We stayed here for two nights while visiting Liverpool and would definitely stay here again. The location on the waterfront and dock area gives you great views from your room and easy to walk to many of the Liverpool museums and tourist sites. They do not have a parking lot but there is a public parking deck right next door and it was easy to park there and get to the hotel. Their bellman is delightful and makes a great first impression. We ate in their restaurant several times during our trip and I will say that the service in the restaurant is definitely the weak point in the visit. Service was slow but food was good. We went down for dinner and were told they could not seat us because they were expecting a big party. Restaurant only had two tables occupied at the time so that was a little odd. A guest came up and canceled his table for 8 and so they seated us. The big party never showed up but yet service was so slow that when we wanted to pay our bill there were no servers around to bring us a check. We had to ask the kitchen staff to find a waiter for us so we could pay our bill. Breakfast wait staff was equally as slow and inattentive.

We stayed for CYD super convention. The rooms were really spacious. Pillows amazing. We ate dinner amd breakfast amd both meals were of very high standard. In the morning Tarik couldn't of done anymore for us. He made us feel like his personal guests. And everyone at the hotel was so friendly.

Visiting Liverpool for an annual event from NYC — my second time staying at the Pullman! Solid service, lovely restaurant area, great location — walking distance from Wapping Dock and the Wheel of Liverpool. Super convenient for any event at ACC! Grab a corner room with a view if you can. The sunset over the water is divine.

Everything was first class, we had dinner on Friday and Sunday night and the food and service were exceptional. Breakfast is excellent with a great choice for both cooked and continental. All the staff that encountered were welcoming and friendly.
