I really like the hotel's cozy interior design; my daughter and I both felt very much at home. There was both a modern and comfortable common area with games and a place to socialize with other guests, as well as very spacious and comfortable apartments with a kitchen. In terms of price, this was also the best option for our needs. I’ll definitely be back myself and will recommend it to my friends.

Everything was super clean and the room well equpped with a small kitchenette. There is a Lidl right across the street so it’s easy to prepare breakfast in your room. The neighbourhood is safe and it’s close to the major shopping street. Public transport is easily available so moving around the city is very convenient. I will definately come back.

Plus: a convenient location with a (public) garage directly accessible from the hotel. The receiption area and breakfast room look nice and inviting. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Minus: The kitchen equipment is sub-standard for an apartment and not suitable to prepare even a basic meal. The furniture is outdated.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely neighborhood, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and metros. Well-appointed kitchen if you want to prepare simple meals, though a little cramped when you pull out the table. Super comfy beds, good shower (though a little bit of mold at the bottom), helpful staff, fitness room (though the bike was broken), table tennis and foosball! AC much appreciated.

Unfortunately we didnt really like our stay there and it was not worth the price. The bathroom had a water blockage and the bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen was not really properly equipped. Also the coffee machine didnt really work properly. The location was also quite far from any public transportation. All in all we probabaly wont consider staying there again.

Cooking was difficult here. The bathroom lacks both a window and an exhaust fan. Also, no shower conditioner was provided, and you are charged extra if you need fresh towels during a 5-day stay.

Check-out time was 11am, written on all documents we received. Cleaning man came in without knocking at 10h10 on my moms room, and 10h15 at my room. When we stopped him from entered he asked what time was it, and said that check-out was 10am to my mom, to me that it was 10:30. We finished packing in a hurry and left the place at 10h30, but it was an awful experience knowing we couldve been changing clothes and he would just come inside the room 1h before official Check-out time.

The accommodation was perfectly clean and comfortable for 3 nights. You get what you need for your stay in quite and calm. The accessibility to grouceries and restaurants was perfect. You only need to take a short public transportation trip to reach attractions. Highly recommend!!!

Generally, a good experience with several problems. 1) Dishwasher did not clean the dishes or untensils adequately. 2) We were told room cleaning was every seven days, when it was eight. 3) We had difficulty getting the staff to replace the empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. One front desk person hung up on my wife. 4) We were told the wrong start time for breakfast on Sunday.
