Excellent staff and resort. Overall the friendliness of the staff here was off the charts. Nothing is a problem. Our room was in D block overlooking the pool and was spacious and comfortable. The service staff especially our house keeper ‘Nitti’ did a fantastic job each day to keep the room spotless and stocked with everything. Restaurants and bars were very good overall and catered for different nationalities and tastes. The pool is large and has a swim up bar with lots of seats. The only things that could be improved are the bar and restaurant at the beach could be covered and have more seating and although the beach staff were very good, the beach always has a lot of seaweed washing up that could be cleared daily to improve the beach area.

We had a lovely time at Sofitel. It was the end of a very busy trip to Bali and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. Everything you want is provided. The staff are so helpful and our room attendant, Gede Ame, was lovely - nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok. So I was so tired from our flight (MNL-DPS) and decided to take a rest and not join the tour. I wanted to try “Sofitel kind of Massage!” Luckily, Miss Juni was available! She was so nice and calm and very accommodating! Most importantly, she’s an expert in Relaxing type of Massage! I fell asleep of course. Haha! Waking up rejuvenated is Awesome! It was an impromptu decision and luckily I got the 2:30PM slot… 4-6PM is usually fully booked. Enjoy you guys! 👍🏻

My sister and I had the best time in sofitel bali nusa dua from the accor perks free room upgrade and welcome drinks to super comfy bed. Tried some physical aactivities like morning hatha yoga and tested our flexibility and balance, enjoyed the class with coach surata. We also tried archery with sir krisna, he was very patient with the beginners like us but we ended up giving up because of the scorching heat of the sun. The highlight is the abs class with Coach Novi, she’s really good and her class is super fun, very encouraging even if we just met the first time and class was only for an hour. Love the pep talk, it kept me focused. She guided and assisted me to execute the right posture and complete the reps. The stretch at the end is like the cherry on top. Thank you Coach Novi. We’ll definitely comeback to this class.
