We understand your disappointment, especially in comparison with your previous stay at ibis budget Arlon. Our property offers more compact rooms, and the equipment as well as the lighting are designed and adapted to this room size, while still complying with the brand standards. I know it's a budget and I know that you pay for what you get but I expected the hotels which are listed in the Accord to uphold at least some kind of standard. I booked for me and a colleague. Imagine my surprise when at breakfast he told me that the night before there was police and gunshots and he had a terrible sleep. This was very embarrassing for me. Since I Had Chosen the hotel. I did not mention it to the staff at the time but I also didn't believe there was anything they could do to fix it. Lastly I don't think you should be on the accor app when I book through this label even when it's a budget hotel I at least expect that the hotel is not in a neighborhood where I'm scared of being shot with no bar, terrible breakfast, and no lift.
