We booked parking should cost €10. The charge is €19 the bathroom no ventilation you have to come and bedroom to wash your teeth. What a small toilet with no ventilation the attitude of the reception oh my God terrible

Dear Skender S., Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the parking fee. Are you sure you reviewed the right hotel? You can't book the garage in our hotel, and it doesn't cost € 10. That's not mentioned anywhere. The garage actually costs € 16, not € 19. We have a ventilation system, but it's very quiet, which is actually a good thing. This applies to the restroom as well. It's always active and doesn't need to be switched on, but it's there. I was very satisfied with my stay. We spent one night here on our way to the Dolomites, and it was the perfect stopover, especially combined with a visit to the BMW Museum nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, and the beds were comfortable.
