Basic, simple accommodation, the lack of towels is always an issue, especially when you forget to pack one in a travel case! But the accommodation is clean the staff very efficient and hospitable and as a one night stopover cheap hotel it is fine.

Very nice staff, great clean room, convenient from the motorway, shops and restraints near by and fantastic price!

The receptionist, Badiane, was very welcoming and polite! He helped me get the correct room, suggested a place I could park that would provide cctv coverage to help protect the bicycles on the back of my car and informed me about the local amenities. The room was clean and well laid out. The toilet room was clean as well. I will stay again in the future. Thank you!

You messed up my reservation and forced me to pay for another room at 2am

You messed up my reservation and forced me to pay for another room at 2am. I even flagged it up on the phone but you absolutely assured me it was ok. I told you I needed a late check in but due to the change of date your operative decided it was an early booking that I needed. I protested and he assured me there would be no problems. WRONG!! my reservation was not valid for when I arrived at the hotel so was forced to pay for another, more expensive room, at the machine on the door. If your operative had only explained, when I inquired, that there is a machine on the door that you can book a room 24/7 then I could've saved myself £40!! I'm not at all happy!! Now as for the hotel it self, it aint pretty and you have to make the beds yourself but it at least inexpensive. The shared toilet and shower facilities were very dirty but I did at least mange to get a few hours sleep before continuing my long car journey. It served a purpose and I guess you get what you paid for.......... except for the fact that due to the company's incompetence I had to pay for the same room twice!!

Dirty stains on the walls of the room. I would not want to offend anyone by guessing the origin. Condoms on the driveway outside and a huge pothole at the front gate bug enough to swallow a baby...

Good room, dated and a little grubby loos & showers

Checking in and access we good, the room was as described, simple, but clean and tidy which was good for the cost. The only let down was the loos and showers were not very clean, lots of dirt in corners that had been there for a while, this may be due to the age. The lady on reception in the morning was excellent. Friendly and accommodation to English speakers.

as expected, hotel on an industrial/retail park out of town, one or two bars and restaurants in walking distance although this F1 is further away than most. clean bed, reasonable price.

Was OK, typical Formule 1 that could probably do with a bit of a renovation - blankets smelt pretty old, no towels (like there used to be), no soap in the dispenser in one of the showers, lights kept going out in the toilets and showers

Rooms were clean, as was bedding and neither smelled of cigarette smoke, which was a problem that we have had in the past. The corridor carpet was stained and the stairwell and hallway did smell a bit, but all the facilities were really clean. Other residents were quiet, which made it much easier to sleep. The member of staff on duty during our stay was really friendly and helpful, pointing out where there was a restaurant that we could walk to from the hotel. Overall this was a really good stay, much better than some we have had in the past.

Stay in at least 2 F1 hotels a year as they are perfect for a short over night sleep while travelling and are great value for money. This particular F1 hotel was by far the worst we’ve stayed in. Hard, uncomfortable beds. Rooms smelt. Beds not made properly. Lights not working in 1 toilet, no toilet paper in another and urine all over the seat and floors in the other 2 toilets. Very noisie all night. Sorry to say but this experience has really put me off staying with my children again at an F1. For the first time ever, I don’t feel the 65€ was worth it. Very disappointed

This is just perfect for a night stopover on a long trip. We arrived late and left early so this type of basic hotel was just what we needed.

A warm welcome from receptionist but overall accommodation was not up to standard experienced at other formulae 1 hotels and it’s looking very tired and dirty in places and in need of refurbishment.

Good apart from being double billed for our stay and not yet in reciept of the refund promised.

While I was dealing with the luggage my wife was mistaken for Helen Hardaker Room 222 because her first name was also Helen and charged an extra 39.80. On reaching the check in desk I informed the attendant that I had paid in advance and he booked us into Room 221 and said he would sort out a refund for the extra payment. By check out the next morning he was not able to refund us our money but seeing as I had a French bank account he said the company would send me a cheque within 2 weeks. I was happy with that. I signed and dated a letter that the attendant had written explaining how he had mistakenly double billed me and carried on with my journey home. It is now nearly a month and there is no sign of a cheque or a refund on my credit card. Could you please investigate this matter with some urgency andsort out my refund.
