Pros: 1. Location 2. Cleanliness 3. Staff 4. Amenities 5. Housekeeping Needs Improvement: Breakfast buffet needs a major improvement here. More of less the same menu for breakfast for two days. Tamilnadu is knows for amazing South Indian breakfast and Novotel Chennai disappointed us with basic dishes like Idly and Sambhar. I hope this feedback helps them to look closely into improving their breakfast buffet.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to reorganize the restaurant seating arrangement, as it is very clumsy/restricted movement may be due to space constraint.
