Great place to rest your head and fell like a wee home away from home. Great price for the location and time of year. Didn’t use the recommended car park for the hotel as had seen poor reviews and used the APCOA carpark at Waverley Station around the corner street about 8 min walk - was about £24.50 24 hours. Clean, great amenities . Had a TV that didn’t work and reception had amazing maintenance swap it out so quickly . our view to holyrood rd. quiet and had everything you need for apartment. 3 generations one place so twin beds and sofa bed set up - plenty of extra linen in apartment. Reception extremely helpful and luggage storage available . laundry as well to use. Reception christmassy and inviting to enter. Location is everything here to walk to the castle, Holyrood palace, royal mile and the Christmas Market at Princes Street. Buses available outside on the street . It’s all about the Location here. Did not have the brekkie on offer as used the apartment kitchenette facilities. Would recommend for ease of access to Edinburgh city and is priced accordingly. Enjoyed our stay .

We were checked in by Craig who is an asset to your company. Very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable although only one bedside table. Really enjoyed having a kitchen however with the room not being serviced for 3 nights it meant a lot of rubbish accumulated.
