The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms felt fresh and cozy. The service was bad. A hotel of this category does not want to give hand towels, surprising! It took 2-4 reminders to get things like water bottles, towels and small things. Their bar happy hour was a scam. If you want beer in happy hour, buy a bucket of 4. No 1-1 happy hour. Pool looked clean and well maintained. The breakfast was OK OK. I thought I should have just walked to a roadside stall to get better dosa and idli.
