Stay was very comfortable, Good swimming pool. Breakfast, buffet Dinner spread was good and tasty( I am a Vegetarian). I would like the Room TV to have Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. If provision is made, we can use our account and watch. Only Casting from phone feature was available, but due to some reason, I could not cast a movie. Initially, I could watch a movie, but after about 5 minutes, only a blank screen was on the TV, but on my phone it was playing. TV Technician was called, but he was not able to rectify or answer why it was happening.

The trip started off as a complete disappointment. The room allotted had repair work happening next to it. Even After constant reminders regarding the noise nothing was done. Only after I left the room and went to the lobby to give a piece of my mind was a room change suggested. Then I was allotted a room which was a floor higher above the previous room. This only made me realise how inefficient the staff was. After I asked for the Duty manager , only then Mr.Mehul Balguher (DM) was called for. A room change was then offered away from the noise. It was very kind of the DM to send a tray of assorted pastries and whole fruits as token of apology but the whole experience had already left a bad experience for me. No doubt the property is well located but the property is not looked after well. Eg: the sofa setting where breakfast was served looked extremely stained and dirty. 2) the cold cuts served during breakfast looked extremely stale and shrivelled up. 3)replenishment was not done unless asked for. The staff looked like they were being trained but no one to actually supervise them or offer guidance. I’ve stayed in Accor properties before and the properties were well looked after and had better staff management. This was an utter disappointment. Definitely would not recommend the property if you’re a loyal ACCOR group patron.

Food was not at all good either dinner or breakfast. Due to LPG issues, I understand that items have been reduced when compared to earlier, but the items which were presented are not at all good. Very bad in taste. Not even cut fruits were good.
