Hotel staff is not cooperative, they always have excuses. Hotel staff only focus on foreigners as they pay extra tip to them , they take more than 10 min. to provide spoon only , Hotel property has too small rooms not worth it what we pay for also there is a big no for vegetarians as they don't provide good menu for us, only focus on non vegetarians as they have to please foreigners only.

Breakfast spread is not enough, live counter service is very poor, re-filling of juice & tea was not on time even after asking, bathroom water force changes depending on other room use, lift having some malfunction on the floor selection. (When pressed for Lobby it stops in basement)

Overall, comfortable rooms (beds, amenities, etc.). The staff is very helpful and responsive. The bathroom has somewhat uncomfortable layout and the water overflows from shower area to dry side - a curtain or sliding door would be better. Breakfast was OK. The local cuisine (south Indian dishes) were fairly nice but the other options (Asian, etc.) were not good. Firstly, options like fried rice, Manchurian sauce, etc. do not belong on the breakfast menu and secondly, most items are so heavy with onion and garlic. This is a hotel with mostly business guests and no one wants smelly breath in meetings throughout the day. Same with Lunch - heavy with garlic.

This Hotel near Chennai is like an oasis in the Indistrial belt of Oragadam. Very close proximity to my workplace with pickup & drop hotel taxi service is the USP of this hotel to me. Excluding a small partly uncovered shower area everything else of hotel including lodging and fooding works well for me.

We were on a business trip and had a comfortable stay. Dinner buffet closes at 10.30pm, although we were late due to flight delay, but after requesting we ere allowed the dinner and staff was very polite and cooperative. Food was also good. Over all we had an excellent stay.
