I stayed for 3 nights at this property but with extremely disappointed experience. Room Service requests are just dishonored even after repeated calls with no courtosey from front desk. Rooms doesn't have proper fixtures like as simplest as towel hanger in bathroom, switch boards on table. The first room allotted to me had a very bad AC sound which is something should have been checked by a hotel like Pullman.

I have to admit that the hotel staff went beyond their duties to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Check-In was done promptly. They upgraded us to a family room which was little more spacious. Since we had our 4 yr old child, hotel staff pleasantly surprised us with a puzzle and a small toy for our daughter, who was overjoyed seeing it. Good breakfast & comfy beds all added to a good experience.

The room was very clean, well-maintained, and everything felt new. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the breakfast options were excellent. The laundry service was also efficient and timely. Staff were polite, attentive, and courteous throughout the stay. Special mention to Suyash and Raj for their outstanding service.

I have stayed in this property when it was different management. I thought having pullman taken over, they would have done good upgradation. Having stayed in different pullman and accor groups, it was a bit disappointment. I think refurbishment involves just some wall painting and decorations. Rooms are very average maintained...bathroom water flow poor...tv channels less options..room temperature control very poor...very cold or very hot....I was told upgradation by reception staff and given room was very small for three adults with one king bed...I could have asked for additional bed...but if i put there will be no space for movement.....I could have refused upgradation...bcoz room i booked was king with sofa bed...and finally your upgradation looked like downgradation for us.....In room dining order taker are clueless people...One night I was told that for uthappam, I will get only uthappam and I will be charged for sambar and chutney...Despite explaining, he kept on saying same...i cut the call and asked for different person and issue got somewhat sorted...My request was that I donot want chutneys (instead just give one bowl sambar more)....After all this drama, I received uthapam with sambar and chutney..Poor attentive staff....Only somewhat positive and decent was breakfast buffet dining area staff....they were little attentive and caring...Overall big disappointment for 60k rupees spend for 3 nights...I think it is not upto the standard of pullman....Anyway, lets see whether i face another future situation to visit your property which I hope shall not be...
