At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you rightfully expect from a luxury hotel. Please accept our apologies for the technical issues in your room, including the bathtub drain and power sockets, as well as the delay with room service. This is certainly not the level of maintenance and efficiency we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams to ensure immediate follow-up and improvement. We are especially sorry to hear about your wife’s disappointing spa experience. While the spa operates as an independent business, we fully understand that from a guest’s perspective it is part of the overall hotel experience.
