Most aspects of our stay were excellent. Comfortable, clean room with delightful Tiergarten views. Good facilities, and excellent staff.

Good stay overall with a couple of niggles. The breakfast room is far too small for weekend service. It is loud, chaotic and not pleasant. The room was fine, just the TV remote control needed new batteries and most TV stations did not work which is disappointing in an expensive hotel. The location was good for us, an easy walk for S bahn, U bahn and buses. Quieter area was good for us. I would happily recommend and return to this hotel.

The house is well maintained, but overall, the memory remains a cold one - all parts of teh building (lobby, bar, breakfast, rooms, Spa) are cold - in light of wet and cold weather outside, this coldness is worse.

We had a great stay. Chose hotel for facilities (pool,spa) and location. We found the breakfast offerings very good - a good selection, but all too busy an area and very cramped (appreciate it was Easter). Also the Pool on Saturday evening 7pm was so full of children - it was like a kids play park....not the relaxing spa we thought it was going to be. You need to put a "no children" rule in for certain times - ie early morning and late afternoon/evening. We were very disappointed with this as it was the primary reason we chose the Pullman.
