1. Breakfast same menu repeated no variety 2. No night light in rooms, it becomes completely dark. I have to switch on one of the rest room lights while sleeping. This was very difficult to rest and sleep. 3. WI-FI OTP never came and I was not able to use it during my 3 nights stay. I tried both OTP and with room no and last name. 4. Power socket on bed side in room 608 adjacent to the restroom glass did not work. I was not able to connect my breathing machine on that side. Over all 2 star experience

Definitely not up to the mark service for a 5 star hotel. The room was okay, but the room service took ages to get to the room.

On arrival I was not informed that in room dining will be charged and only beufe is free.i payed 10k since I ate in my room due to hotels fault.
