The first night the air conditioning was not working, someone was sent to fix it, but it never seemed to work properly and failed to cool down the room even with the blinds shut to keep out the sun. The bed was very hard and the pillows were flat and lumpy.

The room with a balcony was excellent. The facilities were basic but good. Staff very friendly. MM couple who have stayed in many Ibis hotels. This was the first time that my husband and I were NOT asked if there had been a mistake booking and would we like twin beds rather than a double so plus points for that too.

Rooms with small windows and no closets. Beds extremely uncomfortable and some kind of aircon running that’s very loud. Bathrooms are clean though.
