I am a travel consultant and rate hotels based on many components. The staff does make a difference! Jakob at check in could NOT have been more helpful. The next day Jennifer at the front desk helped me with a tour that I had booked….she even went so far as to call the company with her own phone to rectify the situation. The guidance provided by our waiter Marcel, in Nani proved to be invaluable! There are many hotel options in Berlin, but the outstanding service we received at your lovely property will lead me to strongly recommend the 25 hours Bikini Berlin to all my friends and clients headed to Berlin.

The room was comfortable, tem control was a bit flakey but nothing major. Hotel was well maintained. Hot water was never real hot so if you use a hot water bottle or like real hot showers (I don't) you will be out of luck. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. Check-in was a bit slow, check out seamless. View of the zoo and the park providing fresh breezes in the evening was great. A few blocks from the metro, buses at the metro, some just outside of the hotel. Good views from the Monkey Bar upstairs

Rooms were too dark, painted black with minimal light. Need more lightbulbs, warmer light, in the rooms. Room was clean but dusty. Free minibar is a nice touch. Wish there had been warmer touches in the room. A cold vibe.

However, depending on the booking channel, we sometimes only receive a guest’s first name and surname. Overall it was a great experience and we really loved the hamock in the room! Some small observations: We booked breakfast for one day via the app and requested late checkout at 2pm as well. on check-in neither was visible so the staff said no problem he will add it. When we came for the breakfast we were not part of the list (which fortunately was no problem) and on check-out the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 12pm and I let them know we have late checkout at 2pm. I'd had expected the information to be available to the staff...

All Employees were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and had the amenities we needed. On the negative side we found the room and hallways very dark and especially the elevators were very poorly lit and which concerned me as we were two women traveling alone .

Usually a great stay, this time however there was some issue with my room not being clean enough / the fridge not being stocked properly which I had to report and the response was not particularly great.

Hotel was welcoming and quirky style is possibly not to everyone's taste, but it grows on you. It is a few minutes walk from Zoologischer Garten main railway and underground stations. Rooms were clean and comfortable with those on the zoo side having wonderful views across the 'urban jungle'. A nap in the hammock is relaxing. A good choice of food is found in the lovely rooftop NENI restaurant and the Monkey Bar is lively. Staff were very efficient and friendly.Easy reach of shopping and attractions and if you want to venture out on a bike, they are available.

Nicely decorated and nice layout of the room. Quite room, even wtih window open (Zoo-side). Good shower !! Breakfast and diner are superb. Well done, compliments to the kitchen team. And of course the cleaning crew and hotel personel. Keep up the good work. One negative remark: keep all smokers away from the terraces and hotel entrance. Also the terrace of the Monkey Bar. As a non-smoker it is a hell to be outside and get "fresh air" and enjoy the night view of Berlin. Thank you and I sincerely hope you take this in account. Make it all an smoke-free area.

From start to finish, me and my colleague had an excellent stay. The Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and were able to answer any questions we had, provide recommendations for the area and always attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is a cool, funky, modern hotel with great vibes and lovely decor throughout, as well as being extremely clean. The breakfast was great and tasty, lots of choice to choose from as well as the option to order hot food. Sadly we were here for a business trip so we didn't get chance to take full advantage of the amenities at the hotel.

Unfortunately, in an ‘Urban Jungle’ like ours, the noise of traffic – particularly at the weekend – is unavoidable. Next time, please do book one of our Jungle Rooms. Wonderful location, both urban & jungle side are amazing, original spaces full of natural light. Private room are really nice and commons spaces creatives and generous. Breakfast was imaginative with a lot of choice and a huge view on the whole town. Will be back for sure!
