Where to start about this hotel, firstly the customer service and booking team were absolutely amazing there helpful staff helped me to rebook this trip after I couldn’t make the first one, and when I say the process was super easy they were so understanding and just kind people . When we arrived the front desk staff were so helpful and the room we were given was absolutely perfect , clean, comfortable and just so posh ! This experience was perfect and made my stay so enjoyable . I totally recommend this hotel if you are staying in Edinburgh

Good location, fairly peaceful compared with being more in noisy centre, staff friendly and helpful, rooms excellent, excellent buffet breakfast we couldn’t fault hotel apart from swimming pool which had what appeared to be an oil slick film, a guest said it was due to people bathing with oily body lotions, people should take hot shower before entering it’s not a bath, sadly we together with the other guest we spoke to never used the pool Please put sign up saying hotel shower before entering pool We would use hotel again but not pool.

the hotel was very good -location , amenities , rooms all were very good but breakfast is literally the same every day . and staying there for 4 nights does makes it boring and repetitive. other than that everything is great !!
