However, we have taken note of your comment regarding the warmth in the rooms. We understand how important a comfortable room temperature is, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Although our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and extra fans are available upon request, we regret that these measures did not suffice during your stay. Finally, we hope that the central location of our hotel, close to Kurfuerstendamm and the Zoological Garden, added convenience to your Berlin visit.
