A special thank you to Louise and Ola for their warm welcome. They were friendly, informative, and always greeted us with a smile, making all of us feel genuinely appreciated from the moment we arrived. Each time we entered the hotel, we looked forward to seeing how wonderfully they interacted with guests — their hospitality truly stood out. We also highly recommend this hotel — it has a great location, is very clean, and offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No premier snacks in room. Complained. Then brought us out of date chocolates. My friend has celiac. Asked for toast. Not toasted but clearly still partly frozen.

From the minute we arrived everything was fabulous. The Australian lady on reception gave us an early check-in and was very helpful.. the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and checkout was smooth..

The hotel is an affordable option if you need a place to stay for a short time in Edinburgh. We were lucky to book a spacious superior room at the top with a beautiful view of the rooftops and Arthur's Seat. Close to the university for my daughters graduation seremony, walking distance to shops and restaurants in Old Town.
