Well located near shopping and public transport. A lot of storage in the rooms for a longer stay, plus good clean kitchenette and decently sized bathroom with good-sized towels. Very friendly staff at reception. Didin't encounter any other staff due to very brief stay.

My 4th stay at the Adagio Aparthotel, Berlin. I find service is good but nothing extraordinary. When i raised an issue regarding, the front desk person mentioned that since it was a weekend, nothing could be done..strange answer!! Again no major complaints but little things matter. I will stay there again because this property offers convenience, centrally located and offers clean and well appointed rooms.

I ve paid for the room with breakfast for 2 people, finally they said that we have only one breakfast for 1 person available. The room was very cold with poor air conditioning providing only cold air. No shampooing and no toilet paper in the room. When we ordered cleaning service, they simply didnt show up.
