Cozy mid-range hotel. The staff is top-notch—always smiling and happy to help. Their pet-friendly policy is a massive plus, though keep in mind there is an extra fee for pets. Tip: If you register on the ALL Accor website, you can get a discount. ​The location is great, with a small park nearby that is perfect for walking the dog, and Olympiapark is just a 10-minute walk away. ​Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Clean comfy room, aircon was not very powerful, very few kitchen utensils or cooking equipment provided, had to ask for more pillows, pillows were small and flat

Stay was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I paid for late check out but was informed that due to full booking it is not possible. 30 euros charged were promised to return within week but no update after 1 week. A giant spider was found near curtains. Need higher cleanliness as this can become serious issues for children and babies.

Although the room price was not very high, I have have had much better rooms in the same price range. When we arrived there was previous guests candies on the floor and the room was not very well cleaned. The furniture in the room was low quality, worn out and the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel needs renovation.

Rooms were clean, check in was an easy experience. 4 Beds were provided for our stay (couple with 2 children). Area was quiet and peaceful, and felt safe. Stay was pleasant with easy access to the U-bahn system (5 min walk beside an apartment complex). We didn't have a car so can't comment on parking.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay. The amenities provided were good. Response at the reception was good for any questions or requirements. Check out and check in processes were very easy. Just issue with extra service like the dryer in laundry room was not working well, kept on running and hot steamed all the clothes and they were still wet.

We have stayed in this hotel many times, but never when the outside temperature has reached above 30 degrees Celcius. The aircondition in the room was not sufficient and could not properly cool down the apartment. Therefore, we didn’t sleep very well.

A very positive experience across the board. The staff are professional and friendly, always ready to provide information and assist with guests' needs — including the small unexpected situations that can arise when travelling with children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is ideal: convenient for exploring the city yet surprisingly quiet. We only stayed for three nights, but the room would have been perfectly suited for a longer stay too. An experience we would definitely repeat. On a personal note, the only minor thing I would mention is that the pillows were a little too soft for my taste — but that is purely a matter of personal preference.
