Great clean room, patio a little noisy

Everything was very clean, the room was much bigger than I had expected and the fridge+microwave+kettle are great to have! Parking was also available, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the windows looking out on the patio meant I had to close the windows completely to cut out the noise when I wanted to sleep, which I normally wouldn't do in summer.

Good to stay for a night. I’d comment to provide parking for your guests as a service Rooms are equipped with all you need. Bed was Not best ever , but again for a night it was good enough.

the bed linen had mark, was not made up very well each day - so did not feel fresh and clean the toilet did not smell good.

By far my worst experience to date. In fact, I am considering cancelling my Accor membership after this visit. The rooms adjacent to the lift on the 5th floor were, as far as I could tell, occupied by a family of refugees being accommodated in the hotel. This family left their doors open during our entire visit. Their children ran up and down the halls screaming at every hour of the day and night. What's worse: their belongings were blocking the fire escape - bicycles and dozens and dozens of bags blocked the stairway to the fifth floor. That is not legal in Germany - and for good reason, regardless of how effective the management is at filling their unoccupied rooms with this specific clientele. The hotel staff did not see this as their responsibility. The problem, it seemed, was known, yet we were allegedly the first who had complained about the situation. A manager was listening to our complaint from the office behind the desk, made eye contact with me, but did not feel obligated to come out and address my concerns. Perhaps I should call the Munich fire department myself to make sure this issue does get addressed? In mid-March I will be taking two business trips. Rest assured Novotel will not be considered.

I appreciate that early check-in was possible. I liked very much room size and equipment, except TV - it was a bit outdated and screen resolution was small (it wasn't Full HD) - as I used TV as a computer monitor this lack was a drawback for me. Breakfast was OK, however it could be a bit bigger choice of vegetables.

You are my favourite Hotel. Typically I do not take a full breakfast in the morning regardless of the hotel such that the setup in the suites is perfect for me. However the breakfast room is quite uncomfortable, noise, not cosy, poor breakfast choices you name it. Even the cheap IBIS is way better wrt. breakfast. Now I understand why almost all of my colleagues detest Novotel Suites. For me the breakfast capabilities is almost irrelevant. I might cross the aisle and have a breakfast in IBIS should I want to. However for you as a hotel, the topic may be of interest. Final remark: I always ask for a quiet rooms and rooms near the elevator are not quiet. Your reception should be made aware of that. Cheers

The rooms are old, the staff is not the nicest, my shower was clogged... Ido not wish to go back to this hotel, the customer experience was far from good.

Invoice missing again Breakfast covers basics, but compared to other hotels feels it doesn't have much options (e.g. pancake, waffle, pain au chocolat, freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, more savory options).

I have enjoyed staying in Novotel suits for 10 days with my family. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were specious and cozy with good facilities kettle and microwave. The location is very good in quite zone and easy accessible with free parking in the street. The disappointing issue was that they stated in my reservation terms -as long stay- is included A Smart car (or a similar vehicle) is provided for a maximum of 4 hours per day for each room of my 2 rooms; petrol is included. When I asked the reception staff for the vehicles, they told me it is not provided any more although I showed her the reservation confirmation email. I sent 2 emails to Accor customers service with no response.
