The hotel was nice, reception staff was friendly and helpful (big thanks to Lorenzo :)). The staff in the restaurant in the evening didn’t care much, we have to wait like 30 minutes until we got the menu, when you order a soup, you have to ask for a spoon, the restaurant doesn’t offer any accor discount. The elevators didn’t work properly. I would change the paper cups in the rooms to glass, because of sustainbility and I don’t like to drink from paper or plastic cups in the hotel.

Ch Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel is only 20min away from the airport by taxi. However, the next Metro stop is also a 20-minute walk away. Staff were nice and even changed our room from a double to a twin without any problems. However, the air con was extremely loud and annoying during the night. A fan would come on regularly, and we couldn’t find a way to turn it off. There is no need for air con in January, so it would be best to turn it off completely. The breakfast had many options to suit different tastes. Again, noise was a problem. On 2 mornings, there was a group of young unsupervised children who were running around, screaming, touching the food, and packing huge piles of sandwiches to take away. Their parents clearly weren’t even in the breakfast room, and the hotel staff did not intervene.
