We are pleased to hear that youn appreciated our location and the friendliness of our staff Regarding the wi fi issue, we are sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately , during your stay there was a general network outage with our service provider (FREE) wiwh affected both internet access and telephone services. This situation was beyound our control, and we were impacted as well while waiting for the issue to be resolved. We’ve enjoyed our stay in this Ibis Budget Hotel in the centre of Compiègne. We like to have a walk in the city Centre. So the Hotel was/is nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I suggest to park the car in the nearby parking - only one minute away.
