A comfortable stay in a budget friendly hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I wanted to fill up a water bottle before I left but there was no water jug by reception, but that was not really an issue.

I would have loved it, but I didn't arrive. I would have canceled my booking but cancellation was not allowed. As a result you had to hold my room even though I knew I wasn't coming. Very poor on your part.

The booking conditions were clearly indicated before confirming the reservation, which is why the amount remained due despite your absence. Unfortunately , during your stay there was a general network outage with our service provider (FREE) wiwh affected both internet access and telephone services. This situation was beyound our control, and we were impacted as well while waiting for the issue to be resolved. We’ve enjoyed our stay in this Ibis Budget Hotel in the centre of Compiègne. We like to have a walk in the city Centre. So the Hotel was/is nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I suggest to park the car in the nearby parking - only one minute away.
