table and floor. When we asked for a small ice bucket to at least contain the mess, they didn’t have one and eventually were just able to give me a plate. The effort to help or accommodate a very basic and reasonable request was denied. Keep in mind that I had been traveling across Italy the past 2 weeks and had stayed in 6 different hotels (one also being an Ibis, in a different city) and had zero issues with that request, some even going out of their way to make sure the food was kept safe. I checked out a day early due to this and found a hotel 10 minutes away that had no issues with that request as well. This was extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and stressful, especially when traveling with a pet. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I’m writing this solely so others can avoid this experience at all costs.
