I use to stay in different Ibis hotels around 26 Years ago at Barcelona , Milan , Paris , Brussels etc . Can say I was Ibis member and stayed in Ibis hotels for more than 50 Nights . Being I was with my wife & were hoping a comfortable stay . Overall My experience with Ibis OMR was horrible mainly on a/c of Bed Mattress was toooo loose & on top so thick pillows . We requested at Receipition & as such no result . Further more As we have to travel in morning around 7.00 A.M - Requested hotel to pack our Breakfast . They provided just 2 Small Boxes of Fruit , One Sandwich & one juice each . Must say totally Dis-satisfied .

The receptionist Riti guided me from the early check in to late departure. She was very patient and polite while handling the guest. Kudoos to her work and dedication level. Also the only concern to the management from my side would be, the receptionist used to stand for the whole day at the system, looking at them standing for a whole day really made my day sad. Since Ibis is a reputed hotel, you always make sure to satisfy the guests, on the other hand also make sure that the receptionist gets standing chair to work comfortably and they also treated well at the same time.

I was too tired from my delayed flight and the room was way too small is what I felt Also the way to connect to WiFi is typical, and wasn’t an easy one. I didn’t realise that the breakfast buffet was not included in the booking I would recommend to prefer Turyaa over IBIS for a value for money proposition

Came for business work I was sick, requested for paracetamol tablet but they said can't arrange due to company policy When drinks, food comes to room why not medicine during tough times ? I felt less humanity
