Had a transit stay in Novotel Chennai Sipcot and it was nice. Stayed here on the way back from Kuala Lumpur to Guwahati. Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport but it’s worth it. Nice rooms, nice service, the breakfast is awesome. Kovalam beach is nearby and a must visit if you stay here. Altogether it’s a lovely property. We loved staying here.

check in friendly and I could enter earlier. Great. Room was ok but bedding might be better. Bathroom needs maintenance. Restaurant service and bar service mediocre. Slow and a bit anonymous. But it seems on their map since in the morning the manager was present to monitor. Booking a car for several hours didn’t work out well.

We encountered a lot of problems during our stay. We paid for early check in but still the keys were handed over late. The water was leaking in the washroom, which was a safety hazard. We then changed the room but the AC wasn’t working properly in the newer room. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Located close to my office, good stay, clean rooms. Bathroom essentials should be checked.. Gel bottle wasn't dispensing. Also room smell needs to be better. Overall good experience though.. breakfast was very good.
