The on line check in did not work, I have to spend more than 30 min to fill out the forms (my first time at this hotel), furthermore I needed to back to the front desk to validated my key card because the first time is not work.

Well located, but we didn't receive towels to shower and we had to ask 4 times (they send to us at 9 pm, we arrived 4 pm).
