My experience From starting security point to reception and my room am really happy and am staying there one week. There is properly follow the Covid-19 safety precautions it's really really much appreciated to all the Novotel employees and really satisfied. Vehicle sanitized then entry the gate to parking. From main entrance hand sanitizer, inside lift area hand sanitizer available. In my room perfectly daily housekeeping clearly sanitized and the housekeeping people fully wear the PPE kit (Personal Protective Equipment kit) safety and customer satisfaction maintaining really appreciate. Specially food order from my room immediately delivered the food and perfectly follow the safety delivered.Maintenance people good maintain the AC. All Novotel employees are talking very polite and care. Really really am very happy in my staying days. 24 hour's TV, if work with laptop there is table and table lamp also available that is very very useful me. Reception employees clearly explained my package details and available service more then phone calls attending and care the customer really really hard work and care customer's. My staying days are am really enjoyed and I more much appreciate to all the Novotel employees. I really like your security system really like your security people. Novotel cook is really very very nice tasty food prepare. I am really thank you to all Novotel Security, Reception employee, Cook,Room service, Housekeeping people, Maintenance people.

Bad Stay

The room was not clean and the guest service was very bad. Even the pillows were dirty. The food was just average. The call to the guest service were not being attended. Never will i return to this property. It was a complete let down.

My Stay at Novotel Chennai Chamiers was not that great. The kettle in the room was not clean, the bathroom slide was not working properly, the food was not good at all. For the room service i had to call 4 times.

close to all areas/staff are great from front office to dinning area to housekeeping. Don't have to wait for anything. Parking is limited for out side vehicles but very accommodative to keep the vehicle inside the compound. Definitely will stay again out side view is limited but wont bother

I was warmly greeted by hotel staff when I arrived. Check-in was quick. The room was quiet and well furnished. The hotel was close to restaurants and subway station. Of course auto and cabs are plenty. I like the breakfast - a mix of Indian and Western cuisines.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and the wait staff helpful. We stayed for just a night and hence could not try the bar and rooftop restaurant. The location of the hotel too was close enough to Mount Road and major attractions in Chennai, yet well away from the hustle bustle of the main roads.
