The change to the internet in the hotel made it unusable. Phots and laptops lose connection and require re log in a few times an hour. Now one phone wont connect at all. Not what you want on a long stay business trip.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Novotel Suites Muenchen Parkstadt Schwabing and would like to share some constructive feedback regarding my experience. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the accommodation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location offered convenient access to public transport and nearby amenities. These aspects contributed positively to my overall stay. However, I did encounter some challenges upon arrival. I arrived early in the morning around 7:30 AM and was informed that no rooms were available at that time, which I completely understood given the early hour. I mentioned that I was happy to wait and asked for an approximate waiting time, but was not provided with a clear response. I remained in the lobby until around 10:15 AM, checking periodically on room availability. While I recognize that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, I had hoped that my Silver Membership status would be acknowledged, as some flexibility or at least recognition is often extended to loyalty members. Unfortunately, the reception team did not request my booking details during this time and simply stated that no rooms were available. Later, I noticed other guests arriving and being checked into rooms shortly after. When I inquired again, I was informed that these guests had bookings from the previous day, which appeared inconsistent. After a long flight and feeling quite tired, I eventually asked to cancel my booking so that I could find alternative accommodation. At that point, the receptionist checked my reservation, realized I was a Silver Member, and immediately offered me a room by adjusting my booking. While I appreciated the gesture, it was surprising that this recognition came only at the very end of the interaction. I fully understand that early check-ins are subject to room availability; however, I believe the experience could have been handled with greater attentiveness and recognition of loyalty status. Other hospitality brands tend to place stronger emphasis on acknowledging returning or loyal guests, which greatly enhances the sense of value and belonging. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended — to support continuous improvement in guest service and recognition practices. I remain a loyal Accor member and look forward to a more seamless experience in future stays.
