Calm cozy but cramped rooms

Calm cozy but cramped in size rooms which had all amenities of an apartment but the handling of heavy baggages to carry in stairs after using elevator was a discomfort. Nobody to assist from hotel side to handle baggages.

Good location, dirty hotel with broken amenities

Room is very dirty. Spfa bed extra bedding is not cleaned. Sofa itself is dirty. Hair dryer is broken and poses safety risk. Worst is the toilet. Need to climb into bath tub for shower. Bath tub is slippery. Water flows to the floor. Getting out is even more slippery. Worst Accor chain I've ever stayed.

Nice hotel, but TV was broken and it should have been informed upon our arrival. No cleaning - a bit overpriced
