There was a double booking, I had provided my credit card details but they were said to have been lost, there was a single bed, when we asked for two and the present that was delivered for my mother's birthday was not in the room. Also there was more money charged, which needed to be transferred back, making it necessary to provide account details.

Gleichzeitig möchte ich mich aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die während Ihres Besuchs entstanden sind. Wir autorisieren bei der Anreise üblicherweise eine kleine Kaution. In Ihrem Fall konnten jedoch keine Karten autorisieren, weshalb der Aufenthalt direkt beim Check-in beglichen wurde. Da eine EC‑Karte nicht rückerstattet werden kann, hat der Check-out dadurch leider etwas länger gedauert als üblich. Außerdem verfügen alle 78 Zimmer im Das Stue über große Betten. Falls Ihnen hierzu andere Informationen genannt wurden oder Sie etwas anderes gelesen haben, möchte ich mich ebenfalls dafür entschuldigen. Wir hoffen Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Very pleasant and restorative. Perfectly located outside of the hectic city center and grounded by proximity to Tiergrarten. The service was perceptive and friendly. Unfortunately, I became ill while in Berlin, however the staff at Das Stue made my stay very comfortable and felt well-taken care off.
