Used the hotel as a quick stop travelling home. Staff were super helpful, i. parked in the underground car park late and staff helped me to activate the charger. Rooms were great and had everything you would expect.

Easy to find, very efficient welcome and fully accessible for wheelchair users. Room was very well equiped, clean and comfortable. Good secure parking. Although in a commercial area the hotel was very quiet. Food quality very good but limited menu for an extended stay. Changes to the menu were done for us as we dont eat cheese.

The window of the privilege room for us can’t be closed. The cover of sofa bed is burned and broken by an iron before. Therefore, we asked the reception desk to give us another privilege room. We were put aside and waited for 15-20 minutes to get the response since the receptionists were dealing with other clients who arrived after us. Then the reception desk offered us a classic room + breakfast instead of the same privilege room for replacement. However, the sink in the classic room was leaking underneath. Only one of us went downstairs to have breakfast the next day morning since the breakfast was not attractive at all. The overall experience was very bad and we will never ever stay at Mercure Compiègne Sud hotel.
