Room feels cheap & plastic, design issues with lights management, TV not facing bed etc. Need to re-thing. Gym is very poor. Small, some equipment not working, placement makes it impossible for people to work out. Went there and left. As if there is no gym

Lovely spacious room. It was very useful to have the mini kitchen facilities. However some proper cups, spoons and milk would have been appreciated.

A well located hotel, with great sized rooms. However, hygiene/status of cleaning in rooms could be better/optimized, at least when checking in to a room. We decided to decline housekeeping for sustainable reasons, and didn't report hygiene status of toilet cabin while we've been there. Also, the level of friendliness from office managers at the front desk (those sitting in the office, not the once at the reception!) when having a change of travel could be optimized.
