Our room was not properly cleaned the last night or two. Garbage cans were not wmptied and mugs/glasses not removed. Also I am not sure the carpet was vacuumed given there were one or two things (bits of paper or such) on it.

Dear ALL Accor Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Accor hotel, and certainly not the level of service I expect as a loyal ALL Accor member. At checkout, my wife and I were still in our room approximately eight minutes after the official checkout time. A member of the front desk staff came to our room, knocked on the door, and opened it less than a second later without giving us any reasonable opportunity to respond. Regardless of being a few minutes late, I believe entering an occupied room in this manner is completely unacceptable and a serious disregard for guests’ privacy. When I went downstairs to check out, I addressed the incident with the same staff member and explained that what had happened was not acceptable. Instead of acknowledging my concern or apologizing, he responded rudely and raised his voice at me without any justification, which made an already uncomfortable situation considerably worse. I would, however, like to thank the female staff member who stepped in, professionally de-escalated the situation, and removed him from handling our checkout. I genuinely appreciate the way she managed the situation. I have chosen to stay within the Accor network and maintain my ALL membership because I expect a certain standard of hospitality, professionalism, and respect. I do not expect special treatment, but I absolutely expect basic privacy and respectful communication. I am writing this complaint because I believe what happened should be taken seriously. The way we were treated, particularly the unauthorized entry into our room followed by the behavior at reception, was simply unacceptable and left a very negative impression on our entire stay. I hope this matter will be reviewed appropriately and that steps will be taken to ensure another guest does not have the same experience. Kind regards, Ahmed E.

Check-in was easy, very friendly personell, only the room availability was not immediate (at noon). But the stay for 1 night was very comfortable. The carparking garage has a very narrow door!

We enjoyed the comfortable room and the amenities offered by the hotel. The room was well-cleaned each day and quiet each night thanks to the quiet hours policy and the surrounding neighborhood. The bed and couch mattresses were also good-quality. Our only minor issues were the number of pillows provided for the couch bed (the front desk was able to provide extras) and some slight issues with the shower room (the double doors left a gap when closed and water easily spread on the floor).

We have stayed at this location a few times. We like the area and closeness to transportation. Many stores are in the area to pick up snacks, drinks and forgotten items. The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping staff does well at keeping them clean. They are quick to respond to needs. Just to mention, currently construction is underway next to the hotel and loud noises from trucks and working began early in the morning (around 7am).

I was checking in at my room at 11pm. When I got in, the room smelled terrible with mouldy smells and unpleasant smells that are associated with old decor and carpets. My hayfever kicked in immediately with sneezing and runny nose. I did some search online and found it was a common problem of a hotel. Therefore I did not ask for a new room, but immediately left and found an alternative hotel nearby for stay. It was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. When I checked out ahead of my planned checkout date, the reception did not offer a refund, and asked why I didn’t ask to change the room. But the issue is it’s not like a smell eg. Cigarette that could be solved by changing a room. It’s a general issue of the hotel rooms.

We stayed 31 days and it felt like home. Staff were cheerful and thoughtful. Room was always clean. Location was exactly how we like it: quiet but conveniently close to supermarkets, nice cafes and public transportation.

Dear Dietmar, I am writing to make a complaint regarding a very serious incident during my stay at your hotel on 15–16 September, in room 112. At approximately 2:00 am I woke up and discovered that my bed and bedding were infested with bed bugs. There were dozens, possibly even hundreds of them. I immediately contacted reception and requested a change of room. Receptionist brought me the keys to another room but he refused to enter the room to inspect the situation himself. After I moved to the new room, I was unable to sleep at all for the rest of the night! What is even more concerning is the way the matter was handled the following morning. At check-out, nobody from reception proactively addressed the incident. I had to ask myself whether they were aware of what had happened during the night. I was simply told that they knew about it and that they were sorry. The sheer number of bed bugs I encountered strongly suggests that this was´t a recent or isolated occurrence. It raises a serious concern that the room may have been infested for some time. A room in this condition should be immediately taken out of service and professionally inspected and treated before being offered to another guest. I have already taken extensive measures to protect myself and my home. I have treated and disinfected my clothes and belongings to eliminate any potential bed bugs or eggs. However, despite these precautions, there remains a possibility that I may have unknowingly brought bed bugs home with me. I want to make it clear that if bed bugs are subsequently discovered in my home and this can reasonably be linked to my stay at your hotel, I will expect the hotel to cover the reasonable costs of professional pest control and any necessary treatment resulting from this incident. As someone who has spent years working in the hotel industry, I find the way this incident was handled particularly disappointing.
