I come to Vienna two to three times a year for business and I'm not always sure how long I'm going to stay. I have never had this issue before, but while staying at "Ibis Styles Wein City" during my last trip i ended up finishing up early and checked out one night early. I was then informed that the new policy is I could not be reimbursed for that night. If this is the case I'm no longer going to be able to use this establishment because my employer will not reimburse for the nights after I left. I have many other colleagues who also use your hotel for work purposes and I will also be informing them of this new policy and they will also be finding new hotels. I am sorry it had to end this way but I'm not going to continue to stay somewhere where I'm going to lose money if I have to leave early.

I truly regret that your last stay left you with the impression that we would not accommodate early departures for our regular guests. I would like to personally clarify what happened in your case. The last night of your reservation was cancelled free of charge. The amount of this night, along with an additional €100, was used to cover the cost of breakfast (19€ x 10 times). Your invoice was adjusted accordingly and should have already been sent to you. If you did not receive the updated invoice or would like me to send it again, I would be more than happy to do so. Please feel free to contact me directly at any time if you have any questions or if anything remains unclear. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider updating your comment, as it is very important to us that the situation is reflected accurately.
