mostly everything was a good experience. however, the only negative point was an extremely unpleasant odor in the reception area the two days we were there (someone said it was a chemical due to cleaning). very strong and unpleasant smell

front desk not friendly, breakfast end on 10 am, we arrive at 9:50, only some bread and eggs left. still 8-9 persons arrived after us, ask employees, told us it's too late to come, and this is their normal work process. i book for 2 night, but my girl friend only stay 1 night, but tax still charge for 2 person 2 night.

Great location, close to both the airport and right on the Nice Promenade des Anglais. The hotel is clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Parking costs €17 per day. The Promenade des Anglais begins right outside the hotel and stretches for approximately 6.5 km along the waterfront, making for a beautiful walk of about 1.5 hours.
