We stayed at Ibis styles Edinburgh for five nights during a recent trip. Our first room I would say was a bit small, but we enjoyed the generous shower. However, after I mention the small size of the room, we were upgraded on a return to probably the best room in the hotel with a balcony for the same price. It was extraordinary customer service and I'm grateful. We also loved the morning breakfast and thought it was one of the most extensive and generous that we had seen in many of our stays. I would definitely at a property like this in the future.

The hotel is very well located and very handy for all things that we need to go to i.e. shops, bus, trams and plenty places nearby to go and eat.
