Friendly staff.the reception and lounge areas were fine and the breakfast was good and plentiful.my room,however,though large,needed a complete refurb.floor coming up in parts,bathroom floor grouting dirty and every wall needed painting.the bed had a very hard mattress and really needed replacing though it was clean at least.i would consider staying again if i could get a cheaper rate.
