This was my third stay and 3rd trip to Chennai. I found the hotel services as consistent with calm staff. I was surprised by sign-off pastry on my checkout and felt special. Overall very good experience.

I had a really great experience, the room was very well maintained and I had everything I needed; it was a room specific for women so there were some small details that also made it feel as such. The food was very tasty as well; however I have some dietary restrictions (keto and vegan) so it was not easy to find options for me, especially at breakfast but for most of the day I managed. If I'm back in Chennai I would stay at the same hotel.

Good location if your office is in SIPCOT. Only wish they had offered us a shuttle from the hotel to the inside area of SIPCOT.

I stayed for 12 night 1st time and again 2 nights (total 14 nights). Overall experience was good. I worked out in gym too. Food was good. However, 1-2 times I ordered food to be delivered to my room in advance, but it did not arrive on time. This needs to be improved. Other than that people were nice and hotel personnel were helpful.

STAYED UNDER THE ARMED FORCES CONTRACT FOR TWO DAYS. BUT BILLING WAS NOT DONE AS PER REQUIRED FORMAT. I WAS CHARGED FOR EARLY CHECKIN ON 14TH. WHICH I WAS REQUESTING TO BE SPLIT IN TO TWO DAYS 14TH AND 15TH AS PER AUTHORISATION OF RS 4500 PER DAY WHICH IS CORRECT FORMAT FOR MY CLAIM REQUIREMENT. BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DO IT AT DESK. EVEN DUTY MANAGER WAS UNABLE TO DO IT. IT WAS ASSURED THAT THE CORRECTED BILL WILL BE SENT TO MY EMAIL ID BY 14TH EVENING, BUT YET NOT GOT IT AFTER 4 DAYS ALSO. TODAY I AM SENDING ONE PERSON TO HOTEL TO REMIND AND GET A PHYSICAL COPY. SAD STATE FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS. REGARDS CAPTAIN AJAY H.. (Sorry for capital letters - unintended)

We have blocked 3rd floor for your stay however as you arrived the hotel in the morning the front desk team has allocated the room based on room availability which is on 7th floor .I have personally taken up the feedback with my entire team.I have also taken up the room you had stayed in out of order for my engineering team to inspect in all the aspects and arrest the issue . I have instructed front desk team to allocate the lower floors rooms which are greatly appreciated by most of our FLsmidth guests . The hotel itself is pleasant but the bar and restaurant leave a lot of be desired especially for the dinner service. I was with my clients and we ordered wine which was a big mistake. The ‘Sommelier’ could not describe or even pronounce the names of most of the wines there. When he brought the wine, he placed wet unwiped wine glasses in front of us. I’m not sure what level of training your service staff go through but that was really poor. The outdoor bar area itself is quite trashy, cigarette butts strewn around and generally a poor environment. The breakfast service was vastly superior, it’s more pleasant and well catered. Front desk were pleasant and housekeeping was very good. Overall a very average experience, I would only stay here because of easy access to SIPCOT
