Room is good. Booked queen size but given King size bed. It was double occupation. Located near to our office & quickly accessible. On 01st day stay, i was trying to reach front office (between 10:30 11 PM) from the room phone & my personal phone but no one picked. I called for TV sound issue. But it was attended next day 28th after informing directly to front office.

Stay was good. ambika and Riti from reception have taken care the check in short time by reserving room ready. Kiran and Hassan from restaurant was good at their hospitality. Vignesh from IRD was handling the requests well. Yipin and Arvind at Nico bar taking care the lounge and guests needs very well.
