Unprofessional duty manager Qassım

Despite requesting the service a day in advance, I had to return three additional times after the scheduled service time to follow up. The duty manager, Qassım, was responsible, yet the issue was due to their failure to perform their duties properly. Instead of addressing the problem, he raised his voice and spoke rudely to me as a customer. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

As compare to Vivanta Food is not that good. Options are less in breakfast. I had ordered Biryani and that was really not up to the mark, I was really upset as my expectation was high with Novotel Kitchen. Please focus on taste and more options for dinner and breakfast.

A comfortable place to stay during the typhoon. Bar was very good, nice staff in bar in restaurant. Both had a great variety.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience during check-out on 09/12/2025. I had requested a simple takeaway breakfast 50 minutes before my check-out, but I was informed repeatedly that it was “not possible.” I even asked for something minimal, such as cut fruits, whole fruits, or basic bakery items, yet I was still denied. I don’t believe it should take 50 minutes to arrange even two apples for a takeaway breakfast. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and the rude behaviour I encountered. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest satisfaction in the future.
