Disappointed. Although the room looked nice, as soon as I opened the door there was a very strong smell of drains from bathroom. The t.v. did not work. Also, the main attraction of the hotel was the rooftop bar Bokun 37 but sadly it was closed due to private function. This should be shown at time of booking.

We booked for a 5 night stay over the new year which turned into 8 nights as we couldn’t get home due to the impact of the snow in Scotland. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff. The views of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was top notch and our room with a city view was amazing. Very close proximity to the underground stations and also the Canary Wharf pier for the Thames Clippers, giving easy access to the city and sights. A huge thank you goes to Jayde at reception who repeatedly booked our room for us to extend our stay while our flights were being cancelled one after the other, but every single staff member was great.

Good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast felt a little chaotic and no teapots for tea! Receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming and informative.

My Qs were answered in a timely manner via emails by reservation agents prior to my stay. Had a helpful & accommodating receptionist lady upon arrival. I met kind & smiley cleaning ladies who did my room. I was allocated a room with a bathtub which I prefer, thank you. I loved the room's layout & the bathroom products. Pool area in the basement: shower by sauna was not working properly, the temperature dial was broken, only hot & very hot water was available at times or not at all. Please can the temperature dial and the shower button be fixed? You ask guests to use the shower before entering the pool but the shower is broken. It'd be lovely to have cold(er) water after 15 mins in the saunarium but during my stay only hot water came infrequently from the shower. Female changing room: only a few lockers had keys, some keys were missing, so some lockers were available but could not be used. Please replace the missing locker keys so all units can be used. Guests had to bring their clothes to the pool area when the few lockers that worked were all taken. Is there any chance to increase the number of lockers? Big piles of used towels were left on the bench because it's not clearly indicated that they should be thrown into that large hole in the middle of the lockers. It made the changing room look messy & unhygienic. Those guests who couldn't use the lockers probably did not see the sign that the used towels should be thrown into that hole. I'm sure there's a better way to collect used towels. Alternatively, please make it more clear where to dispose the towels. Other than these few hiccups in the leisure facilities area, the Christmas decoration and the lights were lovely at the reception and the scent (Rituals??) was so nice and welcoming. What brand is it please?
