Additionally, the reusable laundry bag had an unpleasant odour, which unfortunately spread throughout the room and impacted the overall stay experience.

1. AC was not cooling and the tech guy just kept talking without even observing 2. Food was uncooked roti 3. I asked Sunita at reception for the hotel manager and she said there is no manager and she is the highest authority and now i see parvez is the GM so she was lying
