Booked 2 rooms for 5 persons though applicaion, 2 adults and 3 kids (17/14/8), upon check in i have been forced by Sahel to pay 120 euros because the booking shows 4 adults to Sahel, he charged the chiled of 8 years old more thsn adult rate and he didnt consider application booking, also first night there was no hot water in both rooms, i request you to refund 120 euros and first night fees.

Dear Mr. A., Thank you for your feedback to us which we take very seriously. After investigating this incident, we did not charge you more for your 8yo but we had to charge for a larger room. for us it is not legal, to accommodate more than 2 Persons in a studio room, thus we had to asign an apartment for your stay to accommodate the 5th person which was not booked, as you only booked for 4 Adults but no child. Unfortunately, fire policy only allows us to host 2 Persons (older than 24 months and/or in need of a bed) in a studio-room. Good value for money. Cleaning of the apartament was good except for the spider webs around the ceiling lamps. Overall a good stay.
