I don't call a fridge with a bottle of water a mini bar !! After a day out wanting a drink i don't expect to get dressed and go down stairs. Never not had a mini bar in a 4 star hotel

It was my 4th time in the hotel and probably the worst one. The checkin woman was really rude and the checkout process took ages. breakfast is very good but the room was smaller and noiser than in other ocassions.
