Hotel was spacious, downstairs area seemed to be clean. Unfortunately our rooms weren’t that clean, there was a lot of dust and old hairs particularly in the bathtub. Tea and coffee was not refreshed everyday, we were told it was to be done daily but sadly not for our rooms. You only get one bottle of water on arrival, which again we were told at reception this was daily but then another reception worker told us no. The breakfast was very basic looking, luckily we didn’t pay for this. Overall, the hotel was spacious just not well kept in the rooms themselves. Beds and pillows were also uncomfortable too, I found it very hard to sleep.

Very friendly and helpful front desk agent. Apparently she was alone on duty on Saturday evening, therefore she also managed the office, the bar and all kinds of other service requests. Overall impression of hotel was good. However, our room looked somewhat dated. Our biggest disappointment was that although a family room was booked for 4 people, bedding and towels were only available for 2 people. She managed to solve the issue with a smile.

I enjoyed the spacious room with room to do some office work from the desk. The staff were friendly and professional. However, the chairs and the carpet on the floor were visible stained and appeared dirty. I don't mind well used furniture, but a cleaning would have been in order.

Room was very old, dirty carpet, damaged furniture and broken blinds. Bed and bathroom was clean but I was not sure about the rest of the room. Employees at the reception were very nice and professional marking the entire experience bearable.
