We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel and were warmly welcomed and checked in very comfortably. The room is large and also had a sofa bed for my daughter who was sharing. Great bathroom amenities provided by Rituals. We were booked on room only basis so we stepped out every morning king to enjoy a light breakfast at the Cafe’s close by. Being an Accor member we were offered two complimentary drinks at the lobby bar which was a wonderful gesture. Check out was also smooth and quick.

Not 100% sure about this one. Only stayed for one night. Based on my experience there are areas for improvement. Reception needs to be more engaging and show some personality....not be a sheep going through a transaction process. Hotel was happy to keep bags until check in time which was much appreciated. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Shower in the morning didn't have much pressure. Toilet separate from rest of bathroom in room, couldn't work out why. Breakfast was mediocre. Moisture free bacon and a toaster that doesn't toast.

I often go to the hotel to have a quiet coffee. The staff are all very efficient and welcoming. Irina in particular went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and well catered for.

Visited on a Business trip and the facilities were amazing. Breakfast was really nice alongside the pool, sauna and the room. The room was really nice and very spacious! Down at breakfast Magda and the team were amazing at food service!
