I got the 11 floor, Once we step out of lift to 11th floor very bad smell, on ciggerate & some rodents smell. In my room sink was getting blocked regularly. Washroom area very small

The room was neat, clean, and hygienic. However, the food quality, breakfast menu, and overall service need to be better organized and streamlined. Due to inadequate staffing, breakfast and dinner buffet items were not refilled promptly, and food orders were often misplaced, causing unnecessary delays. The reception staff also lacked enthusiasm in assisting with future bookings. When I enquired about corporate rates for upcoming stays, my request was simply ignored, and I was instead quoted a standard single-occupancy room rate of INR 6,800 per night without any discussion of available corporate options.
