Very comfortable, pleasant receptionist. Fast check in and check out. The location is very convinient and close to metro station. The small shop near reception was also good since supermarkets didn't work when we came. The rooms were very aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. However, the breakfast is extremely poor: very limited options, bad coffee, and a powdered omelette that was literally inedible. A better breakfast experience would make a big difference.

We had a short stay in Munich. This hotel is perfectly located near metro station and equipped with underground parking. The rooms are very compact and have no refrigerator or even cattle to make a tea.
