I enjoyed staying at your hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially those ladies who were serving daily breakfasts. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was dealing with the payment for my friend, who was an additional guest. There was a miscommunication, since we received different information from different members of staff. He paid his part for breakfasts and bar in cash on the last night, and in the morning when I was checking out myself, the receptionist couldn't find his payment. But I would note that she was still friendly and polite and suggested to send me an email with payment link if they don't find it in their system. I guess they did at the end :) Overall I had positive experience!

Good hotel with everything you need, including free coffee! Convenient location to use transit. If travelling with a friend, note the room with two single beds has a frosted glass door for the bathroom with a bit of a gap so not the most private but it works.

The stay was fine. Clean room, great staff. Only issue I had was the USB port in the room was not working so as an international traveller it was the only way to charge my phone in the room. Each time I had to go down to reception to charge devices by leaving it there or hanging about. Wasn’t the end of the world. Note there isn’t a gym onsite but members get unlimited visits to the adjacent gym for $10 for entire stay which is great value.
