The location is extremely central, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city. However, the bathroom could be improved and the overall cleanliness should be reviewed. On the positive side, the staff is always very kind and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel is very well located to reach places around the city whether it be walking or using public transport. There is a bus stop less than 2 minutes away from the hotel should you want to travel to the Royal Yatch Britannia (Ocean Terminal) The rooms are very clean & spacious. The breakfast area was comfortable with an excellent variety of both hot & continental breakfasts. The staff were very pleasant & accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again in the future.

The staff were all super helpful and very accommodating with any problems. The score was lower because the bathroom smelt of urine.
