Friendly staff, fuss free checking in/out. 10mins from Waverly station, a little uphill and uneven pavement but otherwise, location is great. Room is clean and well maintained. Close to main attractions, easy walk to everywhere.

We were a large group with a baby, and from the first steps inside, we felt cared for and comfortable in the hotel. Lovely rooms. Lovely people.

Location good, but room looking a little tired. Having travelled globally and just back from Asia we found the Hotel room a little disappointing. The bathroom in room 210 is need of some TLC and repair. Even the hallway to room 210 has some stains from a water leak we are guessing. Wifi - Don't get me started. You had to stand near the bathroom door to get connected. Even the TV hotel portal struggle to load and we often had to switch off at the wall and on again to get it to load. Connectivity is a basic requirement for any hotel. Overall I'd give to hotel a 2 or 3 star at most; perhaps we've been spoiled in Asia as the standards are much higher.
