I arrived with high expectations, especially given the reputation and standards associated with the Novotel brand. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the beginning, the overall upkeep of the property left much to be desired. The corridors were stuffy and appeared poorly maintained. The condition of the room was equally concerning, with several issues including non-functioning lights, a television that would not turn on, and inadequate cooling from the air conditioning. The dining experience was another letdown. The food lacked flavour, with the main course being quite bland and the desserts noticeably dry. There was also a lack of attentive service at the restaurant. I had to keep my used plates aside myself, and they were cleared only after I specifically asked for them to be taken away. The limited variety of food options was an additional disappointment. I chose Novotel with the expectation of receiving the level of comfort, service, and hospitality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of those expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the maintenance, food quality, and overall service standards.

The hotel was superb clean and well maintained. Located at city centre and easily accessible to places we want to go. There were lots food variety for complimentary breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a professional hospitality.I am delighted with stay here

Not a very pleasant experience at the Chennai property. Paid more than 11,000 rupees but the services and standard was not up to the level. No welcome drinks, no spa and the room itself gives a sort of contained effect
