Hotel debited my credit card for the full payment more than 1 week before check-in date, although my booking is FLEXI, I received an email on 17-Jan then 2 hrs later the payment was done. When we checked-in on 21-Jan, it took us 45mins to process our key cards. The room allocation was given wrongly, 1 twin room with 2 nights was assigned to 1 night, the other 1 queen room with 1 night was assigned for 2 nights. I have emailed twice 25-Jan & 29-Jan to send the PDF invoices to me 2 times, until now no response.

Check in took 45 mins. Your staff was focused on catering to Foreigners. Even though one person was catering to them already, the other person refused to engage. they asked me to wait, and sit aside but continued catering to people who came after me. There was noone to facilitate Priority check in even though I am a Accor Member. I checked in at 8:00 pm (end of the day) not early or even at 2:00. expeected a smoother process.

First of all, some of the hotel staff were unprofessional. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, but they made me wait until 3:00 PM for check-in. Secondly, no toothbrushes were provided in my room. I requested them, and they were delivered only after an hour. Thirdly, whenever I requested something—such as a towel or any other item—it was never provided within 5–10 minutes. Instead, it usually took an hour or two. I have stayed in many hotels, but Novotel at Sholinganallur has been the worst experience in terms of housekeeping and hospitality. On the positive side, the rooms were neat and clean, and the breakfast was simply delicious. Overall, the place was clean and hygienic to stay in.

Not happy with the service and the Room I Got. 1. I was given a handicapped room, room number 311, which seemed very strange to me. 2. There were no water bottles in the room, and I called the reception desk for help. It took three calls in the morning before I finally received water.
