Stayed in 306 on 19/12/25 for 1 night. Check-in was too slow, nothing was ready before arrival. No one escorted to the room, not even showed where the elevator is. Food prices (despite discount) were very high. Bathroom drain was clogged. Soap dispenser near sink didn't have soap or dispenser didn't work. Hand towell wasn't there in bathroom, just 2 big towells. No wifi instructions given at check-in nor any eye catching ones in room. I forgot my mobile charger in room. Despite my call to front desk on 21/12/25, no one called back (which they said they will). Not a typical experience from this chain!
