For sure not the most luxurious hotel you will find in Munich, but for me well located, not far from public transportation, really quite at night as in a residual area and comfortable beds. Really good price/value ration for Munich.

room doors close extremely noisy and waked me up multiple times starting at 5am, when other guests started to leave their rooms. furthermore the glass wall was also very noisy due to the wind outside. the fan in the room wasn't adjustable and the bar person was very eager to close on time while several guests still wanted drinks

Stay was good, rooms were clean. But The equipments in gym were broken and unusable.
