This hotel is a great deal. The room was tiny, which we expected, given we paid less than €600 for 2 people for a week. What we did not expect was that it would be comfortable and very clean and that the staff would be so helpful in answering our dumb American questions. Also, if you arrive before check-in time like we did, they will hold your luggage in the cloak room for you, so you can start your vacation without having to tote your suitcase around.

My stay was perfect from the moment of making reservation till the end of stay. Very kind team, ready to help with any case or question. Very tasty breakfast and morning coffee! Safe and spacieous parking lot. And what is the most important - cleanliness was on top. Definitely recommend to stay there.

Could hardly be better placed for public transport links with 3 underground lines and 4 main bus routes at the end of the street. Plus more than adequate amenities on the doorstep, including the legendary a Ka De We department store, Germany’s answer to Harrods. The hotel itself is standard Ibis though the rooms are smaller than usual and facilities limited. But Berlin isn’t the kind of place you will want to spend hours sitting around in a hotel.
