The location is relatively good, 15 minutes walk to the underground station and also Airport Shuttle. But not great at the same time. Customer service was extremely horrible, my worst experience with Accor Hotel group in general. Receptionist name Eryna was so rude and and horrible.

I felt the room was cold & could not adjust the fan and heating settings. Also, there was no hook (haken) to hang the wet bath towel - it seems to have not been replaced after it was removed/came off. On my second day I noticed that the bathroom was smelling - the water drainage point in the bathroom floor was uncovered.
