We stayed at the hotel for a week. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Breakfast spread was nice and the housekeeping staff ensured we came back to clean and well aired rooms. We chose to stay at this hotel since the selected room was spacious in comparison to other hotel rooms and the bed was extra large.

⭐ 1/5 I have been staying at this property for two days, and this has been one of my worst hotel experiences. There was no proper response or hospitality from the restaurant team. The food quality was extremely poor, and the service was very disappointing. The restaurant in-charge lady, female and male staff, and some of the chefs were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic manners and guest etiquette. Staff were even making jokes about some guests, which is completely unacceptable in a professional hotel environment. I have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time the experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly request the management to review and change the restaurant in-charge and restaurant staff, and also look seriously into the kitchen and food quality. I 100% do not recommend this property based on my current experience. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and was delighted with the excellent food that was offered for room service as well as the buffet breakfast. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, and the rooftop restaurant was knockout. Really quite pleased with my choice to stay here. There's a metro station at the end of the street which was helpful.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids for 2 nights. The kids went to swim in the pool and after sometime in the water all three kids broke out in a rash. They had painful rashes all over their body. Something was wrong with the water. I informed the front desk and they told me they will check the pool. After I checked with them the next day they said the ph level was off and they were fixing it, Through out this whole process there was no enquiry about the problem caused, no apology for what had occurred on their premises. Should I have thrown a loud fit over what happened to my kids for them to take notice and respond? Food was good, rooms were good but service was not good and the front desk was disappointing.

I have one issue that I would like you to help remedy. I had invited two colleagues for business dinner on the roof top restaurant. We were made to sit on freshly painted table/chairs, which has not completely dried. This ended up spoiling their expensive shirts. A separate email has been sent by my guests to you on this. Please help resolve the matter asap.

The Service and Care provided was very personalized. Mr. Prayag, took care of all the little request we made very efficiently and timely, especially the Birthday Cake ordered for my daughter was much better than expected. My daughter gave it a 10 Star. The Food Exchange spread was very commendable and delicious. The overall stay experience was Great !
