The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and tidy over all very pleasant stay only bug is they had no tea or coffee making in your room and I thought the bed could be a bit softer .

This is not my first stay with you, have been at least twice per year for last 4-5 years. The reason being - I’m visiting my daughter who lives just across the street. The place is clean, quiet and very friendly. My best choice for Schwabing 👍

Comfortable, close to tram (5minutes) and 15minutes away from u-bahn. Also very close to Munich airport by taxi. Rooms spacious although no coffee machine/kettle or refrigerator available. AC took a bit of time to heat the room. Staff very helpful.
