I had a quite pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider booking here again. The room was booked for two people, one room, and overall the experience was nice. The locality and location are really good, which made getting around very convenient. The hospitality was warm and professional, and the check in process was impressively fast and smooth. I also signed up for their membership to get additional offers and ended up extending my stay, which says a lot about my overall satisfaction. There are a few areas that could be improved. Even though the room was booked for two people, some of the in room amenities were provided only for one person. For example, there was only one toothbrush and just one drinking glass, even though two water bottles were provided. Small details like this matter, especially when the room is booked for two guests. It would also be really nice if disposable slippers could be provided, as that would add to comfort. Another downside was that the TV was not working during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning was working, but it did not feel very effective. After a long and tiring day, especially after meetings or long shopping, having a comfortable room temperature is important, and this is something that could be improved. Regarding toiletries, shampoo and body lotion were available, but there was no body wash, which felt a bit odd. While face wash may be more personal, body wash is something most guests expect, and its absence was inconvenient at the time. I also noticed that toilet paper was always provided in very small rolls, which meant it needed frequent replacement and was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good in terms of taste and quality, although it could be a little more affordable. Overall, the food itself was enjoyable. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was positive. With a few improvements in room amenities and comfort, this hotel could offer an even better stay. With these improvements, I would still be happy to book here again in the future.

My stay at Ibis Chennai was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was really good. The overall cost was comparatively low, which made a great value. The only minor drawback was that water bottles in the room were not complimentary.

Good Ambience, however some shortfalls seen , AC not working good even at 24C, Breakfast dining was ok, if u have a insect problem keep all food in transparent open lid containers, improve food taste quality, combine with some best offers, keep some display pamplet on offers available inside rooms
