stay in hotel during pandemic is quite different with it used to be, but overall the room service are satisfying, except the small ants in the writing desk and the bed sheet a bit annoying during my stay in the Ibis Styles Sunter few days ago. The other else are OK, including hand sanitizer everywhere in the hotel to makes me keep hygiene and safe. Thank you.

I love accor hotel chains and thats why I booked ibis style to rest. When I entered the premises, the room was a bit dark and not well air conditioned. First not so good impression. I was greeted by the officers and the booking were good and efficient, as I expected. So it is a good point. Then I proceeded to the elevator to go to the room. And toothpick were there. Not classy and nice, and to me, it is a bit gross although I understand it is covid protocol, which I think handsanitizer will do. Guess will just clean the hands, press the button, and when they get out, they do the hand sanitizing again. It was around 4.30, The aisle to the room were dirty. Left overs and food tray were everywhere and not cleaned. Well, I just hurried to the room. I am happy to see the room was nice and clean, just what we all expect from accor hotels chain. I stayed in the room 215 and it has no view, only a blurred glass windows which I liked to keep the curtains open. In another 10 minutes, there was face, pressing against the window peeking what is inside. I tapped the window and he won't go away until I drew the curtains in. In few minutes I opened the curtains again. Then the intruder came again and tried to peek. That is impolite, rude and not professional.. kinda scary..

The room and even food was good. The staff was helpful and polite. However, the staffing for breakfast buffet was not enough. They needed four staff to serve food, drinks, buffet line and a cook, but only had two, one of which was the cook. Getting the drinks and food for breakfast was slow and a bit frustrating. The one server and the cook were very nice, but too short of other staff. Also, VERY INCOVENIENT that paying by credit card on the Accor ALL app, even though on the app it says "PAID, nothing due at hotel," isn't true at all. I tried this and and my business client was refused check-in because he didn't have my credit card. From what I was told, this was a management decision during covid pandemic. The credit card used for paying a booking, ON THE APP, HAS TO BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF CHECK-IN. The card had to be physically processed at the hotel. NO OTHER Accor hotel booked through the Accor ALL app has done this! THis is very displeasing and a hassle. Jakarta has enough other Accor hotels who honor the terms of the Accor ALL app. THIS COMPLETELY NEGATES BEING ABLE TO BOOK FOR A BUSINESS CLIENT OR EVEN MY OWN WIFE WHEN I AM NOT WITH HER. All other Accor hotyels, bookable through the Accor ALL app

the room not quite clean, many ants beside my bed. bed quite itchy for the sensitive skin like me. the room not clean yet even the tag to clean up the room was put on the door at 1.00 pm. the bed is comfy though.. the receptionist quite hard to contact. food was so so. POSITIVE NOTE: bed really nice. staff very polite.

Booked for no smoking room, but I got smoking room instead. The room smells like a meat smoker. The electric kettle is dirty, and also the towel smells bad.

Great budgeted rooms. The only issue I had was access to the 3rd floor was restricted asy card wouldn't work. I m pretty sure this problem could have been easily fixed if I just asked. I ordered room service which was prompt and quite good.
