.As a traveler we expect basic requirement such as water bottle and tea/coffee making facility in the room which is not available in the room. so i feel my stay uncomfortable. when i ask about water bottle it was informed that tap water is drinkable. but as a foreigner i am not able to really this. Also tap is inside the bathroom and which make further unconformable to drink tap water from bathroom.

The biggest disappointment during our stay was that, in the middle of a summer heat wave, our room had no working air conditioning. What made it worse was that the hotel already knew about the issue but didn't inform us at check-in. We only found out after we complained at reception. The staff confirmed that the air conditioning was broken and offered us a small fan as the only solution. During the day, temperatures were well above 30°C, making the room almost unusable. Instead of being able to rest or cool down between activities, we avoided spending time in the room because it was simply too hot. Even after sunset, the heat remained trapped inside well into the night, making it difficult to sleep and significantly affecting the quality of our stay. Thankfully, there was at least cold water in the shower, so I could cool down for a few minutes. Unfortunately, there was no apology at check-in, no proactive communication, and no follow-up during our entire weekend stay. The issue remained unresolved for two days. I wasn't expecting a miracle repair overnight. Still, I did expect some effort to make up for the inconvenience—whether that meant a partial refund, complimentary breakfast, a drink, or simply a sincere apology and regular updates. Instead, the response was essentially: “Here’s a small fan. Have a nice day.” The lack of air conditioning was unfortunate, but what disappointed us most was the complete lack of communication and customer care. A small gesture would have gone a long way, but unfortunately there was none.

We had overall very good experience in your hotel. The only one thing I would like to mention, there was a evening shift from the 9th - 10th of June (long blond hair) and she was very rude. We only wanted to have a pillows for the wet terrace furniture as was cold and rainy. We sat under the 'umbrella', and she literally threw this pillows to the other rainy side, where was nobody. But other than this lady everybody was excellent and thank you for your service.

I've stayed for business purposes and I booked via E-Mail because of a special rate. Nonetheless it all worked our very well. The hotel is clean, perfect for my needs and the price I found to be very fair for the overall package. Location is maybe not so touristic, but since my company is 10-15min walking distance it was perfect. On top you have a train station not that far away.

I have arrived late at night, received a warm welcome, as well as an excellent service at the reception. A few minutes later I have had my key to the hotel room, which was nice and clean. I had no issues at all throughtout my stay, which was one week long. At some point I thought my card key has been demagnetized, so I went to the reception to have it fixed. Turned out I was using the key in a wrong way, and the receptionist was very understanding and patiently showed me how to use it correctly. The hotel is located next to tram line that goes to the town center; there is also a U2 subway stop within walking distance (~12 mins), which covered all my needs. Overall, that was an amazing vacation experience. Whenever I'll be visiting Munchen, this hotel will be my first pick.

The evening receptionist was pure delight. Rooms are clean and functional, quite basic but good in terms of value for money. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also quite standard and simple, but again, this is what you pay for.
