I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience during check-out on 09/12/2025. I had requested a simple takeaway breakfast 50 minutes before my check-out, but I was informed repeatedly that it was “not possible.” I even asked for something minimal, such as cut fruits, whole fruits, or basic bakery items, yet I was still denied. I don’t believe it should take 50 minutes to arrange even two apples for a takeaway breakfast. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and the rude behaviour I encountered. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest satisfaction in the future.

I completed early check-in at 4 AM on 29th November by paying for the full night (Room 709).I provided my international credit card for pre-authorization and clearly informed the front desk that I would be using my Indian card during checkout. This was confirmed by the front desk staff TWICE. However, during checkout on 30th November at around 8:30 AM, I paid using my Indian credit card, and the executive assured me that the pre-authorization on my international card had been reversed. To my surprise, both my international and Indian cards were charged.Additionally, when I requested a pair of scissors for a brief use, I was told they were unavailable as another guest was using them. We waited for 30mins but stil we did not get it.During checkout, despite requesting assistance with luggage and waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed it would take another 10 minutes. Ultimately, we had to bring our luggage ourselves, even though there were no other guests checking in or out at 8 AM. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing...also you have to call 20 times to reach the hotel front desk. Last 2 days I've been speaking to one of your front desk staff who promised to revert but never did and now unable to get through to anyone..my number is 93…
