Have stayed here many times and have been very comfortable. My only comment is the pillows, that are now more like cushions and not at all comfortable.

The staff are always very friendly and the rooms are lovely, clean. However, I have to say that the pillows provided are not comfortable at all. It is difficult to get a good night's sleep as the pillows are quite chunky and not very soft. We had a few people from our company staying who had the same experience. However I will be back as the staff are always very welcoming and helpful!
