The issues you describe regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, the presence of mold and the noise from the air-conditioning unit are not in line with the standards we aim to deliver. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and we are inspecting the room and the air-conditioning unit concerned. After checking in, I knew then why there were no bathroom pictures or any extra pictures of the guest rooms. The bathroom absolutely disgusting. The shower absolutely disgusting. The air-conditioning? Forget it! I understand that there is a ton of tourists traveling in this hotel, can you put up some kind of QR code on how to use the air-conditioning? Do you even clean your air-conditioning units? All I smelled was mold. It chirped all night like there was a parakeet in the room. Don’t tell perspective customers that you supply bathroom items when you have one pump bottle in there, that’s supposed to take care of everything. I did not bring anything with me for our last night because I thought this hotel was gonna have everything I need like a typical Hilton, embassy suites, Marriott anything. I did not sleep all night long. I repeat, I did not sleep all night long, then had to get on a flight for 10 hours. I will never ever recommend your hotel. I am going to post these pictures of the bathroom and the disgusting bold all over social media and I will never ever, ever take your Rewards program. This was a one and done. Now I know why you charge everybody at the beginning because the minute they see those rooms they wanna leave, but they can’t because you can’t refund the cost of the room.

Stayed 2 nights whilst racing in the Hyrox at Roma di Fiera. Comfortable and clean room and staff were very helpful. Hotel was great location for the venue with a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket close by. Could have done with a small fridge in the room though.

The lovely lady who checked me in was a delight and the evening staff where all just as great. The hotel is good location to airport, but quite a distance from Rome. Bed was comfy, but room smelt of stale smoke. Good for transit or one night, but don't base oneself here

The bed had dents in it where many people had slept before so it was uncomfortable, there were loud banging noises from above and no aircon so overall I slept very badly. I am aware ibis is on the basic end of the Accor range but I was not expecting it to be this bad.

Great rates and they allow pets. Disregard any comments on their app or website about a shuttle to the airport. This location does not have any shuttle service, the only option is a taxi.

Comfortable stay, although a bit far from the city center. The buses were frequent though, so we encountered no problem. The room was very clean, the cleaning staff cleaned every day which I appreciate a lot. The staff at the reception was very friendly, polite, and helpful.
