Overall a good experience but a few things can be approved. When you ask for guidence to restaurant etc. in the reception the information flow was quite poor. Restaurant is very bad - we had dinner there one night - we ordered a pizza and it was undercooked with absolutely no flavour... we made a claim and the suprvisor was almost rude and gave us some discount.... but we should not have paid at all. Hotel is well located close to the Grass Market

Very inattentive waiting staff always in the bar chatting. Receptionist was just confused and odd. Food in the restraurant was largely taste free. But the facilities especially the pool was great and the room was well cleaned and efficiently serviced

Arrived as part of group tour. No internet to start with so no tv and unable ro contact house keeping. Only able to contact houar keeping by going to reception to be advised second towel is apparently located in the cupboard.

Wonderfully accommodating staff. Ideal central location for all city areas. Short walks or Uber rides. The facilities were lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel upgraded our room to an executive suite after noting it was my partners 40th and even left out some chocolates and a birthday card in the room for check in. The bar was well stocked with skilled staff. They made excellent Espresso Martinis which were enjoyed while we waited for our room. The views from the bedroom were stunning and the room itself was modern design with excellent shower and bed. A very great stay which made our trip extra special, thanks to the staff. Will definitely book again.

Disappointed that the twin bed arrangement meant that one of the beds was situated against the bed side light arrangement meaning that it was easy to hit your head on the light. Until I moved the bed away from the wall by some distance the room lights went on every time I moved. Annoying when you had just fallen asleep. We did not appreciate being in a disability room as the bathroom towels were located outside of the room. We paid a premium rate for a sub-premium stay.
