Its was a very unpleasant experience...!!! I came to india for my business visit on 05/05/26 and I booked it through my membership portal. I have reached the hotel around 2 am(06/05/26 early morning). During my check in, The duty manager behaved very rude... It's a twin room, me and my friend has checked in and after that I about to go to the room, he said he cannot allow my driver to get my belongings to the room and he mentioned its hotel policy, that he cannot allow any one during midnight....!!! In this situation, how a customer can react ? at that time ? and he wrote a mail to proof that he is innocent...please refer his mail, If you want to improve your hospitality....!!! Based on my experience, the customer care is to understand the situation of the customer and full fill the reasonable needs based on reasonable practicable measures. !!!!!

Dear Hotel Manager,* *I stayed at your hotel for 3 days and had a very bad experience starting from day one.* *Issues faced:* 1. *Reception/Service Delay*: I called 5 times for an empty plate to be collected. It was picked up only after a 1-hour delay. 2. *Room Cleaning*: The same evening, I called 5 times for room cleaning but received no response. I then visited the reception desk and requested room cleaning, yet no one attended to it. 3. *Emergency Number Unresponsive*: After 10:20 PM, I called the emergency number provided in the room twice. No one answered. *Main Concern*: I understand if room cleaning requests are delayed, but not responding to an emergency number is unacceptable. If there had been a real emergency at night with my family and kids in the room, the lack of response could have been dangerous. *I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure such lapses do not happen again
