The room was uncomfortable and nothing like the pictures. The chair provided was covered in someone elses hair! The window seals were dirty. The price I paid for this hotel vs what I got was absolutely despicable. Then TWO HOURS before check out, I come back to my room and two maintenance men had our bed FLIPPED upside down doing extremely loud work to the bed. The door was wide open, anyone couldve walked in and claimed mine and my partners luggage. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and distressing experience to come back too at 10am.

Very good in every way except for 2 things, the ballymore building blocked the view (surprised they got planning permission), & when using the bath (full bath, more water weight) - there is some regurgitating to the nearby sink (partial block drain - I assume, or narrowing of pipe walls) - when draining bath - & which - after bath fully drained - there is thereafter the odd occasional gurgle sound - by trapped pockets of air left over - that last for an hr or two afterwards - which could disrupt sleep - if bathing very late at night; appart from these two things - all was perfect.
