The most important thing was the friendly and helpful staff members, all of them. A few names that I remember are Ritvik and Lokki at reception, Shree and Dhanush in the restaurant and the guy (Kumar) who cleaned the room. They were always going out of the way to be helpful. Facilities are good, rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. I also liked the fact that glass bottles were used in the rooms and restaurant instead of plastic.

It was all okay however there was maintenance activity going just at the front gate. The food was expensive but not tasty. Staff was good. Cleanliness was okay.
