I truly value your continued trust in our hotel for your business trips, and I’m pleased to hear that, overall, you find our hotel satisfactory, especially with the quality of our breakfast and the service provided by our friendly staff. I’m sorry to learn that the room did not fully meet your needs for working. I completely understand the importance of having a comfortable and functional workspace, and I’ll be sure to look into how we can enhance this aspect of our rooms.
