Ibis Styles Sunter has been a “go-to” for my business events. One of the top hotels in North Jakarta that offers great venue and hospitality. Foods are genuinely delicious, roast chicken is the winner! really appreciate that the staff is very helpful (Mr. Fahrul)!

Location is good, but please keep the group guest away with accor all members.

I went here for Indonesian Weekend Gathering of Furries (IWAG), we stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The service here is excellent. The hospitality staff in the hotel is excellent. I especially like how Mr. Rahmat handles the prepation of the room

AC not working properly, constant water dripping noises from the pipes, dirty sheets and pillows.
