Everything was perfect during our stay except for 1 unpleasant situation we experienced during the check-in. One of 2 passports given to a receptionist during a check-in was not returned to us. When we immediately asked about the missing passport the receptionist started looking for it on the counter first, it was not there, then she opened the locker under the counter and took the missing passport out of it saying she forgot to return it to us (???) It looked really strange! I believe a reception staff should be more aware of what they do with guest documents.

Unfortunately, our stay was not a pleasant experience. We booked two rooms, and one of them had a very strong unpleasant smell, like a toilet, so we had to ask for a different room. We were lucky they managed to change it, as we were told the hotel was fully booked. In the second room, the curtain was broken, so the morning sun came straight onto our bodies while we were in bed, waking us up early. The receptionist was polite, but didn’t seem particularly interested in helping or accommodating our concerns. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
