We (family of 3) stayed for 5 nights. We asked for housekeeping on the third day, they didn't do it. Then the 4th and they just emptied the bins and gave a couple of fresh towels. No cleaning, no new sheets, water wa never replenished. Pity because the room was good and clean and bathroom was recently renovated. Breakfast was also satisfactory, pity about the housekeeping.

Very lovely and helpful staff. Unfortunately the hotel is in desperate need for a refurb. Our TV didn’t work, the bathrooms reminded us of boat or caravan bathrooms, the soap canisters were empty, even after room service had come in. I had two shampoos and no conditioner, and the bar fridge light did not work. Overall the hotel met our needs, and the above can be dealt with, but not what I expected from Novotel, and being an According to member.
