Dear Mr CHIU, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your experience at our hotel did not meet your expectations. The condition of the sofa and the window in your room clearly fell short of the standards we aim to maintain, and we fully understand your disappointment. Following your complaint, our reception team immediately assisted you and arranged for a different room so that your stay could continue in better conditions. Our technical and housekeeping teams have also taken the necessary steps to prevent such situations from recurring.
