The room does the job. Certain details could be tidier (silicone around shower tray, calcium deposit in toilet - room 303) but the room and corridors were clean. Hotel slightly overwhelmed because fully booked with Weeknd concert and event at Decathlon sports center.

The rooms are old, equipped but not well lit even too dress up, after staying at ibis budget in Arlon this one was disappointment

I know it's a budget and I know that you pay for what you get but I expected the hotels which are listed in the Accord to uphold at least some kind of standard. I booked for me and a colleague. Imagine my surprise when at breakfast he told me that the night before there was police and gunshots and he had a terrible sleep. This was very embarrassing for me. Since I Had Chosen the hotel. I did not mention it to the staff at the time but I also didn't believe there was anything they could do to fix it. Lastly I don't think you should be on the accor app when I book through this label even when it's a budget hotel I at least expect that the hotel is not in a neighborhood where I'm scared of being shot with no bar, terrible breakfast, and no lift.

Well located with free parking. Easy check in. No issues throughout stay. Room clean and warm, clean linen ,bathroom compact. Daily replacement of towels. Access to water fountain. Only issue, bed topper and protection sheet badly fitting and kept coming off mattress.

The pillows were very thin. I asked for two extra but that was not possible. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was very busy and cutlery, cereal bowls and mugs were not topped off quickly enough. The same with croissants, bread, cheese and ham. We had to wait. This happened in both days.

The room was a triple, no baby cot available so had to put bunk mattress on the floor so not great for families with babies. No air-conditioning and the room was stiffling hot, pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no plates with breakfast! Just a tray to eat off. But staff were lovely, parking is really convenient and right outside and it was easy to find. You get what you pay for.

Our party comprised my wife, myself and our adult son who is disabled. I emailed the hotel twice to request an adaptive room. Both emails were unanswered. Contrast that with my experience with the ibis hotel in Saint-Quentin where a similar email request was answered immediately and an adaptative room provided for out stay. Our night was disturbed by other guests talking in the corridor outside our room and slamming doors late into the night and early morning. The hotel has a tired feel and is need of an update. We will not be staying here again.
