This hotel is in a lovely spot next to Berlin Zoo. It is a short bus ride to the main sights. The hotel is stunning with beautiful rooms and the breakfast is superb. All of the staff are professional and friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The staff is very polite and friendly. The junior suite was cramped and not worth its cost. The bar area definitely needs some upscaling and so does the range of brands per alcoholic beverage.
