1) would have appreciated mini-fridge 2) breakfast was a bit confusing/unfriendly (was told included then not then had to every morning go and pay for a ticket) 3) area was a bit loud at night 4) room was ok at best

Place is a bit scruffy and run down. The location was perfect for what we needed and there's nothing fundamentally wrong with it, mainly it's tired and badly in need of some TLC. Also not very accommodating compared to other Accor hotels. Had to request cleaning, tea and coffee not replaced (although I got a little more when I asked at reception), no extras or welcome as a Gold member, charged for left luggage. Didn't have breakfast because 21 euro sounded steep. Just not up to standards I expect even from most Ibis.
