Single night for a business trip. Bathtooms looked a bit like a space pod. Bed was fantastic. Room was quiet but cold. Breakfast adequate.

The hotel was well located, quiet. Overall it had a bit of an "outdated" feel. For my taste the matrass was too firm. But overall it was a good experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very expensive and because it’s not managed by the Hotel, 2 days of parking can result in paying more than the actual daily fee if you choose to take the car out for a drive after 24 hours. The room was ok, but nothing special about it. It felt outdated and especially the bathroom felt cheap. We were hit by a thunderstorm and there was no heater in the room to try and dry our clothes on. Maybe one electric one in the bathroom would be nice.

The value for service makes no sense. Breakfast is scarce and the food quality is poor. Most importantly, I was charged for the umbrella I borrowed, despite having promptly returned it. This highlights a lack of process standardization (a dedicated tool or automatic machine, as many hotels now use, would have prevented this), which ultimately results in a poor customer experience.
