The hotel is perfectly situated for the tourist attractions and shops, the room was a little more basic than we expected, thought we had booked for a twin room with two bed settees, good breakfast and the staff were very friendly

Really helpful staff, great location for touring Edinburgh around old town and the Royal Mile. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast and needed a couple of sheet changes, but the staff were always helpful and the space was great and modern.

Beautifully located at the Royal Mile near the Old Town. Room was very spacious and modern, clean and confortable and hosts are very kind and focus on customer satisfaction. All is done to really enjoy our stay.
