I would rather provide the things which need to be improved. 1) Coffee and tea - never had this bad experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels. 2) I really don't know why some of the items are not charged as per MRP instead were charged 5-10 times of MRP. Never experienced this with other hotels in past. 3) house-keeping service - this is the worst thing, just one person did the room-cleaning and forgot most of things to be cleaned or arranged.

We came to play a football tournament and the weather didn't help too much as the playing conditions meant muddied kids for 3 straight days. The rooms were left dirty to say the least but each day we came back to a room that was spic and span. The last day the finals got extended and we requested the staff to if possible not charge us for additional hrs approximately 4 hrs not only did they extend but also provided us with all facilities. In the midst of all this I must say we had the noisiest kids especially since they travelled after 2 yrs bcos of COVID and they were naughty but the staff maintained composure treated them like their kids and engaged with them as if they were a part of our group. The highlight was the entire hotel staff celebrated our success and cut a cake to celebrate the occassion. Must complement Novotel Sipcot on the hospitality, the quality of staff who are not employees but become a part of memory indebted and obliged. Thank you Everyone. Regards Bhaskar

The Stay was good but poor room service all our guest have complaint the same. Delay in giving soap or towel and no water was kept in room.

It was good stay after Corona. But there were few problems like the Bathroom water clogging , TV remote , the absence of toiletries had to ask them. The Cafeteria experience was excellent, special mention of Smita Dash, she has been very courteous & excellent service from her side, made it bit better.

Poor room service as a star hotel , poor food taste , oily , and again not up to the mark of star hotel . The morning breakfast was horrible . Worst breakfast i have ever had during my stay in chennai . Many of the hotels charging lesser than you are doing much better . If you dont know i can give you proofs .

Super Amazing place with professional staff, Well Organised hotel with luxury amenities. Restaurant has verity of foods available along with drinks and pool side bar is the best place to accommodate all the favourite. Smita Das and Biswajit is Amazing staff at your place. Booked for a high rise flower, was given a room at 1208 with twin bed and a smoking room. Room was untidy and the smell of smoke was suffocating . Never returning to Novotel again.

Actually we wanted to stay at Novotel OMR, realized upon arrival that the hotel picked was far from city at sipcot. However upon request to swap the property by paying the difference in amount was not accepted at front desk though the brand was same. As the payments were made in advance did not have a choice as the hotel refused refund too.

Excellent place as it is located midst of IT companies with lots of malla around. It is little far from so called ECR and so easy access to places in and around ECR and Mahabalipuram. Staff at the restaurant and le bar were very cooperative and go extra mile to keep customers happy. Their breakfast and dinner spread is good and would say competitive for the price but not great. Unfortunately due to Covid time we could not use the property much but we had a very comfortable stay.
