I had been to Jakarta for attending Indo Intertex Textile Exhibition at Jakarta Expo. The check in was smooth. The staff was smiling. As always Accor Hotels have a good breakfast spread. I stayed in Room Number 632 on the sixth floor. It was a big room but the biggest joke was shower doesn't have soap dispenser and there is a bath tub which is on the other side of the toilet which has a dispenser. They don't provide soap bars too. So early morning when I went for shower I found that I have to wet myself in the shower and apply soap at the Tub Bath and return.... 🤣🤣🤣 The reception also didn't believe me so I asked the person to come and check. After 30 minutes some one from housekeeping came and and saw it. He also couldn't answer. I wasted 30 minutes just waiting for the soap.

Despite the TV signal frequently being lost, our overall experience was good. The pool and breakfast were our favorites. The staff, especially those working in the restaurant, were very nice and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very pleasant. Several room facilities seemed poorly maintained, such as a leaking sink and a bathroom door that was difficult to open and close. Cleanliness also needs improvement, as I found ants on the table. In addition, noise from outside traffic could be clearly heard inside the room, which disturbed my rest. As for breakfast, the food quality and taste were below expectations. I hope the hotel can make improvements in the future to provide a better experience for guests.

The hot water system needs to be checked because the flow is not consistent. Sometimes it becomes very hot, then suddenly turns cold.

The room is aesthetic and colorful. I booked the superior bedroom. And the bathroom is also super clean. The swimming pool is very comfortable, and the breakfast menu is complete.
