Comfortable room with City View .Bathroom towels a bit small and would benefit from more storage space.

Just as expected at a Mecure Hotel - clean, comfortable rooms. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on breakfast or the bar. Friendly, professional staff. Perfect location (U-Bahn 1, 2, & 3 lines 2 minute walk plus multiple buses) for exploring Berlin.

Small unpleasant Lobby, Not Centrally located, no Bar , Room was big and comfi.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your comments on the comfort of the room. However, I regret that our lobby ambiance and location did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is located in the heart of Berlin's old West, making it very central. With the subway right outside the door, all areas of Berlin are easily accessible. Our bar is opened 5 days per week and we serve drinks in the lobby 24/7. We look forward to welcome you again. This hotel is a perfect combination of being very ”Berlin” and local but still delivering all the perks of Mercure and Accor brands. The rooms are nice, breakfast delicious and rich in variety, Bar cosy and the location couldn’t be better. The atmospehere, which I like most, comes from the staff. They are professional yet relaxed and friendly. Most importantly, they all are proudly themselves, personalities and genuine. This makes a huge difference to most chain hotels. This dream team makes your stay cheerful and memorable. Human to human. I keep returning to Mercure Wittenbergplatz again and again as I like it so much!
