it was very good place to stay with my family. the only problem was that it was plan to stay 2 adult+2 clildren but the last time we take with us and the last member of our family, so we are 2 adult + 3 children. so the only solution that they give me it was to take an extra room. and that we did. but of course we didint need it. i dont like to split my family. i would prefer to give me a solution with extra charge for 1 person and not charge me for an extra room. this extra charge is very important for the finance balance of a family. so i believe that in the future the hotel policy to these situations must be different.

Generally food and ambience is up to acceptable level. Welcoming staff very kind and generous. On checkout hotel staff named Lisa was unkind and loud and started inquiring room curtains. I hope she must have found out as they were not stable before we checked-in. Other than this incident, we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice to stay at Novotel Suites Muenchen. I was with my family (husband and 11mo baby) and the room was big enough to accommodate us. Location was good, even though it is about 10 min walking from subway.
