The room had broken phone line , TV and drawers, the reception never picked up when I called ahead to chage the timings of check in , they did not answer regardless of the number posted online . The front office kept insisting on the time of check out like I dont know that already. The check in process took a very long time aswell its like they didnt know there have a slot , the take so long and sometimes there no one at the reception. And they keep delegating the work to the next person like they dont know what to do.

Starting from the time of check in everything was delayed in the room thr is no Tv remote and the kettle is not at all working even the water sink is not working then i called the service they came and get ready all it took another one hour waste of time for me, and the water taste is really bad, i didnt expect all this for the money I paid this much it totally not worth it, i will never visit this place again

Stay was nice however I was not totally comfortable with the mattress and drinking water quality. Rest everything from cleanliness to the staff is excellent.
