We stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Muenchen City Olympiapark hotel for 4 nights. Overall the experience was not horrible, but definitely not what we were hoping for. The bed was about an inch thick, felt like cardboard, as well as flat pillows- definitely not the place for a cozy or comfy night of rest. If you need a quick place, it was clean and practical. The shower door didn't close for us however, and so our bathroom was constantly flooded. On top of that, the elevator didn't work when we arrived, and we had to take suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The heating system was out of control with no way to cool the room down, except for having the window open, which lent to a lot of outside noise. Additionally, this hotel is not easily accessible by metro, about a 15 min walk away. Not a good location for those seeing the city. It was a lot of transit time for us. If we could do it over, we would definitely not pick this hotel for those reasons.

Everything was going great but at last I had a very disappointing experience regarding an incorrect breakfast charge. I was accused of having breakfast when I did not. Even after I requested CCTV verification and showed that the signature on the receipt did not match mine or my partner’s, the staff continued to insist it was our signature. Only after I firmly asked for proof was the charge finally cancelled. I want to specially appreciate the young lady on the night shift who also checked us in on first day. She handled the situation calmly and professionally. When I raised the issue, she reassured me that the signature would be checked and that if it didn’t match ours, we would not be charged. Her approach made me feel heard and respected. Unfortunately, when the staff changed in the morning, the same accusations started again despite the signature clearly not matching ours. This inconsistency in communication and attitude is what made the experience stressful. This situation caused unnecessary stress and made me feel unfairly accused. Instead of taking a customer-focused approach, the staff repeatedly insisted we had consumed the breakfast, even though the signature clearly did not match ours. I expect more professionalism: – Proper verification before accusing guests – Respectful communication – Ensuring that signatures or records are checked carefully before adding charges I hope the hotel reviews its internal processes so this does not happen to other guests. While the issue was eventually resolved, the manner in which it was handled left a very negative impression.

Good stay, very quiet surroundings, super nice personal, everything very clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable for a couple, it was like a sofabed, although it wasn't terrible.
