Stay was extremely good but was highly disappointed wrt food. The foods prepared are kept deep frozen and used every alternate day which is not at all accepted. I agree that preparing for so many guests is difficult but that is what the cooks are meant for so no compromise in food to be done. If you can correct this I will give full ratings as the rest others were well maintained.

In room TV has not worked and called 5 to 7 times and even directly reported in reception. But no action taken. I had never ever faced this kind of issues and worst response. Not recommend

Poor Transport arrangements

Room arrangements were good. Food was good. Transport arrangements were very unprofessional and poorly coordinated. My package included Office shuttle. The arrangements done by the Duty Manager (Ms Mahzarine and some other gentleman who did not identify himself on the phone) were amateurish and poorly coordinated. While the Duty manager, repeatedly assured me that a Taxi was waiting to pick me up, in reality there was no taxi waiting to pick me up. After multiple calls and waiting 45 minutes in the rain, there was still no taxi to pick me up. One hour later a taxi arrived to pick me up, only after I said I was going to escalate the matter to higher management.

Not provided handwash Water is leaking from the toilet gun. Air condition was very slow. No news paper provided.

Inspite of informing well in advance the check in time, need to wait for 30-45 mins. The food which has been ordered in room was not upto the mark. For the money which they charge the food is bad. Towels should be maintained clean

Wonderful stay at Novotel, OMR

This is the second time we had visited this hotel and the stay was very satisfying. I am happy that my kids got some time to play within the hotel campus. They like archery the most. We are planning to buy one at home. Rabina from the reservation team helped me both the times to pull through a very good price for me. We loved the room we were given. Cleanliness was at its best. We didn't get the scope to taste the food at the hotel. We'll do the same next time. And more importantly, I must say that the staffs are very courteous and helpful. We'll always visit this place again and recommend others.
