We felt like home. Starting from the security, Bell person, receptionist and room service are all providing outstanding services. Friendly, approachable and has positive attitude. Superior king room was adequate and water and other amenities in the bathroom was good. Breakfast buffet is very good. No issues. It has a variety of food choices. This was my first stay during my first trip to India. I (female) arrived solo at 3.30AM but the driver from the hotel pick up was right at the exit and brought me quickly to the hotel. Extremely friendly reception staff (in particular Sushmita) who were helpful during my 5 days. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, very clean and quiet and great black out curtains (very welcome when you have a jetlag). The breakfast choices are huge, great coffees and the restaurant on the top floor is very warm and inviting and delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel. Ubers and taxis will pick you up and drop you off without any issue and it is just under 25 minutes from the Airport.

The room aircond system is troublesome, need to switch to auto and manual to regulate the temperature and airflow. The worst experience is when there are fireworks and festive noises at the back of the hotel where the management did not do anything or try to make the guest comfortable at all. i cannot sleep well for few days due to this event and when complaint the front desk offers me for another room only IF THE NOISES COME BACK LATER AT NIGHT. to my surprise the event still continues that night but im too tired to complaint

Customer service was very poor and slow. Staff does not know how to speak English properly. Along with that multiple issues in terms of poor service by house keeping etc. Room does not have a desk, or cosmetic stand in washroom

All great except : 1. Check-in takes too long. Checking visas of all guests shouldn't be the responsibility of the hotel, but the immigration department at the ports and airports. 2. Getting to different floors is challenging when we are located with different rooms.
