Friendly and polite staff,very helpful.Free beverages in the lobby all day.Tasty breakfast,lots of choices.Personally I would like more selection of cakes(there was only one) and pastries.The room was very comfortable,big enough for a family.

Vienna is such a pretty city to visit and having such a well-equipped, well-located and friendly-staffed hotel only made the experience better. Not even the bad weather stopped it. It is close to several Tram, train and bus lines, therefore the center is very easy to access. The room is modern and pretty well thought of. Even though it was a busy area, the insulation was just top notch, we were able to sleep really well every single night. To top it off, a very nice "Würstelstand" was just there waiting for us when we needed it most. 100% recommend it and will definitely come back.

It was an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the prices were extremely affordable. It was very nice to be offered hot drinks at the hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay. Thank you.
