Not so good. The problem started with checking in. The host also promised to take care of food. But, while checking in, I was informed that I had to pay for food (other than breakfast). I called the host. Apparently, the check-in staff made a mistake. The hotel sent the host an apology email. The room given was smelly. Thankfully, after I complained, they changed the room. The toilet sprey/bidet in this new room didn't work. The water bottle cap wouldn't open, even after trying many times. Full of such tiny issues...not expected from a property like Novotel.

I had a one night stay at the hotel. It was a comfortable and nice stay. The staff at the reception was welcoming and hospitable. Also the guy John in the bar was very helpful and gave an nice suggestion for the welcome drink. The room was clean, airy and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, good tasty options. Overall, all went well.

The hotel is right on the Old MBR opposite IT parks. But the overall elevation, lobby and other facilities are not up to 5 star hotel. At best 3 star hotel. The lobby literally a micro sized with 2-3 desks and garden non existent. The rooms decently spacious but aged. The bathroom shower area is bad with no door closure. So one end up watering entire bathroom. The room was smelly like not used for many days and had to call for air perfume spray. Food is okay but nothing special. Overall overrated experience

the engineer came to check on it and said things will get better soon however it didnt. I like novotel and keep coming back to this particular hotel so its not a deal breaker for me, however the aircon issue really hit day after day.

The only fault that i would like to hilight is that - THE WASHROOM - the design wasnt that well made !! - becasue when i showered the water used to splash out near the entrance which could make it wet will going out. & the placement of the comode want that great as well - & the sound wave was easiliy travelling out ! which made uncomfortabe for others in the room !! so i would request to have some sound proof & leak proof washroom doors !! would be realy great. Thanks - but it was really a good stay

Overall stay was very good we were there for a staycation with our children.. few other feedback would be the children playing zone could be a little bit more elaborate for younger children to play Playstation was good but maybe some more activities for children, also valet parking did not help us park and we had to ask multiple times for taking over luggage from the car till the reception
