We are very disappointed with our one-night stay with our two young children, aged two years and six months. Due to maintenance work, there was no hot water until late in the evening, and we were not informed in advance or at check-in. After travelling all day, we had no realistic option to find another hotel and had to heat water in pots so we could bathe the children. Although soundproofed rooms are advertised, noise from the corridor and the neighbouring apartment, including the television, could be clearly heard. The price was already high, and the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast, which we felt was inadequate. Overall, the poor communication and lack of essential services made the stay very disappointing. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but we should have been informed upon arrival about the hot-water outage. Despite her friendly attitude, the lack of hot water caused significant difficulties, especially with two small children. Despite the high price, the poorly timed hot-water issue, and inadequate soundproofing, this is otherwise a comfortable place to stay. With better communication and soundproofing, our experience would have been much more positive.

The apartment was clean and spacious, the location was really nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn’t know about is that the housekeeping don’t clean the apartments unless it’s an extended stay

I have never had an aparthotel that asked me to pay for a change of towels or coffee capsules. No oil, salt, or pepper in the kitchen. If felt like Ryanair, where everything is an added fee. But the price was not cheep

We stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel Berlin Kurfürstendamm during our trip to Berlin, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Our apartment was spacious, spotless, modern and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We used the kitchen every day, which was perfectly equipped, and really appreciated the additional facilities, including the gym and the laundry room. The location is excellent, in one of Berlin's most elegant and pleasant neighborhoods, with great public transport connections and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. A special thank you to Anna at the front desk, who was always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were equally professional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn't find a single negative aspect of our experience. If we return to Berlin in the future, this will definitely be our first choice.

Really enjoyed my stay at Adagio. really good location. safe and super quiet area. was in and out during the day and few times was coming back super late at night and never had any issues. quick access to local public transport. lots of nice places to eat around there and Lidl was just 100m away for any day 2 day necessities. Room i had was exactly what i wanted, clean and comfortable. hotel it self was clean and modern. no noisy neighbours. 10/10

It was well located and close to transport. Staff were friendly and the accommodation was lovely and clean and not noisy. I forgot to ask for a map and about breakfast which would have been helpful. I saw a map on the last day with the train system on it. I might have been interested in breakfast one morning.

I really like the hotel's cozy interior design; my daughter and I both felt very much at home. There was both a modern and comfortable common area with games and a place to socialize with other guests, as well as very spacious and comfortable apartments with a kitchen. In terms of price, this was also the best option for our needs. I’ll definitely be back myself and will recommend it to my friends.

Everything was super clean and the room well equpped with a small kitchenette. There is a Lidl right across the street so it’s easy to prepare breakfast in your room. The neighbourhood is safe and it’s close to the major shopping street. Public transport is easily available so moving around the city is very convenient. I will definately come back.

Plus: a convenient location with a (public) garage directly accessible from the hotel. The receiption area and breakfast room look nice and inviting. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Minus: The kitchen equipment is sub-standard for an apartment and not suitable to prepare even a basic meal. The furniture is outdated.
