I have had a mixed experience. Reached a bit early and there was an early check-in fee. I think you may want to consider to revoke it. It looked as if since I booked it online you want to take any opportunity to charge the customer. The room was clean. Could use all the controls easily. The coffe maker was not easy to plug in. There was a three pin socket with Coffee maker and kettle being two pin appliances. only 1 socket for two appliances is not a good design especially when you need to use a pen/pencil to help guide the plug in to the socket. The in room dining experience was very average for a hotel like Novotel. The food was not up to mark. The couch was the worst. The middle portion just sinks. No effort was made to check if the furniture in the room is good to use or not. Had tough time avoiding the sink hole on the couch. I would rate by experience average considering the expectations from Novotel

1. No consideration on early/late check in/out - Booked through booking.com clearly mentioning the arrival time. Inspite of that, was charged INR 500 for early check-in which I was ready to pay considering the long inter-city drive. However, requested for a 30 mins late checkout and even that was not allowed and asked for fees again. 2. No towels in the room during check-in. Had to request.

Had an overall ok experience. Flexi time check in room options is good. Arrived morning time and hence checked in earlier. Breakfast food included as part of the room payment is good. Terrible service experience during the rush time at 9.30 am. Wife was unwell for a day. we would have preferred in room dining for breakfast but came to know it will be additionaly charged which is strange enough. Had to go for dining and met with bad service handled by staff. Had to raise concern and voice to get clean cups for tea . Set of staff seemed having attitude issues while others were good in customer issues.

I am from Chennai and stayed at this hotel, so as to take a small break (staycation). The package included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was the best part. There was a Bengali food festival and the dishes were simply superb. The breakfast was also very good.

I stayed in other Accor brands, but never faced such an uncomfortable stay. first of all, being an ALL member, I wasn't welcomed and also not given the complimentary drinks voucher which I was entitled to, until I asked. Next, the room had no supplies, and had to ask one by one for all need, and that too was not given in desired quantity. It felt embarrassing to ask for the needs in room in more numbers. For the F&B, the menu selection was not not planned at all. All the spread in breakfast was either South Indian or continental. there were no common dishes that people travelling from other regions could feed on. The desert for dinner had pathetic selection too. No cold deserts at all like Ice creams which are by default a spread in any buffets these days. Even the common toilet on the floor of restaurant was not cleaned well and had hell lot of mosquitoes. It's a very risky state if hygiene and also risk of infections through mosquitoes. I stayed recently in Novotel Goa and stay was memorable. But, this stay was memorable in a negative sense.

there were mosquitoes in restroom. parking structure is not great thermostat still analog model, it is taking long time to cool compact room ,TV hd box .was not working well. list goes on .......................
