I enjoyed my stay and comfort i had regarding my room. Restaurant a bit slow with service BUT the good food was worth the wait on two ocassions.

Ow Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I asked for a pick up by a hotel car, SUV, and hotel confirmed Toyota Innvoa. Not SUV, but I accepted. When I arrived, the driver was not waiting at the arrival gate, waited for 20mins, and called the hotel, then driver finally came. His excuse was "traffic". As if there is usually no traffic in Chennai. Then, the car he drove was some old small Hyndai sedan. Other than that, hotel was ok. I ordered some food for my room, and it took about an hour to arrive, so overall not very happy. Will try to avoid staying.

Location is good. Quality, variety and taste of buffet dinner and breakfast is not good. Need more improvement

Poor Service, substandard hotel

Awful check in - ignored for 15 minutes while one person on the desk tapped away on computer. Rooms were outdated, no towels in the room and only brought one small hand towel when phoned to report this. Meals were not hot, bar staff hid behind the bar on their phones and took forever to serve. Waited an hour for evening meal, and then served it after it had obviously sat for a large part of that hour waiting to be brought to us. Rude front of house staff. Plus side - massage was fantastic and colleagues in the spa very helpful. Overally, definitely look for another hotel in Chennai - would not even rate this place 2 star.
