It’s true that getting into the city center can be a bit tricky, and many of our guests find using public transport or our shuttle service ( 3 Euro)the best option for exploring Rome. I’m sorry to hear that you found our breakfast pricing high. We strive to offer a variety of options and quality ingredients with a very large buffet (which in Italy you might not find everywhere) but I understand that it may not have met your expectations. Regarding the laundromat, I can see how having just two machines can be a challenge during busy times. Beyond the already known/usual Ibis standards, I felt most welcome. The staff is professional and helpful. The half-hour walking distance to the nearest metro station might be seen as an issue (actually, the only one), but the hotel offers a shuttle bus (every hour, during the day).

Everything was great, it was really far from everything but the service made up for it. The common areas were very comfortable. The shuttle bus could use more hourly schedules, but otherwise it was quite convenient. However, we tried to use the advertised washing machine and dryer, and found that the dryer had no heat in it. It made our clothes not dry properly and was very problematic for us. We paid for the dryer cycle twice as well. It felt like a waste of money as we had to bring our laundry to another washer after.

The suite rooms are very large but literally empty. The TV is so small and all the cables are visible. The water fountain is a regular ibis standard but the plastic cups were too small.

This feels like a university hall of residence. Rooms are very basic, bar is fine and breakfast ok. In the UK I d attempt to report it given it is misleading. Overall for men watching a sporting event it was adequate and a pus the area although a way out of Rome was very pleasant.

Comfortable but 4 stars. Staff excellent. Room amenities not same as other 4star. Eg no tissues in barh room. No coffee tea making facilities. No minibar .. not that i use . Breakfast over priced for food provided. Shuttle bus service was good given location. Parking good. Gamres amenities good. I would stay agian just need to rate approriately

Super nice and competent front desk. On arrival the two persons there were genuinely happy to see us (was already past 8pm with one leaving her shift). They gave a lot of very good information, namely the shuttle that dropped us daily close to the Vatican, cutting short the distance to downtown. They also gave very good suggestions about dining out in the area. A great breakfast and a genuine Ibis Styles with all the wit and energetic / jovial facilities.
