I paid the reserve online and the front desk was not so friendly with my husband when he arrived because he didn't have a credit card. It was the first time a credit card was requested as guarantee even the total amount was already paied.

Nous comprenons que la demande de carte de crédit à l'arrivée puisse être surprenante, même si le paiement a déjà été effectué en ligne. Cela est une pratique standard dans certains établissements et dans ce cas dans notre groupe, utilisée pour garantir les éventuels frais supplémentaires ou dommages. Toutefois si cette explication n'a pas été donnée de manière claire à votre arrivée nous nous en excusons. Hotel was in a very good location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. As we where spending only a couple of days in town the room was perfect. It was clean and tidy. We felt safe in the hotel.
