The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms felt fresh and cozy. The service was bad. A hotel of this category does not want to give hand towels, surprising! It took 2-4 reminders to get things like water bottles, towels and small things. Their bar happy hour was a scam. If you want beer in happy hour, buy a bucket of 4. No 1-1 happy hour. Pool looked clean and well maintained. The breakfast was OK OK. I thought I should have just walked to a roadside stall to get better dosa and idli.

Overall, Polite, courteous and efficient staff. Constructive feedback. 1) TV: It is difficult to set up the TV. I had to call Room service on our 2nd night. He was able to rectify it. However, on my 3rd night, I tried to switch on to TV mode, myself; but unable to do so. 2) Water Saving for Laundry: Towels, etc..: Perhaps there could be a note for guests stating whether they need new towels or they can use their current towels...as it will save water and electricity. (this is practised in many other hotels). 3) Smoking: Is smoking allowed in the hotel premises? I found cigarette packets at the T-floor, outside the Gym, next to the Swimming pool.

towels were dirty and old. bathroom was very old with shower leaking. flush not working well. bedsheets, blanket and pillow very old
