The rates are high for a room that has no mattress... It was like camping and rolling in the middle of the bed because they decided a normal mattress would be too much, while sweating like pigs in the night because they only have AC and NO dehumidifier (bacteria galore). The airway in the bathroom was filthy... On the bright side the personnel is lovely, helpful and professional, the room gets cleaned everytime you wish and you can almost get some fresh air in by opening a slit in the window. The pricetag is too high still!

Not a pleasant experience

Our reception team therefore provided the correct information at check-in based on the booking details received. Hotel was near the concert hall we were going to, unfortunately after the concert l was rushed to hospital because l developed pains in my chest.we contacted the night staff who were very helpful and contacted a ambulance for us. unfortunately we found it difficult to contact reception as we were panicking and there was no information in the room l am 75 years old and not very good with mobile phones .they were very good and stayed with us till the ambulance arrived. I was kept in overnight and did not return to the hotel until midday on the Tuesday. They allowed us time to pack and checkout l had paid for the breakfast but we were to late in returning and missed it.so we cannot comment on anything else. The staff could not have been more helpful again l must thank the night staff for their assistance
