Well located and friendly but quite basic

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very well located and the staff are friendly. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast quite good though the fruit is scarce. They are short staffed with only 2 people on duty in the evening to cover reception bar and food, and when one us on a break the other is swamped. For the price it is not great value but I guess you pay for the location. There's a few drunks outside but they do no harm to anyone but themselves.
