The receptionist was not precessional at all , I have informed her that I need to make the remaining payment , she insisted that the payment was made until I have received an unfriendly email from the team illustrating that I didn’t pay the stay . When I went back to the desk they said yeah they mistakenly thought it was paid . The other point is that I haven’t been recognised an all Accor gold member in anyway, I was not offered any kind of privilege. Overall it was a disappointed experience.
