Pros: 1. Central location with 10-15 minutes drive to places like Mylapore, T.Nagar etc. 2. The rooms are mostly clean, unless you are worried about the patches on the couch etc. Cons: 1. We did not find the room to be that spacious for a family (two adults and a kid). 2. Breakfast is strictly average in terms of spread as well as taste. 3. Did not find the staff to be pleasant or happy while going about their work. Just as an example, the lady at the Food Exchange never even smiled. Not sure what kind of experiences the staff have gone through in the past, that make them so miserable at work. Would give this facility a pass during our next visit to the city.

Hello I stayed at Novotel chennai on 15 nov 2024 to 17 November 2024 My experience about stay is not so good Room service is good But I have to wait a long to check in because rooms are not ready even I check in late around 4pm Some one also called me from hotel about my reservations and I told them about my room requirements then even they are not ready to welcome me I have to wait for check in Another thing is buffet is worst part No service no variety They don't have juices in breakfast and food is cold I asked for pranthas at time of dinner because buffet ready paranthas was cold and waited for an hour for one parantha I ordered after asking repaditily for my order Shefs even not care for my order they say to duty manager that they can't make parantha now ,what so unprofessional And after so long time iate somthing else and after long hour they bring pranthas which is so tasteless like they make them heartless Breakfast food is cold,dinner food is cold,you have to wait for even to call any one to order something because they don't have even enough staff at the time of buffet both in morning and night Reception staff also is not so heart warming people,only they doing there duties no hostipality But room cleaning department is only good thing No room view they have both sides Some guards wear dress some are without them You know when I enter this hotel looking those un professional guards I have a gut feeling my stay is going to be blunder Not staying again in lifetime and suggest for all people's who planning to book Novotel chennai to look for better High price but not worth And look for mr. Kamal kumar review also He is my friend staying with me at hotel at that time And also we have two rooms Both rooms black out on both days one by one ,no electricity for one hour in both rooms So worst experience

Depressing Rooms. Poor Service.

1. The room are gray with black flooring. Poor Lighting. The room felt depressing. 2. the room smelt damp. Wet wood kind of dirty damp smell. 3. No Hand and face towels provided. 4. No hot water in the room. Complained 3 times. But even after that only warm water was provided.
