I made a late booking by phone, was helped very much by the operator to still find a suitable hotel. Once arrived, Vincent at reception was very kind and helpful, which made my stay very pleasurable.

1. I made a reservation through the Accor application. AT arrival the reservation wasn't there(I have proof of the reservation if you like) 2. I was given a room for handicapped people which, though bigger as normal, wasn't satisfactory because the bathroom wasn't functioning properly(Shower sprays on toilet/No soap at sink/Bathroom flooded after shower

Regarding your reservation, it appears that a technical issue related to the Accor app prevented it from being correctly registered in our system. While this issue is beyond our control, we sincerely regret the inconvenience. As for the room you were given, it is indeed designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. Although it is tailored to meet their specific needs, we understand that certain aspects, such as the bathroom layout, may not be as comfortable for able-bodied guests. Unfortunately, at the time of your arrival, it was the only available room. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused by the shower and the lack of soap at the sink. Room was very clean and had kind of newer modern bath and toalet organization than in other Ibis budget hotels. We did enjoyed our stay.
