+ It's well located, and for the most part, everything works. + The hotel looks fairly new, and the rooms and general areas are in good condition. + Breakfast was good and had variety, but nothing special. + Our room was spacious and had all we needed. - Big minus in the room though is that the bathroom door is made of glass and can't be locked. You can partially see through the glass, and overall it doesn't provide as much privacy as you would expect from a bathroom. - ALL Accor Gold status wasn't recognized at all. No early check-in, no late check-out, no upgrade. Not even mention that we were on gold status at all. I understand upgrades and stuff aren't always available, but I would expect the hotel to at least recognize the ALL Accor status.

Nice superior room quality and the hotel is located practically next to KaDeWe. Most of the receptionists are wonderful and helpful except for one younger thinner receptionist. She was just too eager to say no before she listened to guests. She ruined the guest experience, but fortunately the rest of the team members were always nice and helpful. As the saying goes in customer service: “It is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say, is what is important”. I am sure she’s a nice person but was probably just having a bad day alone.
