Should have read more reviews before staying at this hotel.

However, we are sorry to learn of the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. Furthermore, we understand that a good night's sleep is paramount, and we offer additional pillows and blankets at reception to enhance our guests' comfort. We also apologize if the bed did not suit your preference and encourage guests to let us know during their stay so we can assist in finding a suitable solution. Additionally, as part of our eco-friendly initiative to reduce plastic usage, we do provide the necessities when it comes to bathroom amenities and additional items can be purchased from the Adagio Shop at the reception. - good location to company - nice small gestures like drinks in the foyer and mini market (but of course expensive) - bed was not comfy, it was one of those folding beds from the wall - water pressure in shower too weak - no room service (but probably clear as it is appartment) - water kettle could not be closed as lid was broken and no tea in the room

Good budget hotel

Adagio Access is reasonably well located, an 8 minute walk to the Subway and then a 15 minute ride to Munich centre. The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast. The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night. If not for this I would have given a full 10 score.
