This was my second stay at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I truly love coming back here and will happily do so again. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the stay is comfortable and pleasant. What really amazed me was the personal connection — even though I visited after nearly 7 months, many team members recognized me instantly. That level of attention and care is truly special and rare. A heartfelt special shout-out to Priota, Nisarg, and Tanmay from the F&B team for their exceptional service, Madhu from housekeeping for maintaining such high standards, and the wonderful front desk team — Daphisha, Megha, and Lucky — for making the check-in and overall experience seamless and welcoming.
