Hello, I was very sorry to read about the issue you experienced with the television during your stay, and I'd also like to thank you for your continued loyalty as an ALL member. I completely understand your frustration. While a faulty TV is disappointing in itself, not receiving updates after reporting the issue would have made the situation even more frustrating. Having looked into this further, I can see that our maintenance team was made aware of the fault and did attempt to attend your apartment. Unfortunately, on occasions they encountered a Do Not Disturb sign during their visits and were therefore unable to gain access to investigate the issue. While this did affect our ability to complete the repair, I am sorry that we did not communicate this to you or provide a better follow up throughout your stay. We should have kept you informed of the situation rather than leaving you to chase updates. Please accept my sincere apologies that this issue had such a negative impact on your stay. We are reviewing how maintenance issues and guest communication are handled to help ensure situations like this are managed more effectively in the future. Whilst I hope you were still able to enjoy the remainder of your time with us, I am genuinely sorry that this issue detracted from your overall experience.
