The hotel was not well located of you are an tourist in Rome. Since it is not allowed to drive into the old city centre with your auto vehicle, it would be better to use the public transport. Sadly it is quite a long trip or you can use the pendle shuttle which leaves every hour for 3 hour per trip and a reservation is mandatory. I would prefer to use an hotel closer to the city centre. Besides we find 18 euro's per person for a simple breakfast quite extreme for Italian prices. It was not that special. It was quite the struggle to use the laundromat since there are just 2 machines for the whole hotel. Every time there were people waiting for the laundromat which made it impossible to use it unless you go there in the early morning.

I’m sorry to hear that you found our breakfast pricing high. We strive to offer a variety of options and quality ingredients with a very large buffet (which in Italy you might not find everywhere) but I understand that it may not have met your expectations. Regarding the laundromat, I can see how having just two machines can be a challenge during busy times.
