The staff of Novotel Chamiers Road made my stay memorable and comfortable. Right from attentive check in by Sumit who took care of my luggage and other services and provided welcome amenities by recognising my Accor Platinum status to Ms Lithianzia at the first floor restaurant where she always served professionally during happy hours and at breakfast table very attentively, the service by the staff was the highlight The hotel needs to Massively improve its cleanliness . The basement parking area is a MESS ALSO pls stop using chemical room perfume in the room. It is causing a major head ache and nausea

Receptionist Odaka was awesome. She was very helpful and provided a wonderful check‑in experience. She even sent our baggage to our room while we were out for brunch. They took great care of us. Good job!

Yearly affair with family...only 1 feedback, night bathing, shower and condioner was empty... house keeping should be checking regularly

Stayed for personal visit to Chennai in August. Room was well kept and serviced daily by attentive staff. Check in and out is easy. Good location where transport public or private is available easily. Restaurant is great breakfast buffet is worth it.
