We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Chennai Anna Salai. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. Sharath at the reception deserves special mention for his warm hospitality and efficiency—he made both our check-in and check-out smooth and effortless. The entire team at the hotel was equally courteous and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness. All the amenities were well-maintained, and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty centrally located and we had a pleasant stay. One can feel the brand new feel of the hotel and the room had ample amenities for our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast at Mercato and also at the bar area.

Nice place to stay, especially if you have the time to detox at the pool. Lobby is usually busy, with many disturbing mosquitos. Tried both restaurants and food was ok.

We stayed in this property for one night in Nov 2025 during our visit to Chennai for US visa interview . Conveniently located near the US consulate , room was good , sleep quality was good , Food was also good . Our request for late check out was also honoured , for which we are extremely thankful . Only drawback which we felt was the lack of a Travel Desk / Concierge. During Check-in we had requested the front desk to arrange a car for us on the day of our visa interview for 06- 07 hours , we were assured that they will find out and confirm in a short time but no one came back to us on this . After about 02 hrs , I spoke to the front desk asking for the status of our request , to which they said they will confirm it in 05 minutes but no one really came back to us on this . We had to go for visa interview in an autorickshaw , very unprofessional behaviour considering it to be a five star property . In my opinion services needs improvement .
