The staff is very polite. Rooms are clean with all essentials. I forgot my shirt and was reached out by the staff. They even helped me by shipping the shirt by courier. Talk about customer service focus!

For people travelling with kids there is no kids area to keep the kids engaged, there was some renovation work that was going on when we visited but the rooms were clean
