terrible management and location is also bad so dont even bother it, breakfast doesnt have rice meals like veg. fried rice,room dining is so slow and sometimes they forget about your order and they just say sorry to any problem and move on...

1. I was not satisfied with the check-in process. I reached the hotel around 9:15–9:30 AM and was asked to wait until 11:00 AM or pay half-day charges for early check-in, despite rooms being available. Considering I had booked for two days and paid a substantial amount (approximately ₹17,000), this was disappointing. 2. The breakfast spread was very limited and did not meet expectations for a five-star property. 3. Cleanliness in the dining area needs significant improvement. Tissues and leftover food were visible, and tables were not cleaned promptly. 4. I had requested the hotel to arrange a cab, but I had to wait for over 30 minutes with no clear information about which car would arrive or the vehicle number, despite being charged a high amount for the service. 5. The checkout process was extremely slow. Additionally, I was incorrectly charged again for food items already settled. Fortunately, I reviewed the line items before making the payment. 6. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, when paying for a five-star experience, there should be no compromises on service quality.

Novotel, in particular OMR, has been my choice. I am a travel with 3 children and Novotel OMR is our favoutire. I have a split booking at Novotel OMR this December, and I have returned back to Novotel after tour in Kerala.
