The stay is absolutely nice and service is amazing especially the breakfast spread and the live counter service is excellent, There are few drawbacks i noticed which needs to be carefully addressed. 1. I have not been provided the option of paying restaurant /bar bills during checkout, they insisted me to pay there itself which creates a bad impression and questions the integrity 2. I went to access Novotel pool( i didn’t know it was chargeable for IBIS customers) they told me it’s chargeable and i told let me complete swimming and i can pay else i will pay here itself but staff didn’t agree they forcefully sent me back to reception and asked to pay there which creates an impression that hotel is more concerned in money making rather than customer satisfaction, I told them multiple times add the bill to my room no or show the QR code so that i can pay but i didn’t get any of those options which is bad, at last i lost the interest of swimming and went back. This is a series concern because I am staying in hotel for nearly 12 days and I can’t even experience the pool even though i am ready to pay. please look into these above two issues and make sure its addressed.
