I was staying in two different rooms: 609 day 1 and 1021 on day 2. Both the bathrooms, I didnt get hot water. The price charged was on a higher side as compared to similar category business hotels in the vicinity. Atleast breakfast could have included in the package.

the beds are vey bad, twin beds one side slipping, no sleeo for the hole night... requested that evening to keep queen single bed but no response from reception...not expected the services

Please allow us to clarify that the room was originally booked under the twin bed category, which is why twin beds were provided. While we understand your request for a queen/king bed and agree that a clearer response should have been communicated, unfortunately on that evening the hotel was fully sold out, and no king or queen bed rooms were available to accommodate the change. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and the lack of timely communication from our reception team. My recent stay at ibis was truly delightful and memorable. The hotel’s ambience, hospitality, and well-crafted drinks created a very comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my visit. I would especially like to appreciate house keeping manager padmaja garu who speaks my native language. Her warm presence, positive attitude, and genuine smile made a remarkable difference,her way of welcoming and assisting guests was exceptional. She carries such a calm, positive energy that truly enhances the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Her professionalism blended beautifully with kindness, making guests feel not just welcomed, but valued. She is truly a positive vibe to the property and an asset to the ibis team. My partner and I had a beautiful stay overall, and the overall experience is so nice, and the staff from the hotel is easily approachable and friendly. However, the problem I had during my stay was that the checking-in process was a bit tedious, and the bed inside our room was a combination of two single cot feels a bit uneasy and uneven. If possible, kindly address the issue.
