The location was good and the room was nice, but nothing stood out to make the stay great.

Room was as expected of pullman, however the air conditioning was not working. It was merely blowing hot air, I flagged this the night of arrival. The windows were unlocked and a fan provided, with a plan to have it addressed the next day. The following day this was still not addressed, when informed in the afternoon, I was again advised that nothing can be done, and someone would have a look the next morning, by which point I would be leaving. This resulted in 2 particularly uncomfortable nights. No change in room, alternative or compensation was offered. I was met with a shrug and told nothing could be done.

On the hole it was good how ever trying to get the kettle to work was strange and I had a cold shower, the water problem was rectified and we were informed on how to use the kettle but a nice size room and clean.
