I had a very enjoyable stay at Mercure Berlin Wittenbergplatz. From the friendly and professional welcome to the proactive room upgrade, everything felt well organised and professionally handled. The location of the hotel is very central with many attractions within walking distance and a metro station right in front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable (I received a free upgrade!) and well-designed, and had a relaxed atmosphere throughout. What stood out most was the sincere recognition of loyalty and the hospitality of the team. It never felt forced or exaggerated: it was attentive service and real care for the guest experience. Especially at this price point, the overall value was impressive. My compliments to the team for delivering such a pleasant and memorable stay.
