Room 306, rooms’ doors keep slamming (whole floor) & pillows are stale. Water and coffee should be supplied by the cleaner rather than seperate person. Staffs are not friendly. Staffs need to be more talkative, a simple ask “are you first time in Berlin? is there anything I can recommend? I.e restaurant, shopping, sightseeing.” The staffs were stone cold, other than “enjoy your stay”. Staffs can be abit more observing and acknowledging guests when they are there by simple eye contact and small gesture “I’’ll be with you in a moment”; little things make the guests more welcome and comfortable. I understand that the Berliners are practical and straightforward forward but it comes across rude as you are in the hospitality industry. I stayed there for 6 nights and it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel has wrong setup, won’t stay here again.

I'm staying for the second time this year, and both times there's no way to have welcome drinks as bar doesn't work after 21. The fridge on the reception doesn't have juice, for example.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Wittensburgplatz. Next to the U Bahn station for convenient access to the city. The rooms are clean, well lit, equipped with the necessary items and nice bathroom. Highly recommmend staying here next time you're in Berlin!

I always book a high floor , quiet room with balcony I’ve never been lucky enough to get one over looking the square I always get the side, which is ok this time I got the back and there was a constant humming noise from all the AC ducts on the roof outside my balcony
