My rating is for cleanliness. I surprised to see such a small bathrooms which made me so discomfort. I had never seen such a small bathrooms till now. Although i have given complaint on TV, nobody as attended. Faced lot of issues with access card for lift/escalator operation.

Room was not even clean when I checked in and the laundry bills and papers was there which was used by previous check-in people cleanliness should be there and no complimentary on any thing despite I stayed for 7 days

Overall the stay was good, I'd only one point, there should have been display of what includes in the package for easy understanding in cases when third party does booking in any individual. Additionally, to give an option upfront to the customer for cleaning the room time window, as I'd to inform multiple times to the reception.
