the booked rooms where not heated. the receptionist could only provide one extra heater. for the second room the receptionist offered to look for some heater in the upcoming day - which would be the checkout day. luckily one of the guests by chance encountered a hotel technician that offered to help with a half broken heating device. the recepionists barely speak German

Not good, door cards were not working and spent almost 30 mins to get back to my room again
