My partner and I had a beautiful stay overall, and the overall experience is so nice, and the staff from the hotel is easily approachable and friendly. However, the problem I had during my stay was that the checking-in process was a bit tedious, and the bed inside our room was a combination of two single cot feels a bit uneasy and uneven. If possible, kindly address the issue.
