The team at the front desk in ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge - Royal Mile made me feel welcome from arrival. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was neat and clean with all the amenities for the stay. The breakfast was good. The friendly front desk staff helped out with information whenever needed and added happiness to the overall experience. It was a smooth check out too, with the team holding luggage on request. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great location to explore Edinburgh from, along with great hospitality!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although the bed was not particularly clean and there was a susipicious white stain on the exposed blue mattress that was there on arrival and was never cleaned during the stay. The location was brilliant, especially for visiting the Castle and National Museum.
