Good room, friendly staff. My reason for deducting two points was because the location on the ground floor made it feel unsafe to open the window at night which in the summer was a disadvantage. Moreover , noise from the hallway, which was significant that night, was disturbing my sleep. Better sound insolation would have made this stay more comfortable.

In the end, you get what you pay for. I found the staff particularly helpful. The rooms are quite minimalist and it would have been good to have a bottle of water waiting for us. Still, the wifi is free and good. The location is easy to reach for UBERs and get around. I would stay there again

No A/C functioning in room, no proper trash bins in the room other than in the bathroom. Lady in reception at night shift was not super kind, maybe it is a language barrier problem. Pillows are low quality.

During my recent stay, I found the overall experience comfortable, yet one issue stood out that requires attention. On the second floor, a guest in the room opposite the elevator was smoking indoors, despite the clear no-smoking policy. I reported this twice to the reception team. This situation affected the comfort of that floor and raised concerns about how such policies are upheld. I suggest reinforcing staff procedures for smoke-related complaints and possibly implementing a more direct follow-up method, such as floor checks following any report.
