Our food got spoiled, because no fridge was in the room. What a waste. ( Yes, we know it from the room description, but when you travel, you'll buy more than you can eat ) And kettle is missing.

We stayed for 3 nights and everytime we came back to hotel both the keys didn’t work. This happened every day with us .. was so irritating because then you have to go to reception carrying all the luggage with you

Very nice and clean hotel, nice quiet location in business district, not far from the city center and tourist attractions. Staff is extremely polite, nice and professional. Rooms are not big, but very clean and with great view. Garage entrance is very narrow and it is not easy to get in or out by car. First hour is free of charge and whole day is 22 EUR. Parking outside on the street is possible for free on the weekends and after 18. Daily charge is 11 EUR, but places are limited. We travelled as a family of four in 2 rooms and had a great time at the hotel. Staff is wonderful and very helpful, speaking number of languages. I strongly recommend it and would come again.

Es hat uns sehr gut Mitarbeitern gefallen. Es waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Rezeptionistin hat uns viele hilfsreiche Informationen gegeben. Es fehlt ein paar Blatt Papier im Zimmer um schnell etwas zu schreib.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbe und Wohngebiet. Es war sehr ruhig. Bis zur S- Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, je nachdem wie schnell man läuft. Das Hotel war sauber, eine großer Rezeption und ein schöner Wartebereich. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich beim Einchecken sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Nur im Bad das " neue Lichtkonzept" das der Spiegel indirekt leuchtet und in der Decke ein Strahler ist sollte man nochmal überdenken. Hell ist was anderes, ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Leider gehört die Tiefgarage nicht zum Hotel. Wir kennen es von anderen IBIS Hotels, das man zumindest " einen ermäßigten Preis " dann bekommt. Pro Tag 22€ sind schon viel, ansonsten hätten wir das Auto irgendwo parken müssen, da dies aber fast nur mit Anwohner Parkausweis ging, mussten wir die Tiefgarage nutzen. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder dieses IBIS buchen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch!
