Novotel is the best hotel in the area if you are visiting for business and prioritise proximity to work. What makes the pace good is the staff. All motivated, extremely courteous and genuinely helpful. The processes and systems are not stellar....things don't always happen because they just should, but the staff overcompensates for that. The Square is an amazing all-in-one restaurant where no variation or customisation is too difficult for the staff to deliver on. Great food and variety and excellent attitude. Speed of Guest services can be slow and does require follow up especially where resolution requires other departments eg Housekeeping. The strong smell of DDT or whatever insect repellant in the room can be irritating and is an unwelcome takeaway via clothes and luggage! Pleasant stay because the staff are all pleasant!

While the facilities are ok and hotel is small, what makes it stand out is positive outlook of staff and truly exceptional service. I must have met 20 odd hotel staff in my stay, and not even one said no to anything. Such an amazing and motivated team, which raises the hotel experience to Top Notch. Kudos.. If mangement is listening, keep the team happy, they are the ones bringing in the revenue.

For sure the property is good but what makes me happy is the people working in your place. Olivia who assisted us with our luggage with a great smile, shabana who assisted us personally by cleaning our baby stuff, she doesnt need to do but she took an extra mile to make sure our stay is wonderful, also the supervisor Devajoni who made sure that our stuff reaches us, I did misplace my clothes but she collected the same and handed it over to us. People are happy in your place which makes customers like me are happy during our stay.
