Check-in was finde and very quick and polite. Bud entering the room a bad smell hit my nose and I had to open all the windows. It still did not go away, I am afraid it is the floor that has come of age and smells. Also the room was not very clean (toilet and information brochures obviously dirty). As it was quite late when I arrived in the room first (hours after checking in) and was very tired I saw no sense in informing hotel personnel

Extremely pleasant, very helpful friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. Disappointed with the wake up call ! This was to test water temperatures and quality. Light fitting repaired during this surprize appointment also the bedside window blinds looking in need of repair. I am sure it would have been beneficial to inform me. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service.

Had the opportunity to enjoy a new refurbished prototype room. Hopefully they will deploy this design to all the rooms asap. The old rooms are very "used" and need an upgrade.

Disturbance from the room next door and inaction from the staff

This survey should be in German ! Our recent stay with your hotel was extremely disappointing. The guests in the room 308 turned their music very loud and we were disturbed. I called the reception numerous but I was told that they couldn't do anything about it. The music played the whole night and we could not find any sleep. The next morning when we wanted to check out there was just 1 staff who was busy on the phone. Unfortunately we could not complain because of the lack of staff. We have been guest for many years and we regret to say that the service and friendliness of the staff has dropped continuously to a significant low level. I do not understand why the staff has not called the police to get rid of the disturbing guests or wha they did not give a house ban to these people. This is unacceptable and we ask for a full compensation for ht price of 1 night. It is unacceptable that guests have to tolerate the disturbances of others and are not protected. Evening reception staff were good, and the lady who checked me in was very attentive. Her colleague was not very interested in her job role. Daytime reception staff require further training in customer service and what it means to be in a reception role.

As usual check-in/check-out was quick and easy. All personnel is quite nice and charming and the breakfast gave me a good start into the day. However, what one can notice in the rooms quite some furniture is worn out and it would be good to do some refurbishment.

Short work trip so I booked this hotel as it was close to the office. Pleasant check in desk team. Room was large with a separate toilet room and separate shower room. Whilst it was generally clean overall, the room was far too hot (despite being there in October) and, being on floor 2 (almost ground level), there was no option to open the windows as they were locked. The aircon had been switched off and the only open was the window. Was surprised that there was an additional charge for breakfast - but perhaps that was my company's negotiated rate with the hotel. I had dinner in the Ibis (opposite Novotel) one evening which was suprisingly good (especialy the pork Schnitzel). Overall, basic, clean place. Would have been better had the aircon worked and breakfast has been included.

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our room while we visited Munich, but were told that as it is winter in Germany the air conditioning was turned off in the hotel. As it was pretty warm, we opened the windows but all woke up throughout the night as we were very hot, and also heard people outside as we had the windows open. Also, we had to ask to have the soap in the bathrooms refilled - the person cleaning the room never checked - and he never took out the dirty glasses in the bathroom to replace them (very unusual).

It was ok. I was mostly disappointed by the fact that there was no real kitchen. Just microwave, kettle and small sink. I thought we would have at least some small cups to heat up food for our baby but we need to do it in a plastic cup that comes with the food package. They also provide paper cups instead of real cups. Again, I didn't really like it when we had to reuse few times for our 2 night stay. They also didn't come to clean. All in all it was cheap but I wouldn't mind going somewhere else in the accor chain.

We booked the room for 4 persons, but there were only linens and towels for 3 persons. No refill on tea and coffee.

My stay was one of the worst. The reasons are : 1) no AC hence obliged to sleep with window open. The window heads toward the central court where people wer speaking loud and smoking till 3 AM => noise and smell that made me spend a sleepless night JUST BECAUSE THE AC is not working during winter...

The room was uncomfortably hot and the airconditioning only worked to warm the room up even further and not cool it down. This cause me to have had to sleep with an open window which in turn was desturbing, because I could not block out sound or light with the windows.

This hotel is just a few kilometers from the city center but an easy metro ride to the old town area. The service was excellent and felt the value was great considering how busy the city was do to Octoberfest. The rooms were nice but the bathroom needed some detail cleaning. The breakfast was very limited on choices and not much room to sit. All the employees were great that we encountered. Overall very nice experience.
