Ok. Room was very small, better to have some moving space. There was no wardrobe to hold the cloths and suitcase. No proper sitting chair to work with laptop too. Overall Ok experience. Checkin took too long the girl in the counter looks confused then Arprita came he assisted me quickly good job done there. I asked Tv assistance and waited for more than 30 mins no information passed to the technician from the reception team even after two times for assistance

Thanks to Ritwika(Guest Relations), Lalitha, Ambica, Zova, Mina from reception side who has taken care of room allocation and readiness and for quick check in. Housekeeping folks Madan Kumar and Zodin ensured to keep the room with all amenities and also taken for additional asks and the ensured daily refills. Dinesh, Vignesh, Kiran from restaurant was giving their best efforts to take care on food needs. Yipin, Arvind from Nico has ensured to do their best during evening lounge hours.
