Very conveniently located in Canary Wharf. Stayed for a business trip. The Novotel was at its usual high standards. Room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly. Thank you francesca for being so welcoming and helpful.

We stayed two nights, however our room was not cleaned or bedding when we returned to or room it was past 4 pm in the afternoon !!!! Very poor and disappointing! We had to complain to the receptionist and manager, they apologised but we feel this is not good enough. We couldn’t use our room for another hour or so before we cold change our clothes, shower and leave on time to leave for our trip to a show we booked in the West End, London! So disappointed!

As we are a very large and busy hotel, we clean rooms throughout the day until 5:30 pm, unless a specific time is requested by the guest. We always aim to accommodate our guests’ needs, and we regret that this wasn’t managed to your satisfaction during your stay. Great staff, efficient and friendly. Room was modern and well quipped. Pool and shower areas were small but clean. The issue we had was the noise in the bedroom whilst trying to sleep, this i assume was due to the windy weather - but there was a lost of building movement noise (sounded like plastic on plastic) but was loud. Our room was on floor 16 of 38 so would not have expected such effect from the wind.
