My sister and I shared a room with two twin beds. The room was spacious and clean, and very comfortable. Well located for exploring Berlin, and very safe for female travellers.

I am a platinum member and also have Accor+ Voyager I booked via the app way before, checked in via the App the day before, then got a mail at the day of arrival due to overbooking I was proposed to move next door to Ibis Budget who has the same level of comfort (??) and get a 30Euro discount. Why?? When i called the reception it was not needed but there was an issue with my credit card, although the money was booked off already. When I arrived they claimed to have the right to ask if I wanna move next door and should be happy with the 30E discount but my credit card was no problem anymore.. Sorry but I stay 100+ days per year at Accor and almost every time I go to this Ibis I get an unfriendly reception.. Rooms are okay, it is Ibis not Mercure but that is also the price difference which I accept these few nights per year
