Good Stay But Unsatisfying Check-In Process

We have been a regular visitor to Novotel, when we checked in around 7pm there wasn't proper service at the reception and we were asked to wait for check-in process. We went for dinner buffet it was almost full but the manager was nice enough to allocate us a seat within few minutes. We were disappointed when the foods in the buffet weren't refilled in most of the cases it was empty counters. We always used to have a pleasing experience this time it was not the case.

Very poor check in. Took 10 min to confirm whether the reservation is there or not. Another 10 -15 min to hand over the key. Access card to lift & rooms not working. Service industry can always come across such situations. But the staff on duty needs to be pro active than be resigned. Duty manager was see passing by twice but avoiding eye contacts. Very poor experience.

That's was a wonderful place to stay.. Awesome room service.. Well cleaned..Handoff to the Room service management. but the breakfast was too disappointed and made me to felt it's not worth to have it.
