I booked a Family room. The bed sheets have been clean, but the room has not been vacuumed, hair was in the bed. The table has sticky stains. Overall an unclean impression.

Very attentive staff. For families is very convenient we had a large room we are a family of four and the room has everything you would expect from a suites sub brand. Only thing to be aware of is that you are some away from the center and the closest on the ground station is a good 10 minutes walk

Big room for the price, although old but still in acceptable conditions. Breakfast is so so as it was combined with Ibis next door due to low occupancy during this pandemic. Overall still great value for money. For those who drive, take straight line to enter the garage if you don't want to scratch your car as entrance is very narrow, you can park for free overnight if you want to save some money as parking is 17.5 Euro per day

Everything was ok, 1 point of improvement for room 138: in the morning no hot water so a shower had to be taken with lukewarm water.

We are very disappointed what in Novotel receptionist did not speak fluently english, she didn’t ask us for Covid statements but she sent us to pcr testing. There was no toilet paper in our room, when I called reception, lady told me I have to come to reception to pick up toilet paper. Breakfast was very poor

Nice hotel with a very big room. Very big bed too. The breakfast buffet is big and you can find everything what you need. Parking in the garage is very difficult if you have a big car. Suggest to park outside which is cheaper and if you are luky than you find a place which is free of charge.

Just different times I was in that hotel which is very good. Rooms are big and clean as well as the bathroom. Room has everything what you need. Internet is very good and quick. Only problem today is the breakfast which is strange because of covid. Instead of a nice buffet you get only a plate with what you have ordered the day before.

I have enjoyed staying in Novotel suits for 10 days with my family. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were specious and cozy with good facilities kettle and microwave. The location is very good in quite zone and easy accessible with free parking in the street. The disappointing issue was that they stated in my reservation terms -as long stay- is included A Smart car (or a similar vehicle) is provided for a maximum of 4 hours per day for each room of my 2 rooms; petrol is included. When I asked the reception staff for the vehicles, they told me it is not provided any more although I showed her the reservation confirmation email. I sent 2 emails to Accor customers service with no response.

The suite decor as a concept is excellent. But one of the three panels for dividing the room was missing, one for the windows was stained from top to bottom, and lat but not lest the corner is the toilet seat was yellow from ... rust it seems Before arriving I had let a message asking not to be close to the lift . I got a suite in front of the lift without explanation. To be fair, it was not noisy. The receptionist did not even bother to smile or tell us something else than the room number ! To be fair, there were some strange excited people making a lot of noise at the bar near The overall stay was correct but it could have been excellent with room duly maintained and staff friendly

I've been there for a long weekend with my family. Found myself comfortable in the room, which was roomy enough for four people and clean. Beds were good and we all slept well. As a position is not the absolutely best, since it took 15 mins to get to the closest U-Bahn, but for a holiday time was ok.
