Liebe Beate R., wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Probleme mit Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer (leider halten sich nicht alle Gäste an das Rauchverbot im Haus). Das darf natürlich nicht vorkommen, hier muss unser House-Keeping aktiver reagieren/lüften/putzen. Wir bedauern sehr die Unannehmlichkeiten. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie uns noch eine Chance geben würden, um die wir Sie hiermit bitten. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir Sie beim nächsten Besuch vollends von uns und unserem Service überzeugen können.
