Superior location and a comfortable stay but poor value for money for breakfast when compared to the breakfast options from the local cafes and restaurants i.e. hot menu dishes, restaurant service and smoothie or iced-coffee options all for around €15 instead of the limited, miniature breakfast buffet from the hotel for €21! I was eventually refunded the advanced payment for the unsued service hence the rating of 8. If the refund was sorted out at the start of the trip instead of the end then the rating would have been a 9 and of course if the breakfast was better value for money the rating would have been a 10.

Having been positively surprised by my stays at other hotels, I expected a similar experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, I must admit that I was disappointed. I was assigned a Privilege room in accordance with my status. However, there was not even a bottle of water in the room, and the minibar was completely empty. Other hotels within the Accor group provide guests with a welcome gift and a welcome letter, but unfortunately, neither of these was provided during my stay at your hotel. Additionally, there was no cosmetic/toiletry set available in the room.
