I have booked the room in Agoda and showed my booking The staff said my booking is not reflecting So told me to wait I waited for 30 mins no response Again I went and asked she said I’m checking the team is saying my booking cancelled and booking another room from there side and told me to wait I was waiting right front of her for another 1 hr Then she went I asked the team member and they said she went for lunch I was waiting for long and she said 2 mins but I was waiting for almost 2 hrs But she just went away Afterwards another staff said my booking is available and checked in Now whose fault is ? Definitely not mine But I waited for 2 hrs for there mistake Compensation for these incidence is required

I am disappointed with my stay due to some serious service lapses. I had specifically requested a transfer from the station, which was verbally confirmed by the hotel over the phone. Despite this assurance, the transfer was not provided, forcing me to arrange and pay for my own cab at the last minute. This reflects poor reliability and coordination. Additionally, I had paid extra for a room on a higher floor, yet was allotted a room on the 7th floor, even though the property has 10–11 floors. This was not what I paid for and was never explained or acknowledged by the hotel. The room size was quite small and did not justify the price. Dinner options were limited. Breakfast had a reasonable spread, but the breakfast area was overcrowded, making it difficult to find seating and enjoy the meal. The staff was polite and tried to be helpful, but these repeated lapses significantly impacted the overall experience. Better adherence to commitments and clearer service execution are needed. Overall, not value for money given the unmet promises.
