Inspite of requesting several times , we are not allowed to seat beside Pool after mid-night. we were instructed to seat in Restaurant incase if we want to seat. next day we planned to seat inside restaurant, they stopped AC first , after 15 min switched off lights. Still requesting to allow us to seat somewhere. but they force us to go into room. food hygiene issue , Served Tofu when we asked cheese. from our company we are giving more than 300 nights of booking in a year. since last 5 years .. but while I raise my concerns to Managers. he is not at all ready to listen z
