Can’t complain. Simple, easy, lots of help from the front desk when needed. One area of improvement might be clearer directions available for those of us not accustomed to German washing machines (where you put in the soap; what settings are recommended, etc)

Reception was lovely and accommodating. For the price we paid, I was surprised at lack of housekeeping for three nights. Having to get your own toilet paper and tissues from reception was crazy. The apartment was hot and stuffy with AC that did not seem to work, we had to open windows constantly. Cleanliness very average, I found a small sausage under one of the kitchen cabinets! Lots of dusty, slightly grimy spots. Place overall did not look well cared for. The location however was fabulous and a short train ride to Berlin Hauptbanof. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops around, as well as a lidl across the road.

Everything from the check in to the check out was great. the parking is handy (although the buzzer to reception was a little temperamental). Nice, helpful, friendly check in and really great spacious and well equipped room. good location for the Ku'dam and good transport links to the rest of the city. We came by car and it is easy to access from the motorway as well. Overall a really good hotel, thanks.
