The breakfast is more and more expensive, but poorer in quality. Not the money worth. And the breakfast room is messy, because your Chinese guests don’t clean up after them. Looks horrible! The coffee machine didn’t work any of the 2 days, so we had to go to your neighbor ibis Budget. May not happen. The room is fine and clean.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Airco in the room does not work. Also last year and the year before it did not work. Window can almost not be opened, only 10 cm. so the room is hot and without oxygen.

Myself and my wife stayed here in August. We will not return as we both got severe bed bug bites which staff are foolishly trying to deny. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very well located, close to grocery stores, the train station, and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I forgot to mention this during my stay, but I was in Room 222 and the bathroom sink was clogged. I also couldn't work out how to use the air conditioning, although it wasn't an issue as the weather was great. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Ibis Kurfuerstendamm. I paid extra for a balcony/terrace room but the one hotel assigned to me - 824 - had a much smaller balcony than the rest of rooms. However, the worst part was the insufficient air conditioning. The outside temperature was around 37°C during the day, but the A/C in the room was insufficient even when set to the maximum level. The room remained extremely warm, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. I would definitely avoid this hotel during hot summer days.
