The property doesnt look in line with Novotel standards , i stayed in Banglare and Chennai the same week ... In chennai - no warm water during night or early morning hrs ... worst part is they say keep the tap open and it will flow ... 2 days both times the door card had to be reset. The TV didnt work either of the days , no one fixed it .Other shocker was the way front desk lady had approached .. I will sure think twice to go for Novotel in future. On contracry things were good with the stay in Bengalore -Eco space propery

Got a bad room. Shower was not working. Very excited for rainfall shower experience but it's not working. water got leaked from ac ceiling at night near to the door and technicians wer working for nearly 45 mins. Thought a memorable stay but turned in to disaster. Finally my reward points not yet added.

Everything was good the food, games, view enjoyed, but the rooms could have been better. I have paid 6.6k for the room yet they say youtube is for premium rooms, i was like wat the f***, they could just provide android tv in the rooms that's not gonna cost much. That's the only thing that made me feel bad about Novotel, other than that everything was great their service was gud too.
