No complimentary was provided. I paid for buffey and went for dinner . It was not updated from reception to buffey team and they stopped me saying buffey not included. Timely communication was missed due to which I was affected even though it was sorted out later but I don't like tat behaviour. This should be avoided. There should be complimentary given .

It was a good experience as we had a hassle-free stay for one night during our trip to Chennai. We have visited several times but now there has been clean renovations going on that clearly helps our stay. Parking alone can be improved with more slots.

Here’s my list of problems: 1. Air conditioning doesn’t work 2. TV was faulty 3. There was no body wash, hand wash, shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. When asked for it, only body wash was provided 4. The water doesnt go into the nanny trap drain and floods the washroom 5. There were stains in the linen and the couch 6. When asked for a plate and an ice bucket, they said this is a “self service” hotel 7. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I was checking in 8. The staff in the bar were clueless. When I asked for the price of a whiskey, it took them 20+ minutes and still were searching for the same What is meant by a self service hotel? I work in the hotel? If that’s the case, please mention that in the title of the hotel. A revolutionary “Self-service” hotel chain in India needs to mention that in the hotel facilities

Had a pretty bad experience. They first put us in smoking floor since they didn’t have rooms but promised that next day they will adjust us but next day they offered us rooms on two different floors not sure why. Breakfast and food was disorderly and it really felt really bad. Not going to stay again.

However, this location, need a bit improvement in maintenance of the room like in our case , the restroom door got locked and felt the bed was squeaky. Breakfast was good.
