The nicest staff on check-in, at coffee bar, & on check-out. Entire stay was seamless & comfortable. We got very slightly lost when walking to the hotel from the International terminal & then to Domestic the next day. Just don’t use Google & ask someone for directions if needed.

While the facilities were great, the e bed comfortable. The power in the room went out during the night. I didn’t realise until I woke up at 3:45am and couldn’t turn on any lights. I had to leave soon after to catch my flight but there was no apologies, just have a good flight. Seriously!!

We chose to spend the night here at the airport rather than be stressed in the morning trying to get through the horrendous traffic in Bali in time for our flight. It was a great decision. The hotel was very quiet and a two minute walk to the international terminal. Would definitely do this again if we go to Bali.

It was good to be able to get to the hotel very quickly after the flight. The only issue was how hard the bed was. Felt like sleeping on wood. Overall it was a good hotel
