Great location of hotel, v comfortable beds including pull out bed.the separate toilet was strange with no mirror or sink? Also needs mirror in room. Food was lovely in hotel bar. Staff booked taxi for airport For us and rang room which was great One thing I didn’t like, kids in oool were on v visible screens at reception?

Good however was Unable to use the pool, because it’s too busy and overrun with children, tried multiple times. I would suggest having hours for families, hours for adults.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Superior room (2 adults and teenager) and overall really enjoyed our stay. Location was great and staff were friendly. The room was average and a bit of an awkward layout with the sofa-bed made up into the child's bed but ok for 3 nights. Some wall hooks for coats and towels would have helped. Shower was lovely-powerful and hot, and the breakfast was really good with an excellent choice. The thing that really made it for us was the very clean pool, hot-tub and especially the lovely big sauna - fantastic after a day of sightseeing although it did get busy and sometimes there was a short wait to get access. We also enjoyed using the gym a few times. Overall a really good hotel for a family break in February.
