Very poor check-in and check-our experience. They did not want to link my stay with Accor membership id. I was also abruptly asked to pay half day for late checkout (2:20PM). Very poor experience. I really wish I had chosen Vivanta on the opposite side of the road. Will not this mistake again.

It was a very beautiful stay . Everything was very clean , hygiene and pleasant rooms . They also had free indoor and outdoor games . Just one thing in our stay it was written that room will have a coffee machine which was actually not there but instead they had an alternate which is also fine . Overall a very beautiful an rememberable stay .

I have given a rating of 4 out of 10 due to two primary concerns. First, I was dissatisfied with the limited North Indian vegetarian breakfast options. This aspect requires improvement to better accommodate guest preferences. Second, the reception process was excessively time-consuming. The front desk appeared to be managed by a single counter handling all responsibilities, which resulted in delays. Implementing multiple service counters or parallel processing would significantly reduce waiting time and improve efficiency. Additionally, during checkout at approximately 4:00 a.m. on February 14, none of the UPI or online payment options were functioning. I was left with no alternative but to arrange cash at short notice in order to settle the bill. This inconvenience negatively impacted my overall experience.

Overall a good stay. However was disappointed with the breakfast service. Neer dosa was far from what it is supposed to be and what was served was a blob of uncooked batter.
