The hotel and staff were lovely. There was no normal teabags in the room other than herbal tea so I bought my own. The rooms were really noisy, we could hear other guests urinating and as there are no proper handles on the bathroom doors they had to be be slammed shut. Also I was disappointed with the lack of plug sockets in the room, even with the extension lead. I had medical equipment that had to be plugged in and it wouldn’t fit cos of the lack of sockets

you could hear a little bit too much between the rooms and also from the hallway into the room. Even tho we were locaded at the deep end so there were not many ppl passing our room.

Excellent pre-arrival service with regards to room request. All staff helpful and friendly - check in, restaurant, bar. Room was as expected for type of hotel, heating worked well, bed was comfortable
