Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that you found our apartments well-equipped and our staff friendly and helpful. It is always encouraging to hear that our complimentary coffee and baked goods were a welcome treat during your stay. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the temperature control in your room. While we offer air conditioning, as well as additional portable heating and fans upon request, we understand that the comfort of our guests is paramount, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. Nonetheless, we appreciate your positive rating and comments about the cleanliness and our sustainability initiatives. Finally, we're glad that the location of our aparthotel contributed to a positive experience, with easy access to public transport and proximity to Munich City Centre.
