1. Early Check-in Experience: My flight arrived on 19 April at 8:40 AM, and I reached the hotel by approximately 9:30 AM. Despite arriving early in the day and after a long journey, I was denied any possibility of early check‑in. I was asked to wait with my luggage until at least 12:30 PM, and even that was uncertain. As a result, I had to leave the premises with my luggage and arrange an alternative place until 2:00 PM just to rest properly. This was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. 2. Dinner & Food Availability Issues: The dining experience on both 19 April and 20 April was particularly disappointing. On both evenings, when I arrived for dinner between 8:00–8:30 PM, most vegetarian dishes had already run out with barely anything left to eat. There was a significant waiting time for refills, with limited communication from the staff. The situation on 20 April was especially concerning. I was seated at a table for over 45 minutes with half‑eaten plates, repeatedly assured that curries, dal, starters, salads, and fruits would be replenished. Despite making multiple requests and complaints to the staff, none of the items were refilled during this time. Eventually, I was informed that due to a high volume of Swiggy/Zomato orders and a few dine‑in guests, all food items had finished. The only item offered to me afterward was a single starter- which I had requested nearly an hour earlier. Despite the lack of availability and service, I was charged the full à‑la‑carte dinner buffet price on both days, even though the majority of the buffet items were unavailable. 3. Beverage Pricing Concern: Additionally, when I ordered coffee, I was served instant coffee made using milk powder, for which I was charged ₹166. Considering the quality of the beverage, this pricing felt unreasonable and inconsistent with expectations.

Non cooling ac, no soap in bathroom, no tissues near washbasin, no shaving kit, buffet food was cold, no one attended for 45 mins if there was water on table
