I struggled to find your location. During my stay, I suffered an injury after slipping my your bathroom tub which had been left in a very slippery condition, hitting my head on the door stopper aft my hair transplant operation. I initially told the front desk that evening who prvided me some ice, and then realized I had developed a large black and blue laceration on my inner thigh due to the fall. I informed that front desk the following morning who was unwilling to provide a refund. I am generally disappointed with my stay.

We sincerely regret any injury you suffered and understand how upsetting such an incident can be. That said, we would like to clarify that the bathroom facilities in our hotel, including the bathtub, fully comply with all applicable legal and safety regulations. The slip resistance of the bathtub meets the required standards, which are mandatory for a hotel to operate. In addition, the bathtub is equipped with extra safety features, including grab bars, to further reduce the risk of slipping. As the facilities meet all legal safety requirements and were in proper condition, the incident cannot be attributed to negligence on our part. Nevertheless, our team did everything possible at the time to support you, including providing immediate assistance upon notification. While we genuinely regret the accident, we must respectfully inform you that a refund of the room charges is therefore not possible. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had a comfortable stay as usual. I do wish the wallpaper in the rooms can be changed. Having a lady on the wallpaper staring down on the bed or in the shower was a bit creepy but I got used to it after several stays.
