Property is well maintained. Room was clean and breakfast also good . I requested for menu card at room but they dint even after repeated requests. At the time of check out have to for half an hour in queue only one person available at reception. So i feel there is a lack of staff. Rest all ok

Scanty staff for 200 around rooms failed to cater needs of guests in restaurant, front office, room service. No A La Carte menu is available except buffe for dinner. have to wait around 2 hours for dinner in the room which was served cold and testifies there is no one to bring. have to wait at reception even for key as in adequate staff failed to meet the demand at check out time. As Gold card member I am disappointed.

Admirable: Well located, hygienic room,nice buffet breakfast, flawless check-in and check-out, availed late check-out FOC till 1.30pm with a smiling response from guest care desk. Awful: Tiny shower room, No shower gel asked thrice but not given. No shower cap, no hair dryer.

Hello, My check-in time was 2 pm and I have received the key at 5 pm. The worst experience for early check-in requests. They will always keep you waiting for at least 3 hrs. Apart from this experience overall food and other services are nice. Thank You.

The hotel room is quiet compact and good enough for short business trips, the walls feel like wood dry wall, so a lot of the quiet time in the room is filled by echo's of tiny knocks and bumps all around from the neighbouring rooms. The bathroom is really tiny, could be a bit much for people with claustrophobia to handle, the water pressure on the plumbing is a tad bit too bad, especially the health faucet. The room I was put up at was very well kept and tidy, some reviews said some of the rooms were very poorly maintained with mould and mouldy smell in them but I didn't have any such issues. The place also has a very huge self parking area that was the best part for me since I drove down to Chennai and the safety of my car was a major concern. Staff were very courteous, my checkin process took less than 10 minutes and I was handed the keycard without having to wait for a really long time, did see some other guests that came in at the same time as I, who had to wait a while to get their rooms. The food is a major let-down, all the food is mostly from the same kitchen, the complex has 2 hotels and 2 separate restaurants but the same room service menu is handed out in both the spaces. Cant speak for the buffet's since I didn't opt for those but that would indeed be better value for money than ordering from the menu. Room service takes around 45-55 minutes to be sent to you after you order, the prices are a bit much, some items on the menu are better than the others. Tried one of the two restaurants hoping the food would be better than the room service menu, which is the pan Asian one present on the ground floor of the Novotel hotel block, the food didn't do justice to all the reviews the place had on google, got a mei goreng, which seemed like just some noodles with burnt cabbages, soy ketchup and not an ounce of sambal or any ingredient novel to Indonesian food. If the food wasn't so bad, I really would've considered staying here again for the next visit in a weeks time.

Rooms were clean, service was okay, I was disappointed with a few things like pool that was closed, breakfast buffet cost was told 799 per person but later got to know if was 799 for 2 people, so the information was not clearly passed on, i approached the buffet area asking for some salt for kids food the person there said there is no salt in the kitchen, unbelievable

Hotel Brand is Good, but Service is not up to the mark. My Family disappointed with the stay. 1. Allotted Room in a Floor where Smoking smell was horrible (Non Smoking Room / Floor, some) 2. Tolietary items (Towel, Soap, Dental Kit) kept only for 1 person, even though booked for 2 guests 3. Followed up with hotel staff, including Front office manager (5 calls & waited more than 45min) to get Coffee Stirring stick 4. Billing Lady tried misguiding me saying not possible to give single Invoice for 2 Rooms made with same Booking 5. Reward points not credited, done after my follow up + after 10 days

to small rooms to live in, beds very scary low in space. it is difficult to survive in those rooms. if you ask e i cannot recommend ibis hotels. my whole 3 day stay was spoiled. hotel as such was good with good food food but overall it is failing
