Stayed before but this time the hotel set up had changed due to Covid so all a bit different, some guests not warning masks although mandatory in the hotel. Overall still a great hotel.

Stayed here for one night, completed the online check in so when I arrived I headed to collect my keys and it was a flawless process. The hotel has a one way system in place to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view over the ricer. Didn’t have time to sample to room service or bar menu but there was a great variety of options. Check out was simple, there were no charges on my account so I could just drop the key into the express check out box.

I honestly couldn’t fault our 2 night stay. The room was beautiful, spacious with a lovely bathroom and comfy bed, very clean and the Mini toiletries were a perfect little touch. Will definitely be returning.

Room and public area is very clean. Excellent Check-in by Becky gave us great recommendation for places to go and eat in Liverpool. We would have love to sample the food in Macro but it is currently closed due to Covid. We were offered Breakfast Grab and Go Bag throughout our stay - the continental options included were plentiful. Location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to Liverpool One and the Baltic Market. We were given a corner room so could see the Mersey. Will definitely return when in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is the third time we’ve stayed since July and it’s just been wonderful every time. The first time we were upgraded to a corner room with a river view and W O W, we had the best stay and the views were unbelievable. The other two times we have stayed in a standard king room but it’s still more than comfortable and still with beautiful views of the city. Staff are VERY accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be staying here many many more times.

Good location but only on par with the new premier inns

Hotel looks nice and the rooms were fine. I understood there would be limitations applied due to COVID-19 but I didn’t expect the bar to run out lager, whisky and some liquors. Some of the guests seemed to be running riot between 1am and 3am with no intervention from hotel staff. The continental breakfast was surprisingly well put together with some good quality products used. I have stayed in Premier Inns that would give the Pullman a run for its money. I won’t be rushing back.

This was my 2nd visit to you. I was very disappointed. The room was in clean. Loads of dust on the mirrors. Very noisy corridor. Very noisy above me too. People ordering meals gone midnight. Not the rest I had planned. And even though I’d pre paid for a breakfast it wasn’t outside my room. I had to phone and ask for it. This was the 3rd time that happened. Really sorry but I don’t think I will bother staying again

This was my first stay in a Pullman hotel and I was a tiny bit disappointed. I'd understood Pullman was an upscale/higher end hotel and I was expecting basic things to demonstrate this. While our view was wonderful (we paid for a riverview room), the mattress felt old and kind of lumpy, like you could feel the wires. It definitely could use an upgrade. And as I mentioned on other reviews, I was shocked to see this famous French hotel group skimp so badly on the tea and coffee. It's not this hotel's fault but the fault of the group - honestly, just charge guests a little extra so they can have more than two small cups of very watery coffee! You actually get more at a Premier Inn in my experience. AccorHotels, step up your game!
