Stayed 26-29 December. Lovely hotel, great room, breakfast included which offered a lot of choice. Good location too. Also used the spa facilities which were very nice. Bar area was fab, drinks not too pricey. The only downside were the showers, the water was only ever luke warm! I’m assuming it was because the hotel was full, but it made showering difficult! Overall we would definitely stay there again.

I'm usually not the complaining type, but: Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my stay. Firstly, my room was unclean. Not on the surface but everything looked worn down and dirty - including the shower, which had (lots of) visible mold. Secondly, all my belongings were stolen from the spa's locker room. Although extremely friendly the staff was unfortunately rather unhelpful. Also the hotel does not appear to have any mechanisms in such cases whatsoever. Lastly, the breakfast was nothing more than okay.

We had a lovely stay in the Pullmann Berlin Schweizerhof. We were originally staying for 4 nights, but when our flight home was cancelled, we booked an extra night and there was no issue staying in our room. The staff were super helpful, and provided us with some much needed toiletries on arrival, as our baggage had been delayed, too! Am extra duvet was bright to our room when requested, too 😊

Staff not attentive to our needs. 2guests. Towels and Bathrobe for 1. No recommendations for breakfast place. Really old mattress that sagged a lot!
