Stay was excellent.. Staffs were very humble... Banquet staff Mr. Balaji was very humble and highly positive and appreciated Vimal for serving all that we requested.... Breakfast was awesome.... We enjoyed the stay... Last time we stayed in OMR Novotel and had a bad experience with the front desk staff but this time suruserinwas amazing....

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Novotel and I must say that I had an exceptional experience. It is well located from where everything was an easy access.Clean and comfortable room with all the modern amenities. It really touched me that they came to each room to greet their guests with a plate of sweets and a greeting note as it was Diwali.It was indeed a warm welcome. They have a nice spread of breakfast and lunch options and the staff is quite helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend for this place.
